Lena Dunham has no shame. We don’t say this because the actress often shows her boobs and her body on HBO’s Girls. We say it because she bought the Kim Kardashian selfie book ! And she then showed off her purchase on social media! “selfie with selfish #yeahiboughtit (I support experiments in female identity exploration/am a student of pop culture/will not be shamed),” Dunham wrote as a caption to the above image. It’s hard to believe she truly thinks a book of Kim Kardashian selfies is truly an “experiment in female identity exploration,” but perhaps Dunham just wants to support a fellow controversial author. Dunham herself came under some fire for “Not That Kind of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She’s Learned,” but it was a very different kind than the backlash Kim has received. Most people just think Kardashian is a vain, self-centered dolt who is asking people to pay money for photos they can just find online. Dunham, meanwhile, was accused of sexual molesting her sister after sharing a story about the siblings in the pages of her memoir. So, yeah. Like we said: slightly different controversies here. In a dramatic, totally unforeseen turn of events, the Courtney Stodden sex tape will not be released by Vivid after all … decrees Courtney. View Slideshow: 28 WTF?! Courtney Stodden Photos News of a Courtney Stodden sex tape – one potentially so epic that it spawned a $1 million offer from Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch – broke in April. Hirsch, a man who knows his sexual products, felt this thing was so legit, it could start a self-pleasuring wave of XXX celeb solo efforts. It seemed logical. But there’s been a major change of plans. Stodden herself is now ADAMANT that her solo sex tape not be released online that she fired off a cease and desist letter to Vivid. According to her legal team, the tape was leaked without her permission, and as such, Hirsch needs to drop it like it’s hot and STFU. Uhh. Safe to say we did not see this one coming at all. Perhaps it’s an unwritten rule, a Farrah Abraham Corollary if you will, that one cannot pimp a sex tape without first pretending it was “leaked.” Perhaps Court and Doug Hutchison had a genuine change of heart about spreading these legs/riches and are using this dubious claim to bail. Whatever the case … how does a self-pleasure tape leak? By definition, there’s only one person in the video, stripped down and going to town. Either she filmed it on a webcam or phone or Doug did the honors. That much is a given. But how would it possibly get to Vivid without permission? Earlier this week, we reported on the many shocking details of Scott Disick’s cheating on Kourtney Kardashian . Turns out that – like Scott’s cocaine addiction – his infidelity is an open secret, and a former friend of “the Lord” is prepared to write a tell-all book in which he exposes the severity of all of Scott’s bad habits. Having grown up in the Kardashian family, of course, Kourtney Kardashian is no stranger to sketchy people and bullsh-t artists, and sources say she’s not fooled by Scott’s lame excuses. Rather, she’s simply stopped caring.
