Lindsay Lohan will not be making it to court for her DUI probation hearing tomorrow, and once you hear the reason why, you’ll have pretty much heard everything. Our headline above is not literally true, but might as well be. Lindsay claims that someone stole her passport in Cannes, France. Theoretically possible? Absolutely. But come on. There’s no way that happened. LL claims she actually went to the airport yesterday trying to get on a flight – she’s required in court in L.A. Thursday – without a passport but was denied boarding.
Lindsay Lohan has clearly violated her probation , but will that land her in jail? If you look at Linds’ alcohol education record, it’s clear she has a problem … and not just with substance abuse and subsequent anger issues. With the law. The train wreck must come to court on May 20 and prove to the judge she has attended 13 classes. To date, Lindsay has done nine. It is currently May 13. One week, four additional classes? How is she gonna fit that into her partying schedule? This poses a big problem. Even if she did, it wouldn’t fix things. Lindsay Lohan’s downward spiral continues – although this time, there may be actual, serious legal implications after she violated the terms of her probation. That’s no joke, and will almost certainly land her in jail, according to reports. On probation for DUI, LL has not fulfilled her alcohol education requirements. Judge Marsha Revel made it unmistakably clear to Lindsay late last year that the fallen star must attend alcohol education courses once every seven days.
