TMZ caught up with Towanda and Tracy Braxton when they landed in LA to support their sis, Tamar, after news broke of her divorce. “You guys came out to support Tamar?” the reporter asked. “That’s what we do, we’re Braxtons, we support everybody. That’s just what we do.” Towanda added that they’ve “all been divorced.” “We might have a divorce party, who knows,” she laughed. Tamar officially filed for divorce from her husband of eight years Tuesday. Her rep released a statement saying: “At this time we can confirm Ms. Braxton has made an extremely difficult decision and has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert. Collectively, their son Logan and his well-being during this extremely unfortunate process is most important. We ask that everyone respects her privacy during this incredibly difficult time. She appreciates everyone’s love and prayers.” At least Tay-Tay won’t be alone during the process. In documents obtained by The Jasmine Brand , the health department cited the restaurant for failing to maintain operational health standards. Some of their marks included: -No soap or paper towels located at handwashing sink -Observed soil buildup inside ice bin. -Observed soil buildup inside ice bin. -Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. New Violation. -Observed employee with no hair restraint. -Observed employee with no hair restraint. -Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. -Observed cutting board grooved/pitted and no longer cleanable. The restaurant has since taken corrective measures to improve their score from a ‘C’ to an ‘A.’ New documents show on August 29th, Old Lady Gang graduated up to excellent A status from the health department. OLG was a passion project for Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker. Creating the restaurant was drama filled (of course) and documented closely on ‘RHOA.’ Despite the initial mess, the restaurant officially opened earlier this year, with celebrity pals lining up for a bite, including Kandi’s Xscape group member, Tiny Harris. How can he protect and serve while taking freaky kiddie pics? Cop Charged With Taking Nekkid Pics Of Girl The children can’t even trust the police. According to Dcist: A D.C. police officer was arrested and charged with production of child freaky pics this week. The Metropolitan Police Department became aware of an allegation against Officer Marc Washington that he produced nekkid images of a juvenile on Monday, according to a release. After an investigation, Washington was arrested by the Youth Investigations Division and the Internal Affairs Bureau. “We invest a great amount of time and effort to ensure that we are hiring the right people and we continue to proactively monitor integrity across the department,” Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said in a statement. “But to learn of an allegation of this kind against a person who is sworn to protect our children, it is both shocking and disturbing. We are fortunate that someone came forward to alert us of this behavior to ensure that we prevent future victims.” Update: According to charging documents, uploaded by WUSA9, Washington responded to the apartment of a missing 15-year-old girl on December 1 to take a report from her mother. The victim returned home later that day, and her mother called 911 to take her off the missing persons’ list. Washington then allegedly returned to the home without being called and asked to speak to the victim privately. The officer asked the victim where she was when she was reported missing then asked her to remove her top and bra. When asked why he wanted her to do this, he responded that he needed to take photos of any injuries. The victim explained that she did not have any injuries. The officer allegedly took photos of her breasts and upper body before asking her to show him her hip tattoos for identification purposes. The victim was instructed to pull down her boxer shorts and underwear, and Washington then photographed her “unclothed vajajay area.” After Washington left, the mother and daughter called 911. The officer was searched and a camera was found on his person. Images of the victim had been deleted, according to the charging document, but were recovered by law enforcement.
