This is worse than that Chris Brown superhero cartoon . A Watkinsville, Ga., steakhouse is feeling the heat after promoting its “black and bleu” ribeye sandwich as being inspired by Chris Brown’s beatdown of Rihanna. Seriously, they promoted the burger that way. Chops & Hops put up a notice last week on the eatery’s Facebook and Twitter pages announcing the newly-created sandwich, available for one day only. A heavy dose of ribeye topped with blue cheese, sliced tomato, “silver Lamborghini” onions and shredded romaine. The restaurant’s posting said: “@chrisbrown, @rihanna and us teamed up for an award winning sandwich … Chris won’t beat you up for eating this unless your name starts with a R and ends with A.” Mmmyeah. Shockingly, some customers weren’t fans. Considering Rihanna was assaulted in a Lamborghini to the point where she sustained some major black and blue bruises, probably not the best PR stunt. Not that Richard Miley is apologizing. On the contrary! “I was not trying to make a joke of domestic violence, just bringing light to the situation through food,” he said. “I do not regret doing it. I don’t regret anything.” However, the restaurant set the record straight on Saturday with a follow-up Facebook post saying it takes the issue of domestic violence seriously. “The owners of C&H would like to make sure everyone knows that we and our staff DO NOT SUPPORT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Many of us have been affected by domestic violence in some manner and realize that this is no joke,” read the message. It went on to state that Chops & Hops plans to donate all proceeds from burger sales to Project Safe Team 6, an anti-domestic violence charity. He did not say if they are planning a Karrueche Tran -themed Asian dish.

Sherri Shepherd took to The View today to address rumors that she’s been rehearsing for the show since January and thus has an unfair advantage. The Season 14 hopeful denied ever working with Val Chmerkovskiy (her pro partner on the program) and/or Maksim Chmerkovskiy at their dance studio. “We have never, I say never, we’ve never danced together,” Sherri said of the rumor. “I’ve never danced with Maks, I’ve never danced with Val.” However, she did attend a dance class at their venue. She did clarify that she loves dancing and had taken classes, however, “This started long before I started negotiations with Dancing With the Stars.” Sherri said she took lessons before her wedding to Lamar Sally in August. Radar Online had said Sherri was spotted this past December at the Soho Studio owned by the Chmerkovskiy brothers and Maks was there at the time. Also, PureDWTS reported in December that they saw a photo of Sherri and Val go up at Dance With Me’s website but it was promptly taken down. Since Sherri is still tweeting about Monday’s DWTS season premiere it doesn’t sound like the allegation that she “cheated” is being taken seriously. She and Val should be taken seriously as contenders though, apparently! She’s been practicing, and the Dancing With the Stars cast is on notice.

The ladies in Chris Brown’s life, girlfriend, Karreuche Tran, and ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, may or may not be trading social media barbs in an escalating public feud. Either way, he’s loving life these days. Maybe it’s a welcome distraction in Brown’s life now, with the iPhone theft investigation and all. Maybe it’s just nice to have his ego stroked. Maybe both. In any case, Brown and Rihanna have reportedly been hooking up for months, despite him dating Karreuche Tran … called “ an open relationship ” by some. However, (perceived) trouble began when Rihanna tweeted a photo of a bag of rice cakes with gold earrings, and the caption, “Ima a make u my bitch.” Some interpreted that as a racial jab at Karrueche Tran , who is Vietnamese. Maybe she was just hungry after a show? Who knows. But in return, the aspiring model fired off several missives on Facebook aimed directly at Rihanna. In one, she wrote : “Let me clear the air, if you have fenty at the end of ya name or your default Is Rihanna you have a better chance of winning the lottery than ending up on my friends list.” BAM. Oh, but it continues. Just to be sure Rihanna (and/or the general public) got the message, Tran wrote: “I’m Angeline [sic], you’re Jen. C’mon you see where Brad is at.” Meanwhile, Brown is loving every minute of this. “This is all very flattering to Chris. Name me a 21-year-old red blooded male that wouldn’t love having two women fighting over him,” a source said. NOTE: We can’t actually find a Karrueche Tran Facebook page that looks authentic, or any proof of Rihanna egging her on. So interpret this as you will. Given the suggestive nature of Brown’s collaborations with Rihanna , and the fact that he was at her birthday party, you do have to wonder, however …

Karrueche Tran and Rihanna have been taking subliminal shots at each other for weeks now. It all started when Rihanna posted a photo of a package of Rice Cakes wearing sunglasses and earrings (as an insult on Karrueche Tran’s Asian culture). Following the diss, Karrueche dished her own jab at Rihanna, or at least “we think” she did. Yesterday, screenshots of Karrueche Tran’s Facebook Page with the status update: “I’m Angelina, you Jennifer. C’mon, you see where Brad at!” The popular lyric is from Nicki Minaj’s single “Stupid H*e” which many viewed as a directed towards Rihanna. However, Karrueche cleared things up with a simple tweet yesterday. Apparently, THAT Facebook page is bogus:

Do you believe her, or does she need more people??? Yesterday, we reported that Pilar Sanders was said to have wanted a sit-down with ALL of her estranged husband Deion’s ex jump-offs, bust-downs, hoes, scallywags, and mistresses to air out their grievances. We guess all the buzz got back to the soon-to-be ex-baller wife and she decided to skip the oft-used Twitter and hop on her Facebook page “to stand and fight for what she believes is right”. Normally, I do not respond to media comments, statements or stories. However, several different sources have contacted me regarding TMZ’s latest posting, that I wanted to speak with the mistresses my husband has been secretly involved with behind my back…let me be clear…that is utterly ridiculous and couldn’t be further from the truth!!!! I have absolutely and unequivocally no interest, time or desire to be a part of the media mayhem circulating about my divorce. I’ve only made ONE statement period! My statement was in response to receiving divorce papers that my husband gave to me Sept. 22, 2011 but were not officially filed. My statement was as follows: “It’s unfortunate that my husband decided to take this course of action…I’m surprised and hurt… As I said to my children, we must take a minute breath and Trust God.” So, like a lot of untruths that are floating around by numerous media/social outlets, I have NOT given any personal statements and/or comments about my pending divorce. Looks like Karaoke and her “dry rice cakes” are trying to get buck in this thang … Recently RihRih sparked more talk of beef with Breezy’s girlfriend Karrueche when she tweeted a photo of a bag of rice cakes with gold earrings and black shades that many interpreted as a racist jab at Breezy’s half-Vietnamese boo thang. Welp! Karrueche fired back, though, posting on her Facebook, “I’m Angeline [sic], you’re Jen. C’mon you see where Brad is at,” referencing the famous Angelina/Brad/Jennifer Aniston love triangle… And we all know how that ended. Although, she may have already scrubbed the Facebook jab, she did leave some evidence of the shots she took at RihRih. We’re not why she’s so happy about homegirl “loosing” but the girl has Nicki quotes for days. Social networking swipes aside, does Karrueche’s accusation hold up? Given recent reports, it seems HIGHLY unlikely that Karrueche is an Angelina to Rihanna’s Jennifer. For one, Karrueche has admitted that the two are in an “open relationship” and two, the never ending rumors that Chris Brown has been chopping down RihRih for quite some time now don’t seem to be coming to a stop anytime soon.
