Javi Marroquin: Moving On to a DIFFERENT MTV Show?!

If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , you know that the wildly popular reality series occasionally feels a bit overstuffed in its current season. The show has a new cast member in Briana DeJesus , and the other moms lives are as drama-packed than ever. So perhaps it’s not surprising that ancillary figures like Kailyn Lowry’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, are looking to move on to new projects. After all, these days, Kailyn is soon to welcome her third child , and her increasingly hectic life may well result in less screen time for Javi. So in an effort to maintain relevance, Marroquin is making moves, y’all. According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup , MTV is considering doing an all-star edition of The Challenge for the show’s 31st (!!!) season. Our older readers might remember the show with its original, ludicrously clumsy title, Real World/Road Rules The Challenge . In those days, The Challenge featured fan favorites from the network’s first two reality shows competing in various, um … challenges. More recent seasons have followed the network’s protocol of filling every series with generic pretty people, but now, it looks as though MTV execs are looking to return to pitting stars from other shows against one another. It makes sense that Javi would be among the first to get the call, as he’s mentioned his desire to compete on the show in numerous social media posts. Nothing has been confirmed thus far, but since The Challenge films for seven weeks beginning in September, so the schedule likely wouldn’t interfere with Marroquin’s TM2 duties. It wouldn’t be the first time that producers poached talent from another series, as the show addded castmembers from MTV’s Are You the One in 2014. They probably won’t have to do much convincing to get Javi to sign on, as we already know he’s a fan of MTV’s full slate of programming. Javi often tweets about other shows, and he briefly dated Madison Channing Walls of The Real World fame. There’s no word on how Kailyn feels about her ex’s new opportunity. But given how much her relationship with Javi has deteriorated in recent months, we’re guessing she wouldn’t mind if he takes off for a couple months. Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin: New Divorce Drama on Teen Mom 2?!

Doesn't it feel like we've been dealing with divorce drama from Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin for years now? Maybe it's because we've seen so much of it play out on Teen Mom 2, but whatever the reason, it's been overwhelming for a while now. We know that their issues began in late 2015, after Javi blamed Kailyn for a miscarriage. After that, the timeline gets a little muddled: they've said that they legally separated that December, meaning that while Javi was deployed, they technically weren't together. But on the show, we saw them try to work out their relationship while he was overseas. It seems like even though things were over between them for a long time, they were hesitant to end things officially. After all, their divorce wasn't finalized until this past winter . When Javi came home last summer, we saw him desperate to try to make things work with Kailyn, and we saw him react poorly when she wasn't receptive to his attempts. It's all very confusing, and very sad. And with this new sneak peek from the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, it's clear that things haven't gotten much better. In the clip, Javi drops Lincoln off at Kailyn's home after spending some time with him — by the way, Lincoln is still as adorable as ever. Javi tells her that he has to go to his lawyer's office to sign some papers, then the divorce would be official. “No turning back now,” he says. “This is it. We made it.” “Or we didn't make it,” Kailyn points out. It's clearly an awkward moment between the two of them, and Javi only makes it more awkward by going in for a kiss. Yes, after informing his soon-to-be ex-wife that their marriage is almost over forever, he thinks it's a good time for a kiss. But hey, at least it seems like they don't hate each other as much as they did last season! Then again, she's not visibly pregnant here, so who knows what these new episodes will bring. Kailyn Lowry: I Will Never Get Back With Javi Marroquin & I Will NEVER Get Married Again!

Though we don’t know Kailyn Lowry’s exact due date , based on her social media posts, we can conclude that she’ll be welcoming her third child within the next couple weeks. In the meantime, there’s been more than enough drama to keep her Twitter and Instagram followers tuned in. This week, it mostly has to do with Javi Marroquin’s relationship with Lauren Comeau . Marroquin and Comeau became acquainted online, then started dating after meeting at a wedding earlier this month. After just a few days together, Javi announced the relationship publicly. Kailyn has yet to respond directly, but many fans believe a sullen tweet that Kailyn posted shortly after Javi’s announcement was her way of reacting to the news: “Today is not a good day. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better,” Lowry wrote. It was enough to make some fans think there might be something to those persistent rumors about Kailyn wanting to get back together with Javi . Earlier today, a fan tweeted that she’d had a dream in which Kailyn got married again. Lowry swiftly clarified that that dream will never become a reality. “Def a dream cause I won’t be getting married again,” she tweeted. One fan clearly missed Kailyn’s point and read the comment as her way of hinting at a reconciliation with Marroquin. Again, Kailyn responded by making herself very clear: “My ex is an ex for a reason,” she tweeted. So there you have it. Sounds like we won’t be seeing a Kailn/Javi reunion any time soon. Most recently, Lowry briefly dated Chris Lopez , and it sounds like that experience turned her off of relationships for the foreseeable future. Despite the fact that they’ll soon have a child together, Lowry and Lopez reportedly have very little contact with one another. Specifics are hard to come by, but insiders say the relationship ended badly after just a few weeks, and Lopez will not be a presence in the life of his child. Kailyn Lowry Hints That Due Date Is VERY SOON: I’m So Excited!

