Leave it to Stevie J to put family first. The VH1 reality star spent more of the past several months slamming the living heck out of Joseline Hernandez. He filed legal documents that questioned Joseline's sanity . He accused her of taking drugs while pregnant. He denied being the father of her impending child. But then Hernandez went ahead and gave birth to a girl named Bonnie Bella and, to his credit, Stevie J has apparently come to realize what's important. Stopped in a parking lot this week by TMZ, Stevie J shrugged off his many conflicts with his occasional ex-lover, saying he and Joseline were “homies first before the love thing.” He thinks they need to now “come together” and “be the best parents” they can be. What about all those court documents and requests? What about the ankle monitor he still must wear? What about all the times he railed against Joseline as a terrible person and dangerous mother? Joseline Hernandes Tests Negative For Drugs Even though Stevie J has been insisting that Joseline has been drinking and drugging hardcore while carrying the unborn baby he denies…Joseline says she has proof that that is NOT the case. According to TMZ , Joseline filed formal court docs and attached 3 the results to three drug tests, proving she was completely negative for various drugs — including the cocaine Stevie says he witnessed her ingest . She’s also free and clear of amphetamines and marijuana and she even attached a note from her doctor stating she’s had a healthy pregnancy this entire time. Joseline says she voluntarily submitted to the drug tests to prove that Stevie’s repeated claims that she’s smoking and snorting while carrying lil baby Bonnie is just is a sick attempt to embarrass her. Meanwhile, Joseline let it be known that Stevie’s $5,000 check for her and the baby’s medical costs bounced. But not so fast — Stevie apparently says that the whole drug test thing is a pile of lies, because the tests weren’t conducted by a medical professional. SMH. This whole pregnancy has just been a big circus between these two (well, three really) . Little Bonnie has been on a roller coaster ride and she hasn’t even exited the womb yet. SMH. As previously reported she’s filming a baby special for her daughter with Stevie J, Bonnie Bella. Joseline Demands That Stevie J Take Paternity Test And Pay Child Support The saga of Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez continues. These two will be in each other’s obituaries. There’s no way around it. On the latest episode of Joseline & Stevie: Beef Never Dies, TMZ reports that the “baddest puta” has filed legal papers demanding that Stevie J not only take a paternity test, but that he begin paying child support…BEFORE THE BABY IS EVEN BORN. The “Puerto Rican Vieja Princess” is tired of Steebie’s games. She claims that he agreed to take care of her during her pregnancy even though he hasn’t officially acknowledged that the child is his. Apparently Joseline doesn’t believe Stevie will cough up the dough, so she’s asked a judge to intervene and settle the issue once and for all. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J, a.k.a. Steven Jordan, is suing ex-partner Joseline Hernandez for defamation, a new report indicates. At issue? Her repeated, ridiculous accusations about his personal life and (allegedly) sordid behavior re: Satan, gay porn and child molestation. If you missed it, the (allegedly) pregnant Joseline and Stevie split up earlier this year, at which point she said he molested his daughter . Stevie, who has been taken to court multiple times for unpaid child support, has a child with co-star Mimi Faust – the child in question. Joseline also says Stevie is a deadbeat, and a devil-worshipper, and that she passed a lie detector test proving he watches gay porn . Suffice it to say, there’s no love lost between them, regardless of whether he’s the father of her unborn child, which remains up in the air. Or if the alleged child inside her is real, for that matter. More on the aforementioned baby bump in a sec. According to Stevie J, Joseline has been on a non-stop smear campaign against him, and has even enlisted a former nanny for reinforcements. Stevie J claims that the nanny is posting similar, outrageous and defamatory allegations about him social media, at Joseline’s direction. These aren’t run-of-the-mill claims, either. To hear Stevie tell it, Joseline went so far as to call the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services, accusing him of sexual abuse. She frequently makes incendiary claims about him to her 1.9 million followers on Twitter, but she’s also an unhinged pathological liar. Is Stevie J an upstanding citizen? That’s up for debate, but we can certainly say we do not trust what Josie says at face value … ever. When she gets the DFCS involved, however, that’s taking it to another level; Stevie J says that’s what prompted his defamation lawsuit. Her repeated slander and harassment has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule, the producer states. Stevie’s suing Joseline in search of damages … and more immediately, in hopes that a judge will force her to shut her damn yap ASAP. Now, as for that baby … There’s been talk of Joseline faking her pregnancy from the get-go, and if there’s any celebrity we can see attempting that, she’d be it. Seriously, with her track record, it’s almost believable. In fairness, though, talk of Joseline Hernandez’s fake baby bump seems to be just that – talk. Entertaining talk, for sure, but likely bogus. Assuming she really is pregnant, and we believe that she is, the bigger mystery is who knocked up the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star. Right now, the candidates are Stevie J (initially assumed to be the dad, but far from a lock), Young Dro and an unnamed third fella. It’s as weird as it sounds and then some.
