Pedo-Files: Jerry Sandusky Asks Court For Permission To See His Grandkids

Would you let your kids see this nasty character??? Jerry Sandusky , the former Penn State assistant football coach charged with child molestation, asked for court permission on Friday to see his grandchildren. Under conditions of his bail, Sandusky is currently prohibited from visiting his 11 grandchildren. A motion filed in Centre County court seeks to allow Sandusky to contact his 11 grandchildren by email, phone, text and Skype, and to let them visit his central Pennsylvania home if accompanied by a parent. Authorities allege Sandusky sexually abused 10 boys over a 15-year span. Sandusky has said he is innocent. He is currently under house arrest and forbidden from having contact with anyone under 18. “Jerry’s grandchildren want to see him, and he very much wants to see them,” Sandusky’s lawyer, Joe Amendola, wrote in an email to The Associated Press. A 12th grandchild is expected “in the near future,” according to the motion. They shouldn’t allow him to see nothing but the four walls of a jail cell! Source More On Bossip! EWWWW!!! *Raw Video* Joshua Jones Accused Cop Killer Acting Crazy In Court: “Does It Look Like I Can Afford An Attorney… Got Dammit!” [Video]

He’s the man investigators say shot and killed Master Public Safety Officer Sandy Rogers. On Monday, Joshua Tremaine Jones stood before Judge Donna Williamson for a bond hearing. “Do you want to be screened for an attorney?” asked Judge Williamson. “I don’t care!” Jones yelled back, grunting several times afterwards. After mouthing profanities to the few reporters in the room, he cursed at the judge, too. “Do you have the income to hire an attorney on your own?” she asked him. “Does it look like it? G** d******!” Jones answered back. It was something Cpt. Troy Elwell with Aiken County Sheriff’s Office had never seen before. “What I saw in court today was a very disturbing individual. He appeared to show no remorse for the actions he had taken. He was disrespectful to the judge and others in the courtroom while he was there,” Elwell said. Elwell says it’s essentially a slap in the face to an already wounded community. “It’s a crime that can’t be undone. It’s a terrible incident. And again, he just showed that much more disrespect for everybody involved in it today,” he said. Joshua’s father, James, was also there and acknowledged the public would view his son as a “monster”. He described his very son’s behavior as the work of Satan. “It’s got to be the work of Satan. It’s a spirit world that is way beyond us,” he said. James Jones said his son may possibly plead insanity. He says his son has a condition they’ve sought help to combat. Jones says Joshua was being treated at Aurora Pavilion Behavioral Health Services before he was released to his care last fall. But the behavior today didn’t sway Elwell’s opinion. “I don’t think I could get any stronger feelings toward him, no matter how he acts. What happened in the courtroom today really doesn’t have any effect on my feeling toward the individual,” Elwell said. Jones’ bond for the weapons charge was set at $10,000. A circuit court will have to decide the bond for the murder charge. In the rare case they do set his bond for murder, he’ll still be on hold for possible charges in Richmond County. His father says the behavior may be because he’s off of his medications, but he wasn’t entirely sure about that. Jones has had a troubled past. He pleaded guilty in 2009 to weapons charges and served 108 days in the Aiken County Detention Center. Just last year, he was charged with giving false information and carrying a concealed weapon. His father says he shot himself in the head last year and said son stabbed him 10 years ago. Jones was 16 years old at the time. Turn the page to see the spectacle in court.

Dr. Conrad Murray: You Want Me to Pay, Too?!

Dr. Conrad Murray wants the judge in his criminal manslaughter case to deny Michael Jackson’s family restitution, arguing that MJ was responsible for his demise. Murray was convicted and sentenced for involuntary manslaughter already. That is set in stone. However, he is still fighting the restitution the star’s family seeks. Murray is asking for evidence the defense never received during the trial – evidence he claims could show Michael self-administered the fatal dose of Propofol. Murray’s lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, argues that – guilty verdict aside – in deciding how much restitution the family gets, the victim’s responsibility matters. So Murray will concede he’s partly to blame (he can’t argue otherwise because of the conviction) but he still wants to prove that Jackson caused his own death. The prosecution is asking for around $100 million in restitution, but the judge hasn’t decided on a figure. The level of culpability will ultimately play into that. Once the figure is set, if Flanagan gets his way and the judge were to decide MJ was 50 percent responsible, the judge would reduce restitution by 50 percent. Also complicating matters? Murray is pretty much broke, and if anything, Jackson’s family has profited from his death. So … the judge has a lot to ponder.

Barry Bonds Sentenced to 30 Days House Arrest, Probation For Obstruction of Justice

Disgraced baseball great Barry Bonds was sentenced to 30 days house arrest and probation today – basically a slap on the wrist for the juiced up home run king. A federal judge sentenced Bonds to probation and home confinement for obstructing justice during a grand jury probe into a firm that sold steroids to athletes. U.S. District Judge Susan Illston stayed the sentence until a higher court rules on the appeal of Bonds’ conviction , which resulted from the years-long BALCO probe. The sentence caps the highest-profile trial in a 10-year PED case that ensnared athletes in several sports and revealed the use of previously undetectable steroids. A number of athletes admitted using steroids during secret grand jury proceedings in 2003 related to the investigation of a Bay Area steroids manufacturer BALCO. Federal prosecutors in 2007 charged Bonds with lying to the grand jury. A criminal jury in April convicted him of obstruction of justice for giving evasive answers. Responding to questions about steroid use with non sequiturs and rambling digressions, Bonds basically dug his own grave there, not that he’ll be punished for it. The jury failed to reach a verdict on three other charges, and prosecutors asked the judge to sentence Bonds to 15 months in prison. Clearly that didn’t work out. After the hearing, Dennis Riordan, a lawyer for Bonds, said he believes the conviction will be thrown out on appeal, which it very well might, knowing this case. His conviction in the court of public opinion? Another story entirely.