Ever since the world learned that Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her third child , Teen Mom 2 fans have been clamoring for details. Unfortunately for them, Kaily is unlike most reality stars, who seem to live in a constant state of thirst. At first she wasn’t exactly forthcoming with details, and it was months before we even learned the identity of Kailyn’s baby daddy . As the big day draws closer, however, Lowry has been a bit less tight-lipped in terms of saring the details of her pregnancy with fans. Despite numerous pleas from fans, Kailyn still isn’t going so far as to publicly reveal her due date, but she had dropped some hints. Earlier this week, she posted this cryptic tweet: “So excited for my date with baby lo tomorrow.” “R u being induced?” asked one fan, adding. “Can’t wait to hear about the arrival of Baby Lo!” “Happy for you, have an easy labor and delivery!” tweeted another follower. One fan, no doubt echoing the sentiments of many others, tweeted: “About time, feels like you’ve been preggers forever!” A large number of Kailyn’s followers seemed fully convinced that July 6 would be the day that the mysterious Baby Lo would enter the world, and Kailyn finally reveal the name and gender of the much obsessed-over child. So you can imagine their surprise when the next day came and went, and no announcement had been made. Instead, Kailyn clarified that she was simply looking forward to her final OB-Gyn appointment: “One more appt today,” she tweeted, perhaps sensing that she’d unwittingly gotten her fans all worked up. But still, it looks as though the arrival of Baby Lo will take place any day now: Kailyn has been uncharacteristically quiet on social media in the 24 hours since announcing her final appointment. Like everything she does these days, that’s led to fans taking to social media to offer their unhinged opinions on whether or not she’s in labor. Kailyn Lowry: Is She Putting Her Unborn Baby at Risk?!

For the past several months — maybe even for the past several years — Kailyn Lowry has been nothing but drama. Seriously, just drama as far as the eye can see. First there was her divorce from Javi Marroquin, which ended in her seeking out a protective order against him after he broke into her house. Then, of course, she got pregnant with Chris Lopez before the divorce was even finalized. Kailyn keeps saying that the pregnancy was planned, but it seems questionable. After all, she’s said many times that Chris doesn’t want anything to do with her now. But regardless, she’s going to welcome her third baby into the world pretty soon now. To celebrate the impending birth, she went on a vacation to Puerto Rico … and that’s where we run into the latest Kailyn scandal. According to the CDC, pregnant women should not travel to Puerto Rico. Period. Because of Zika. If a pregnant woman contracts the Zika virus, the fetus can suffer some severe birth defects. The woman can also get violently ill, which can also put the fetus at risk. In addition to the virus, Kailyn has also said several times that her current pregnancy is high risk. She hasn’t released a definite due date, but based on the time line she’s given us, it sounds like she’s due in about a month. Is it really safe for her to be flying right now? We’re not Kailyn’s doctors, of course, and we don’t presume to know more about her body or about her pregnancy than she does. But it does seem like an unnecessary risk to go to Puerto Rico while so very, very pregnant. It sounds like she’s not done taking those kinds of risks either — she’s said that she’s planned another vacation, this one to St. Thomas, before the baby is born. St. Thomas is in the Virgin Islands, which is another place the CDC advises pregnant women to avoid. After all, better to be safe than to contract the Zika virus. Though Kailyn doesn’t seem concerned, her social media followers definitely are. “Aren’t you worried about Zika?” one person asked, “The first thing they say is not to travel to those areas and countries especially if you’re pregnant … be very careful!” Another wrote “Yikes. Not trying to hate at all but I’d be concerned about Zika. It definitely depends on where you’re at but not something to mess around with.” But Kailyn, much like Jill Duggar , clearly isn’t that concerned.
