Scott Disick has finally opened up, albeit briefly, for the first time since his infamous breakup from longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian. What did he have to say about his current state? While hosting a bash at 1OAK Nightclub in Las Vegas Friday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star addressed the elephant in the room. “[I’m] just taking it one day at a time,” he told the media on the red carpet. “With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself.” Disick, 32, stuck with a bottle of water, was constantly on his phone, and kept his distance from female fans while he hung out at his VIP table. He was joined by Love and Hip Hop Hollywood’s Mally Mall, who was also involved in that scandalous ” music video shoot ” at Scott’s house. ” Scott was rather disconnected once he got into the club,” a witness says. “Typically a very verbal and outrageous host, [he] was rather restrained.” Disick, who canceled his previous two club appearances, was absolutely roasted on Twitter when he announced his return to the club circuit. Earlier this week, Disick met up with Kardashian, 36, and the couple’s daughter Penelope at the Beverly Hills Hotel for the first time post-split. Kardashian still wants Disick to have a relationship with his offspring, but she’s in the process of seeking sole custody of their three children. As for whether there is still any hope for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick , that seems very unlikely after the whole Chloe Bartoli situation. Kourtney Kardashian Rumored To Be Pregnant With Baby #4 Kourtney Kardashian is definitely the type to get pregnant from prolonged eye contact…so is she currently toting her fourth gut full of ain’t isht baby daddy Scott Disick only weeks after he packed his stuff and left her to party unbothered on a full-time basis? As an insider shared with Life & Style Mag : “It happened during a rare moment when Scott was being charming. But now the thought of having another child with him is giving her a panic attack. It was right after photos of Scott with another woman came out that Kourtney realized she’d missed her period.” Apparently, Kourtney hasn’t even told Scott about their new baby: “She’s completely stunned. She’s definitely not ‘down’ with having Scott as her baby daddy anymore. Kourtney wants their relationship to end, not to have another reason to have to deal with him. The first person she called was Khloe. She was in tears, sobbing about Scott being a ‘f***ing ass’ and how a baby couldn’t come at the worse time.” Funnily enough, Kourtney’s extra-fertile ground is part of the reason Scott wanted to leave in the first place. As an insider previously shared with HollywoodLife : “It frustrated him that she wouldn’t even agree to marry him but she wanted to keep having his babies. It’s like she was with him just because he made beautiful babies. Ideally, Kourtney wanted four children — the next one hopefully another girl. But Scott was adamantly opposed to it and wouldn’t even sleep with her out of fear she would get pregnant again.” Hmmm…we don’t know how true this one is. But if so, Kourtney must be super pissed off at herself right about now. Maybe they’ll end up reconnecting for the umpteenth time?

Former Playboy model Izabella St. James is weighing in on Holly Madison and why she is opening up about being Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend now. St. James’ abridged theory: Holly’s a pathetic, creepy, weirdo liar who’s just bitter because she was the one who had to please Hefner sexually. Yup, this is gonna be good … According to Kendra Wilkinson, Holly is out for revenge because she was cut out of Hef’s will. But Izabella thinks it goes even deeper than that. About Holly, whose book Down the Rabbit Hole makes some startling allegations about Hefner and Playboy , Izabella says her motive is clear: “She is selling the book by making outrageous claims, doing tell-all interviews where she says he degraded her and calls it the house of horrors.” “If it was the house of horrors,” Izabella adds , then Madison, rather than Hefner’s victim, “was the most willing and happy participant of it all.” Izabella believes Holly’s crazy claims stem from bitterness over being ostracized from the “core” Bunny group, referring them to the “cool kids.” After Madison was shunned as Hef’s “favorite” girl, St. James says, she became so desperate that she began emulating everything Hugh did. And doing anything he wanted to do. To her. According to Izabella, 39, Hef just wasn’t that into Holly, 35, even though Madison did everything to get him back into her any way she could. Maybe not, in retrospect, given the sex with Hugh Hefner … but with all the mind games going on behind closed doors, you do have to wonder.

While Caitlyn Jenner’s ESPY Awards speech was the main story, as it should be, an interesting subplot was playing out behind the scenes. A familiar one, to boot, for the Kardashian and Jenner families. Brody Jenner has never been a big Kim Kardashian fan, and has been pissed at her ever since she didn’t give him a plus-one for her wedding. It’s not just about that, of course, but that was the final straw after years of mistrust between Brody and Kris Jenner, and Kris’ cash cow Kim. “Brody didn’t even speak to Kim backstage,” an insider said . “Brody thinks Kim is just beyond fake, and wants nothing to do with her. He was thankful that she didn’t bring brooding Kanye to the ceremony.” Brody made his feelings clear when he posted the above picture, taken backstage, to his Instagram account, calling it a “family photo.” Notice the lack of people named Kardashian in said photo. His half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were featured, along with Caitlyn’s other kids, Burt, Brandon, Cassandra, and their significant others. Also, N.Y. Giants star Odell Beckham Jr. for some reason. It was a triumphant moment for Caitlyn, who earned a standing ovation while accepting the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the annual event. Brody shunned Kim and will likely continue to do so for the foreseeable future, but in fairness, he did offer kind words to one of his step-siblings. “Brody offered support to Kourtney because he has talked to Scott and knows about the struggles he has been dealing with,” the source said. “But Kourtney was basically nonplussed by Brody’s words.” It could be worse. At least Brody and Kim bothered to show up (and kept their issues separate) to support Cait … looking at you, Rob Kardashian.
Birdman Sues Tidal For $50 Million Over Wayne’s Music Apparently trying to have Lil Wayne killed wasn’t enough. Birdman is obviously extra salty about Wayne’s split from Cash Money. Now, he’s going after Wayne’s new “Daddy” Jay Z to recoup his losses… Via TMZ : Birdman is going after Jay Z in court, claiming Jay is a failure at music streaming and is illegally using Lil Wayne to save his business. Birdman’s company, Cash Money, is suing Tidal for streaming songs from Lil Wayne’s album ‘FWA’ … suing for $50 MILLION. Cash Money claims it has exclusive rights to Wayne’s music and Tidal is an illegal intermeddler. The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, gets nasty, with Cash Money claiming Jay Z’s fledgling company is now resorting to “a desperate and illegal attempt to save their struggling streaming service.” According to the lawsuit, Tidal has claimed Cash Money does not have a exclusive lock on Wayne … Tidal claims Wayne specifically gave it the right to stream his music, in return for part ownership in the company. Cash Money begs to differ, and the company quotes portions of its contract with Lil Wayne in the lawsuit. The contract specifically says Wayne does not have the power to license his music to anyone else. And get this … Cash Money trashes Wayne’s ‘FWA’ album, saying it got “tepid reviews” and could hurt Cash Money’s attempts to exploit Wayne’s music. SMH! Baby just won’t let Weezy go. Looks like if he can’t have him, no one can…
