Kim Kardashian has always tried to stay healthy, but now that she’s eating for both herself and expecting a girl (supposedly), it’s doubly important, says she. With the Kim Kardashian baby bump showing more each day, the importance of taking care of herself and her baby grows, she writes on her blog. “Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me,” she says. “And now [maintaining a well-balanced eating and fitness plan] is even more important since I’m looking out for someone else’s well being other than just my own.” KK says she’s been researching a lot of foods beforehand to make sure she gets the proper amount of nutrition “now that I’m eating for two” and she adds : “My friend Harley Pasternak sent me this book [ The Body Diet Reset ] … [It] will give you the tools you need to restart the way you are eating and boost your metabolism.” “I just love his recipes and I know you guys will too!” P.S. Like everything else, I was paid to say that.

Kim Kardashian Divorce Scenes: Scripted! Phony!

This just in : Keeping Up with the Kardashians is actually a scripted series that films multiple takes and even concocts scenes to fit preconceived storylines. We’ll wait for your shock to die down before we continue… Such news isn’t exactly breaking for most viewers, but actual proof now exists – in the form of leaked court documents – and it may spell trouble for Kim Kardashian’s divorce case against Kris Humphries. On February 4, Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Russell Jay was deposed as part of the never-ending battle between Kim and Kris, admitting under oath that the series reshot/edited at least two scenes which painted Humphries in a negative light. Here is what Jay said: Kardashian was aware of Humphries’ proposal before it happened. She even asked for a second take because she wasn’t satisfied with her initial reaction. In a memorable scene, Kardashian admits to Kris Jenner that she is having problems in her marriage – but this scene was filmed AFTER she already filed for divorce in October 2011. In another scene, Humphries is made to look like a fool when he earns Kim’s ire after throwing a party with her out of town. But Kim was present in the hotel the entire time this went down and was well aware of everything. “ Kris feels vindicated ,” a friend tells Life & Style of these revelations. “It’s obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are.” Humphries’ family recently came out and showed support for the basketball player, reiterating the belief that the marriage was a sham and Kris was a victim of a fame-obsessed Kris Jenner. Will this argument get him anywhere in court? Will these documents result in a major payday? How does any of this “vindicate” Kris in any way, considering he had to be complicit in the reshooting of his proposal and aware right off the bat that everything about the relationship was made-for-television? We’ll find out on May 6 when Kris and Kim meet before a judge. Finally.

While taping Keeping Up With The Kardashians Tuesday, baby bumpin’ Kim struggled to make sure the zipper on her TIGHT skirt didn’t burst open: While Kim Kardashian fashion may not be experiencing much of a change since Kanye knocked her up, she says she’s changed her diet and exercise regimen. On March 11, the reality star wrote in her blog, “I’ve been researching healthy recipes and tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I’m eating for two!” ”Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me and now it’s even more so because I’m looking out for someone else’s well being, not just my own.” “For me it’s about maintaining a well-balanced eating and fitness plan.” And, because it wouldn’t be Kim without a shameless plug at the end: “My friend Harley Pasternak sent me this book and I am so excited to read it. Kris Humphries’ Family: Kim Kardashian Marriage a Sham, Kris Jenner the Mastermind

