Tristan Thompson Not Named On New Baby’s Birth Certificate Was Tristan Thompson too busy swirling it up with Khloe Kardashian to do his Daddy duties for his seconds-old son? As we told you Tristan’s ex Jordan popped out their newborn son on Dec. 12th in L.A. However, Tristan was apparently busy at the time, and didn’t show up to the birth — despite clearly being in town around that time, hugged up on the ‘gram with KhloMoney . According to TMZ , Tristan’s name is nowhere to be found on his newborn son’s birth certificate as a result. In California, the father has to be physically present at the hospital to officially be named as the father on the initial birth certificate. Even though the Daddy space for Jordan’s baby is currently blank, it can be added in later…and her son Prince’s last name is listed as Thompson already. We’re not sure what Jordan plans to do, but everyone knows who that baby’s Daddy is. Artist & Entrepreneur In Contract To Sell Mega-Mansion It looks like Akon got an early Christmas present. The rapper/producer’s finally found a buyer for his Georgia mansion after it sat on the market for six months. The mystery buyer will pay $2.5 million for the 15,000 square foot manse in Sandy Springs, Ga. The singer put his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on the market back in May for $2,595,000. He originally bought the home for $2.6 million back in 2007. He tried to sell the mansion the same year he bought it for $3 million, but took it off the market months later. The pad features 24-hour security, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, sauna, racquetball court/indoor basketball half court, tennis/sport court – but the listing noted the home was in need of repairs. As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt last month. The actress’ abrupt decision to end her marriage came after an incident aboard a private jet, during which Pitt was involved in an altercation with 15-year-old son Maddox. It remains unclear what exactly took place aboard the aircraft, but it was bad enough that it resulted in Pitt being investigated for child abuse . As of now, Jolie has sole physical custody of the kids, and Brad is allowed only supervised visits. That may soon change, however, as at least one former associate of the couple’s has come forward to reveal that he never witnessed any abusive behavior on Brad’s part, but did overhear Angie issuing threats of violence. An unnamed former bodyguard claims that he once heard Angelina threaten to “beat [Brad] to death” during a particularly heated argument. He adds, however, that he never saw her become physically abusive, and has no reason to believe that she ever did. It’s also important to note that the bodyguard doesn’t claim that Angelina ever made any threats to the children. If this is the sort of character testimony that Brad is relying on for his upcoming custody battle, he may be in trouble. Of course, several media outlets have reported in recent weeks that the Department of Child and Family Services investigation into Brad’s behavior has been expanded to include Angelina. It’s unclear, however, if the department is investigating claims against Angelina, or attempting to determine if she was abused by Brad. Last week, Jolie was interrogated by the FBI for several hours, but it is not believed that there is any reason for her to face criminal charges.
