Kim Kardashian Sells Mansion; Includes Furniture, All Memories of Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian will need to wait until her divorce trial in May to rid herself of Kris Humphries . But the reality star moved quickly and quietly this week to separate herself from the mansion she once shared with the NBA power forward. Not only did Kim sell the 4,000-square foot mansion in Beverly Hills for $5 million TMZ confirms, she allowed the buyer to keep pretty much all its contents. From couches to coffee tables to custom-made furniture, it’s all staying with the home. Kardashian, of course, can afford plenty of new items and will have plenty of room for them in her new digs: she and Kanye West are moving into a 11,000-square foot home some time this year.

Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries Divorce Trial: Scheduled!

Our national nightmare will not end for at least another three months. The day after Kris Humphries’ lawyer peaced out on his client and also trashed Humphries for claiming he can annul his marriage to Kim Kardashian, a judge has set a trial date for this pair to finally hash it all out. They will meet in court on May 6. Kardashian’s attorney fought for a date next month, but nothing was available until well into the spring. By now, everyone (unfortunately) knows the particulars: Kris and Kim were married for 72 days. Kim has been pushing for a divorce for well over a year. Humphries has been stalling and claiming the marriage ought to be annulled because he was duped into a union Kim knew was phony from the start. In other words: he’s holding out to embarrass Kim, irritate Kim or force Kim into giving him a ton of money. Or a combination of each. Oh, and a pregnant Kim Kardashian is expecting Kanye West’s baby. Good times all around.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: Smuggled Through Airport Security!

Note to random employee at JFK airport: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may pose like Jesus . But they aren’t actually gods that deserve special treatment, okay? The couple touched down in New York yesterday following a trip to Brazil, only to find themselves at the center of a TSA investigation because an airline greeter rushed them past a checkpoint in order to speed up their boarding process. Once Kardashian and West took their seats on a flight bound for Los Angeles, they were pulled off and forced to go through security again, delaying the flight about an hour. We actually can’t make fun of Kimye for a change this time. The TSA confirms to TMZ that this was an employee error: “An airline employee escorted the two travelers through a non-public area in order to provide expedited access to their domestic flight. In doing so, the airline employee violated security protocols by permitting the travelers to by-pass the TSA security checkpoint. TSA officials learned of the violation and conducted a private screening of the two passengers in the area of the jetway. The passengers were cleared to board their flight, which departed after a delay of approximately 50 minutes. TSA is actively investigating the incident.”

According to TMZ sources, the couple (kouple?) has already purchased a 14,000-square foot mansion in Bel Air. Now, they are looking at property in New York, Miami and Paris as well, all of which are major epicenters for the world’s hottest designers. Kim and Kanye have also spent the past few days in Brazil and insiders confirm they are open to purchasing a place in that country, too. How will they ever afford so many homes? Come on. That’s what a Kim Kardashian baby is for. Cha-ching!