Kris Humphries recently said he’s not to blame for Kim Kardashian’s miscarriage scare. Now his family is speaking out, calling their union a “sham.” In an interview with The Sun (UK) , Kris’ uncle Mike and aunt Dedria open up about the 28-year-old NBA player’s relationship with the E! starlet. Simply put, “It was all a sham,” Dedria told the newspaper. “My understanding of marriage is that people give it more than 72 days unless there’s abuse. If somebody had duped me and used me in front of the whole world, I would be very angry.” As for why Kris Humphries is still fighting for an annulment as opposed to just getting divorced, she says, “An annulment says it wasn’t valid in the first place.” “She should admit that it was a sham at the very least.” Mike added that Kris wants more than just a clean slate. “I can just see him wanting a pound of flesh back. I believe he wants payback,” he said, adding that Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, is behind the facade. “She’s the mastermind. You can just see that’s the brains making that thing go. The wicked part is she’s using her family. All of this is really due to her.” Kris and Kim, who split in the fall of 2011 (yes, 2011), are set for a May 6 divorce trial ; the Brooklyn Nets star wants an annulment on the grounds of fraud. Whether he has a case remains to be seen, but his former attorney allegedly quit because he doesn’t think there is enough evidence to back the claim. Kim Kardashian , how pregnant with Kanye West’s baby, is still pissed about the charade, though, which is probably half the battle as far as Kris is concerned. At least one tabloid report claimed that Kim’s recent miscarriage scare was due to Kris and stress over the divorce trial, a charge he vehemently denied. Ho sit down… We didn’t want to be the ones to say it, but we’re glad Kim Kardashian finally got the message. Via Page Six reports : Kim Kardashian is awaiting tests from doctors after her miscarriage scare, according to sources, and friends say the experience has been a “wake-up call” for the pregnant reality star who’s never met a photo-op she didn’t like. After we exclusively reported that Kim had to be rushed to doctors after she returned to LA from Paris fashion week, her sister Khloe posted a note to fans yesterday to thank them for their concern, writing, “Mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy.” But behind the scenes, we hear Kim is panicked as doctors carry out tests following her scare. “She’s awaiting test results,” said a source. “Kim’s really scared — this has been a wake-up call that she really needs to slow down and take care of herself. Friends are telling her to lay off the high heels and the high fashion.” But another source close to Kamp Kardashian said simply, “Kim didn’t feel well, she went to doctor, had some tests and all is fine. He ordered her to rest.” The mother of Kanye West’s baby’s been photographed working out daily to control her weight and appearing at promotional events galore. “She’s very responsible about meeting all her appointments. But she realizes this is something serious.” Kardashian returned to Twitter today to update her followers on her status. She wrote, “Thanks for all the well wishes, I’m doing fine! Just resting…have a good weekend. Love you guys!” We’re glad Kim is feeling better and hopefully she’ll chill on all the gym and traveling she’s been doing. Don’t worry, Charlie Askew. You aren’t the only person who broke down in public this week. Sources tell TMZ that Kim Kardashian dissolved into tears on a flight home from Paris yesterday because “severe stomach pains” made her believe she may have been suffering a miscarriage. Fortunately, that fear was not realized and a doctor’s visit confirmed Kim is simply stressed out (from the Kris Humphries divorce saga and upcoming house move) and needs to slow down a bit in life. So the fetus is fine. And it shouldn’t be that difficult for Kardashian to hang out at home for a few weeks. After all, it’s not like she has a job.

Remember a few weeks ago? When Kim Kardashian hinted that her life journey might take her in a direction that does NOT include her family’s reality show? And how we all laughed at the prospect of Kim attempting any kind of real career? Well, Kris Jenner did not find her daughter’s remarks to be funny. At all. “After hearing that Kim dissed the family empire in a magazine interview, Kris flipped out and called a summit at her office,” a source tells to The National Enquirer . As the manager of all her children, Jenner receives a 10 percent cut of all their deals, while also banking a pretty penny from E!. So she reportedly made it very clear to Kim that she dare not hint again at leaving the reality show empire behind. Moreover, Jenner is allegedly trying to expand her professional reach. She wants to take Kim Kardashian baby daddy Kanye West on as a client. “She said she would be willing to start out representing him in new endorsements and his personal life as it pertains to the reality shows,” this insider said, adding that “Kanye politely declined, as he is extremely happy with his current manager, agent, etc.”

I mean they are garbage and people need to recognize that….even if they are bored, depressed and in the middle of no where….change the channel…there are better things to watch with more substance than this…even Honey Boo Boo is a step up…..
