Teen Faces Child Porn Charges For Nude Selfies

Sexting isn’t just a bad idea, it can also land you in jail. After receiving an anonymous tip of nude photos posted on a Twitter account, the James City County Police Department in Virginia has charged a 16 year old girl with one count of distributing child pornography… for pictures she took of herself. The nude selfies were shared on Twitter as well as sent to some boys. Police say the lewdness of the photos crossed the line from sexting to child pornography.  The teen and her mother could be forced to complete a Sexting Education class as well as facing jail time. Anyone who has the photos and shares them with friends could potentially be charged with distribution of child pornography.  The girl’s phone was confiscated as part of the investigation, which might be the only part of this story that doesn’t leave me shaking my head. No Witnesses Heard Teenager Threaten To Kill Kim Kardashian KimYe needs to get their story together or Yeezus will be catching fade with ninjas in jail. According to Radar Online: No witnesses have stepped forward to corroborate Kim Kardashian‘s claims that the young man accused of shouting racial and homophobic slurs at her was also threatening to kill her — leading to the teenager’s beating at the hands of her baby daddy Kanye West, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. As we previously reported, West is accused of attacking the 18-year-old in the office of a Beverly Hills chiropractor after the teen reportedly crudely taunted West’s fiancée, Kardashian. Kim has claimed that the young man “threatened to kill her, and she was fearful for her life,” a source told RadarOnline.com, but “there are no witnesses that can substantiate Kim’s claims that heard the threat. “Kim hasn’t filed an official police report yet, but it will be very interesting if she does, because cops want to question her about what she saw and heard when Kanye entered the office, and allegedly began hitting him. If Kim was in such fear for her life, why did she call her fiancee and not the cops? She could have — and should have — done that instead of Kanye seeking some sort of vigilante justice.” Moral of the story: don’t yell racial slurs at Kim if you don’t want your head busted down to the white meat.
