Tom said: “Yeen gettin’ half of isht over here baby girl!” Tom Cruise’s Prenup Allows Katie Holmes Nothing Except Child Support According to TMZ reports : Katie Holmes walked away with nothing other than rather modest child support in her divorce from Tom Cruise … and we at TMZ have the breakdown. Sources familiar with documents filed with the court tell TMZ … Katie got no lump sum payout, which is consistent with the prenup which essentially shuts her out of Tom’s $250 million fortune. As for spousal support …. Katie got zip. Katie will get money for child support, but it’s way less than a judge could have ordered. According to the settlement, Tom must pay Katie $400,000 a year in child support. That comes to $33,333.33 a month. The money will be paid by electronic transfer. Tom must pay Suri’s support for the next 12 years — until she turns 18. All tolled, that comes to $4.8 million. Tom must also pay Suri’s expenses, including medical, dental, insurance, education, college and extracurricular costs. And … both Tom and Katie agree that Suri will NOT attend a “residential school” from now through her high school years. Translation — she can’t be shipped off to boarding school — Scientology or otherwise. Katie could have gotten more child support under New York law if the case went to trial, but both she and Tom decided to settle quickly. Hollyweird celebs ( Kimmy Cakes and Kris ) take note. My name is Katie and even though I didn’t meet Justin, I had a Bieber Experience in Stratford. I live 8 hours away from Stratford and my parents were planning a trip to Canada so I asked if we could go to Stratford and surprisingly my mom said we could. On Saturday Morning my best friend Harleigh (@crazed4cody) and I started the drive to Stratford. We went to Pizza Pizza and talked to the women who was working about when Justin came in with his friends. We went to the YMCA were Justin played basketball and talked to the lady there, We went to the park were Justin met up with Ryan in NSN. We went to Scoopers; Justin’s favorite ice cream place in Stratford and so many more places. We went to almost every place that was seen in Never Say Never and we even drove by his grandparent’s house. While we were at the Avon Theatre I turned around and all of a sudden I saw Bruce (Justin’s grandfather) at the stoplight with his window down, I waved and he smiled back. Stratford is BIG even though Justin says it is small and it is so beautiful. Tom Cruise Will Not Have To Pay Katie Holmes Alimony According to TMZ reports : Tom Cruise did not pay Katie Holmes a lump sum in his divorce settlement, but he will pay handsomely in the child support department … sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ. Our well-connected sources tell us … reports that Katie scored $50 million are “ridiculous.” We’re told she did not get a lump sum of money at all. As we previously reported, Katie signed a prenup which gave her goose eggs by ending the marriage. And, sources connected with Katie have been telling us from day 1 that she was not after his money. As one source put it, “She has her own money.” We do know, however, that Tom is paying “a lot of money” in the form of child support. Tom will be making regular payments for 12 years. Tom Cruise’s attorney, Bert Fields, demands that the National Enquirer and its parent company, American Media, retract its new cover story about the actor’s just- settled divorce from Katie Holmes or face a defamation complaint of epic proportions. Among other tawdry allegations, the magazine claims Cruise’s home was akin to a “house of horrors” and that his estranged wife, Holmes, lived a “tortured life” in a marriage that was a “living nightmare” in virtual lockdown for years. Fields absolutely went OFF on what he said was a “disgraceful and lurid cover with bogus, red and yellow headlines announcing one cruel lie after another about Mr. Cruise and his family” and went on to take them apart one by one: “Contrary to your headlines, Mr. Cruise has not engaged in any ‘abuse’ or ‘humiliation’ of Katie Holmes,” he wrote. “Nor has he ever subjected her to any punishments.” “It is also completely untrue that Mr. Cruise ever subjected his wife to relentless verbal abuse, emotional punishment, humiliation and intimidation.” “These are all egregious lies. He did none of these things.” Regarding the “house of horrors” charge, Fields called Cruise’s residence in Telluride, Colo., a “pleasant and loving home” for Tom, Katie and Suri Cruise. “Suri was not forced to stay for five months in a tiny windowless room,” he added, addressing another bogus allegation made by the tabloid. He also rejected a claim that a “so-called ‘expert'” told the Enquirer that Cruise “displays many of the symptoms of a man who beats up his wife.” Fields demanded an immediate retraction for “each and every one of the false assertions,” which could cause Cruise “hundreds of millions” in damages. Yesterday, a report leaked that Holmes secretly plotted her escape from Cruise with the use of burner phones; this article is entirely separate. UPDATE : The story, a copy of which was leaked to The Hollywood Reporter but has yet to be published in print, was never meant for publication or dissemination and won’t be released, according to the celebrity gossip tabloid.
