It sort of looks like something out of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic movie Birds , but this is totally real life. Maikel Parets of Richmond, Canada filmed a geese tsunami as a massive group of the migrating fowl took off from a park there. George Takei’s take on the viral video? “What the flock!” Geese Tsunami in Richmond, Canada We especially love the woman checking her hair for bird bombs after the amazing flyover. The geese seen here are snow geese migrating from Russia’s Wrangel Island through Canada’s Fraser River Delta.

Looks like Amber Portwood, Jenelle Evans and Farrah Abraham aren’t the only Teen Mom alumni who know how to stir up controversy via Twitter. Portwood‘s baby daddy, Gary Shirley, let loose on the social media site with a series of angry tweets about his ex – Kristina, not Amber, fortunately. “Give a girl a promise ring after 9 months of dating, find out she’s in a relationship w someone else after she said she broke up with them f–k!” he wrote. “Lol the sad thing is I believed everything she said haha d–n! Told her she should act!” Shirley revealed that his daughter with Amber Portwood , Leah, “really liked her that’s what tears me apart! [sic] I’m single and hopefully I find a girl in the future.” “Not right now, but I’ll give a year …” For anyone hoping for a reunion between Gary and Portwood, who was recently released from prison, he insisted, “(not amber) that ship sailed!” Even a year won’t change that. The Teen Mom dad later deleted the tweets about Kristina and most other mentions of his girlfriend on his Twitter timeline. Why the second thoughts? Shirley tells Radar , “You know how it is, you gotta be careful about what you say about people,” declining to speak on the split further … for now. There’s always next week.

Katy Perry broke into the music stratosphere with “I Kissed a Girl” in 2007, but for years before that, she toiled and struggled to find fame in Hollywood. Now 29, the recalls doing backing vocals for some major stars, including Mick Jagger, with whom she had a very interesting encounter a decade ago. In a recent interview with Australian DJs Ash, Kip & Luttsy, on Nova FM, Perry claimed that Jagger came on to her when she was just 18 years old. Perry worked with the Rolling Stones rocker on his hit “Old Habits Die Hard,” and she said she even went out to dinner with the now 70-year-old icon. “I actually went to dinner with [Mick] one time, and he hit on me when I was 18!” she said. “That was a long time ago,” Perry was quick to note, “and he’s been very kind.” Indeed, the unlikely paid has gone on to collaborate on more music since then. Asked how she turned down the rock god’s advances , Perry revealed a tactic: “You bring a friend and then they do them!” she said. “You sacrifice your friend.” She’s kidding … hopefully. Jagger’s rep, meanwhile, denies the incident. “Mick Jagger categorically denies that he has ever made a pass at Katy Perry… Perhaps she is confusing him with someone else,” the rep said Thursday.

Sometimes, a video will melt your heart. This one certainly fits the bill. A dog named Himalaya just plain refused to give up on a toddler who doesn’t want to play. Gently, but persistently, the canine urged the little guy to have fun! Hernan, from Buenos Aires, has Down Syndrome, which, according to comments posted by his mom Ana, causes him to shy away from physical contact. But Himalaya sweetly and kindly pushes forward with the plan to play, and Hernan eventually concedes, giving what looks like a hug at the 3:15 mark. With the 20-year old artist under heavy flak for an arguably racist VMA routine – followed by a raunchy, naked ” Wrecking Ball ” video – the former Hole singer told The New York Post last night that critics have been too hard on Cyrus. “That hillbilly Miley Cyrus is sort of punk in a weird sex way,” Love told the crowd at the Dream Downtown during a set to celebrate Scott Lipps’ book “PopLipps,” adding of Miley’s infamous Video Music Awards performance: “It was openly sexual… like dark and hillbilly and [bleeped] up.” Sure, we guess. Love, however, had far less kind things to say about Katy Perry and Robin Thicke. ” Katy Perry bores the [bleep] out of me,” she told the newspaper. “She’s a nice girl, she just really bores me.” As for Thicke, Miley’s “Blurred Lines” duet partner? Love isn’t a fan. “Can someone inform me who Alan Thicke’s son is?” she asked. “Like what? Wasn’t [he on] Charles in Charge ? That’s like Jared Leto trying to convince me he’s a rock star.”