UC Davis Cops Pepper Spraying Peaceful Protesters Placed On Leave! [Video]

These cops got crazy for no reason!: Two University of California, Davis police officers involved in the pepper spraying of seated protesters were placed on administrative leave Sunday, as the school’s chancellor accelerated an investigation of the incident and made plans to meet with protesters amid calls for her resignation. UC Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi said she has been inundated with reaction from alumni, staff, students and faculty over the incident Friday in which a riot gear-clad officer fires pepper spray on a line of sitting demonstrators. The protesters flinch and cover their faces but remain passive with their arms interlocked as onlookers shriek and scream out for the officer to stop. The officers placed on leave have not been identified. In a news release, the university said, “Videos taken during Friday’s arrests showed that the two officers used pepper spray on peacefully seated students.” The faculty association on Saturday called for Katehi’s resignation after video of the incident was circulated widely on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter on Saturday, saying in a letter there had been a “gross failure of leadership.” Katehi has resisted calls for her to quit, vowing instead to rigorously investigate the incident during which 10 protesters were arrested. “I am deeply saddened that this happened on our campus, and as chancellor, I take full responsibility for the incident,” Katehi said in a statement Sunday. “However, I pledge to take the actions needed to ensure that this does not happen again. I feel very sorry for the harm our students were subjected to and I vow to work tirelessly to make the campus a more welcoming and safe place.” Katehi also set a 30-day deadline for a task force investigating the incident to issue its report. The task force will be comprised of students, staff and faculty, Katehi said, and will be chosen this week. She plans to meet with demonstrators Monday at their general assembly, said her spokeswoman, Claudia Morain. The protest was held in support of the overall Occupy Wall Street movement and in solidarity with protesters at the University of California, Berkeley who were jabbed by police with batons on Nov. 9. As the video spread online and on television of an officer blasting pepper spray into the faces of seated protesters, outrage came quickly — followed almost as quickly by defense from police. However, a law enforcement official who watched the clip called the use of force “fairly standard police procedure.” Charles J. Kelly, a former Baltimore Police Department lieutenant who wrote the department’s use of force guidelines, said pepper spray is a “compliance tool” that can be used on subjects who do not resist, and is preferable to simply lifting protesters. “When you start picking up human bodies, you risk hurting them,” Kelly said. “Bodies don’t have handles on them.” After reviewing the video, Kelly said he observed at least two cases of “active resistance” from protesters. In one instance, a woman pulls her arm back from an officer. In the second instance, a protester curls into a ball. Each of those actions could have warranted more force, including baton strikes and pressure-point techniques. “What I’m looking at is fairly standard police procedure,” Kelly said. Images of police actions have served to galvanize support during the Occupy Wall Street movement, from the clash between protesters and police in Oakland last month that left an Iraq War veteran with serious injuries to more recent skirmishes in New York City, San Diego, Denver and Portland, Ore. Some of the most notorious instances went viral online, including the use of pepper spray on an 84-year-old activist in Seattle and a group of women in New York. Seattle’s mayor apologized to the activist, and the New York Police Department official shown using pepper spray on the group of women lost 10 vacation days after an internal review. In the video of the UC Davis protest, the officer, a member of the university police force, displays a bottle before spraying its contents in a sweeping motion while walking back and forth in front of the demonstrators. Most of the protesters have their heads down, but several were hit directly in the face. Some members of a crowd gathered at the scene scream and cry out. The crowd then chants, “Shame on You,” as the protesters on the ground are led away. The officers retreat minutes later with helmets on and batons drawn. Nine students hit by pepper spray were treated at the scene, two were taken to hospitals and later released, university officials said. UC Davis Police Chief Annette Spicuzza has said the decision to use pepper spray was made at the scene. “The students had encircled the officers,” she said Saturday. “They needed to exit. They were looking to leave but were unable to get out.” Katehi said the university is challenged by its capacity to balance freedom of expression with the need to feel safe. “These past few days our campus has been confronted with serious questions which will challenge us for many months and years to come,” Katehi said. Turn the page for the actual footage of the incident.

Put On Blast: Model Angelica Cecora Tells The World About How Oscar De La Hoya Likes To Do Coke With His…

Oscar de la Hoya encouraged model Angelica Marie Cecora to help him do cocaine using a body part other than his nose during an alleged, kinky romp at Manhattan’s Ritz Carlton hotel last March, she told Page Six. Cecora also claimed to us that the ex-boxing champ revealed to her he was molested by a female staffer in high school. “He opened up to me about how he lost his virginity,” says Cecora, who’s filed a $5 million suit through lawyer Tony Evans against the fighter for emotional distress, false imprisonment, assault and battery. “He told me that he didn’t have a lot of friends [growing up], and a lot of bullies would fight with him.” As a result, she says De la Hoya told her he was sent to a staffer’s office regularly who told him to “sit on her lap.” “He said this was the way he lost his virginity,” Cecora said. The New York model added that, during De la Hoya’s alleged “cocaine-fueled confessions,” he asked her to help him absorb the drug through a private body area. “He indicated he wanted [it that way],” she said. “I realized I was a victim,” Cecora said, explaining why she waited until now to come forward with her story. “ He took advantage of me. I wanted to stop him from doing this to other people.” The “Golden Boy’s” lawyer had this to say about Angelica and her claims against his client: “I am not going to debase myself or my client by engaging in a public relations war about this stupidity. Let’s see what the judge has to say.” Thing is, Oscar already publicly copped to doing drugs and cross-dressing so the idea that he held this woman hostage doesn’t exactly sound like a stretch of the truth. But as his lawyer said, let’s see what the judge says… Source
