We’re sorry to break this to you, Kim Kardashian. But the truth must be told… … Kris Humphries has no interest in a reconciliation. You remember Kris Humphries, don’t you, Kim? He’s the former professional basketball player to whom you were married for 72 days because either Kris Jenner pressured you into this union in order to make money or because you actually thought you were in love. Either way, Us Weekly recently tracked Humphries down . The ex-power forward has not found a soulmate since Kim filed for divorce in October of 2011, but that doesn’t mean he’s unhappy. According to this tabloid, Humphries is “enjoying the single life” in his native state Minnesota and is working in real estate. Does he have any interest in getting it on with Kardashian? Heck, does he have any interest in even talking to Kardashian again? No and no, the publication explains. At this point in his life, Kris “tries to stay as far out of the spotlight as possible” and “truly wants zero association” with his 37-year-old ex, a source close to Humphries says. “He actually had genuine feelings for her,” the insider allages of Kim, adding that Kris thinks he got “screwed over” in the relationship and eventual divorce. Humphries, as you may or may not recall, dragged out these divorce proceedings for many, many months. He threatened to actually sue Kardashian for fraud, claiming at times that the marriage was nothing but a sham meant to pad her bank account and raise her profile. Kris isn’t the only person who thought this, of course. But others have assumed all along that Humphries was in on the PR stunt… or whatever the heck you want to call his 72-day run as Kim’s husband. “Their marriage is like a distant memory,” says this Us Weekly mole. And this likely holds true for most of the celebrity gossip world. Admit it: Did you even remember that Kris and Kim were married? Do you even recall a time when Kardashian was not with Kanye West? The last time Humphries commented publicly on anything pop culture related, he was sending well wishes to Rob Kardashian . That was well over a year ago. Khloe Kardashian was swelling with both maternal and auntly pride when she shared a photo of five Kardashian babies in one spot . But, according to a new report, it turns out that her private life is being dictated by her fears about True’s future. Is Khloe clinging to Tristan because she worries that, if she leaves him, he’ll abandon True, too? RadarOnline reports that Khloe is clingy with her cheating baby daddy for one reason and one reason only. “Khloe’s worst nightmare is that Tristan will be an absent father to True,” the insider reveals. The report is quick to make it clear that Khloe is still dating him for her own reasons. “She loves him,” the source clarifies. “But,” the insider continues. “The reason she’s clingy is because she doesn’t want him to be a part-time dad to True.” Khloe’s fear is apparently that Tristan will be an absentee father to True “like he is to his son.” Tristan’s son, of course, is one-year-old Prince. Jordan Craig, pictured above wearing red, is Tristan’s ex. This report claims that Tristan doesn’t make time for his ex’s kid in the way that he does for his current woman’s child. The source says that Tristan only sees Prince “every now and then.” Apparently, photos like this one of Tristan with both of his children, symbolize what is most important to Khloe. “Every time Tristan brought gifts home for True,” the insider says. “Khloe reminded him to send some to Prince.” It is heartbreaking to hear even an unverified report that a father had to be reminded about one of his children. “She wanted him to spoil his son the same way he spoiled True,” the source explains. Good for Khloe. You should always love your children, not just whichever one happens to be in front of you at the time. Apparently Khloe’s concerns have a lot to do with her own issues. We hate to call them “daddy issues” because it’s sounds dismissive, but … they’re daddy issues. “Khloe was devastated when her dad died,” the source explains. “And,” the insider continues, Khloe “wants True and Tristan to have a strong bond.” Khloe wants Tristan and True to have a relationship “like she did with her dad, no matter what.” Robert Kardashian’s death was heartbreaking for his entire family. He was a good man who adored his children. Since the first — at the time, unfathomable — reports came out back in April that Khloe had not dumped Tristan’s cheating ass, people have wondered why. Even then, people suspected that Khloe’s own issues related to her late father made her reluctant to break up with Tristan. Some children are happy that their parents divorced, others simply adjust or cope. But others will spend their lives believing that it should never have happened. Did Khloe refuse to break up in the first place because her own experience with divorce made her believe that True needs both parents? We suspect that, on some level, even Khloe couldn’t answer that with absolute certainty. Is this report true? We … kind of hope not. Don’t get us wrong, it would totally explain why Khloe has remained with the man who humiliated her in front of the world at such a critical moment in their relationship. But the report almost suggests that Khloe is using her affections to secure a father figure for True. A real father — which we would like to believe that Tristan is — wouldn’t need Khloe’s smothering attention to remind him of either of his children. Back in April, Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal broke right before Khloe Kardashian went into labor with his child. Now, almost exactly six months later, Khloe is still reportedly struggling to trust him again. A report says that the two are not in the best place right now — and that it’s making Khloe reconsider everything about her life with Tristan. A report by E! reveals that Khloe is struggling to trust Tristan , even (almost) half a year after his cheating scandal broke. “Khloe had everything planned to leave for Cleveland early last week,” the insider shares. But she got cold feet “and decided not to go.” “She doesn’t feel comfortable to leave her home and family in L.A. and head back to her life in Cleveland right now,” the source explains. (Though, to be fair, a lot of people would not feel comfortable moving to Cleveland) “She isn’t ready to go,” the insider adds. “Khloe has had many ups and downs lately with Tristan,” the source explains. So, the insider continues, despite their recent face-licking PDA , “[she] and Tristan are not in the best place currently.” Public displays of joy can sometimes mask real turmoil. But Khloe is hoping that she can change this. “Khloe wants to work things out for the sake of True,” the source says. “But,” the insider notes. “It has been very difficult recently.” “She has huge trust issues that she has not overcome,” the source reveals. Tristan Thompson is 6-foot-9. That’s about as huge as a trust issue can get. “And,” the insider continues. “It’s definitely caused a rift.” “Khloe thought things would blow over,” the source adds. The insider explains that Khloe had wanted to move on from her emotional wounds “but she still has insecurities deep down.” A second source confirms that Khloe is “struggling with trusting him (Tristan) to be on his own around other women when she isn’t there.” Recent reports that Tristan may be cheating again cannot be helping with that. “In addition to her own insecurities about Tristan’s infidelity,” the insider says. “Khloe is continuing to struggle with her family’s thoughts of Tristan.” This is a big deal, the source explains, “as most of them haven’t forgiven him for cheating.” (Who has?) This is a sticking point for her family, “even though they are trying to support Khloe’s decision to be with him.” It sounds like Khloe’s loved ones have their priorities in order. “Everyone in the family ultimately wants what’s best for True,” the insider reports. The source says that they could live with him being with Khloe forever, “but they’re wary that Tristan will cheat again.” A guy who cheats with a whole bunch of women while his girlfriend is pregnant, one thinks, could cheat at any time. “And,” the insider says. “They hate seeing how this is effecting Khloe.” Interestingly, a source says that “(Kourtney) has been the most open-minded about Khloe and Tristan reconciling.” We should note that E!
