Kelsey Grammer will play the villain in Transformers 4 ! The villain will be a full-on human being. His name is Harold Attinger, and he is some kind of intelligence operative. Little else is known about the character. Grammer joins Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci, Nicola Peltz and Jack Reynor in the cast of the film, which will launch a brand new trilogy (yes, that’s right, there will eventually by SIX Transformers movies). Michael Bay will once again direct. Transformers 4 is set to premiere June 27, 2014.

San Francisco residents may soon be forced to wear clothes outside of their homes, and some activists are displeased by this proposed public nudity ban. City lawmakers are set to vote Tuesday on an ordinance that, if passed, would make it illegal for anyone over age 5 to expose their genitals in public. Hilariously, this is not currently against the law in San Francisco. Exemptions may be made for parades or festivals with a city permit, according to the ordinance. Just the same, a group of activists has already filed a lawsuit. One of the plaintiffs, Mitch Hightower , has organized an annual “nude-in” demonstration over the past several years in protest of the public nudity ban. “The ‘Nude In’ is intended to promote a spirit of tolerance, peace and fellowship among the attendees,” the lawsuit said, citing a constitutional right of free speech. “It attempts to criminalize nudity even when engaged in for the purpose of political advocacy.” George Davis, who ran for mayor in 2007 and District 6 supervisor in 2010 as the “nude candidate,” joined the suit, claiming he uses nudity “as part of his political expression.” If the ordinance is enacted, first time offenders would be fined $100. The fine increases to $200 for a second offense within 12 months. The third time a nudist is caught, they could be hit with a $500 fine and charged with a misdemeanor. So basically, Rihanna nude would be jailed in about two weeks. Just not right. Hopefully a judge strikes down this egregious affront to American freedom.

The former centerfold was asked about the sitcom star last night outside Lure nightclub in Hollywood, following Grammer’s appearance at a Halloween party this fall during which he brought his infant daughter to The Playboy Mansion . Wilkinson told TMZ she actually confronted Kesley at the shindig, adding that she was “disgusted” by the incident and: “He KNOWS how I feel, trust me… I gave him that eye and I left because of that.” Wilkinson, of course, has a young son of her own. Grammer, meanwhile, said he brought his kid to the affair because he didn’t have a babysitter . Totally normal, right? It’s not like he simply couldn’t have attended.

Instead of slamming his ex-wife in public – did you know they stopped having sex during their marriage?!? – Kelsey simply bailed on an interview with Piers Morgan because producers showed a photo of Camille at the outset of the Morgan’s CNN talk show last night. The host simply couldn’t believe the reaction. “Kelsey Grammer was supposed to be on my show now but ran out of the building. Strange,” Morgan Tweeted, adding: “Kelsey Grammer saw a photo of his ex wife Camille in the open to our show and legged it. Extraordinary. Never had this happen before… I had a very friendly chat with Kelsey backstage. He said he was really looking forward to the interview… this was a shockingly unprofessional thing to do. I wasn’t even going to mention his ex-wife!” In response to the incident, a rep for the actor responded via statement: “Piers needs to take responsibility for what he did to Kelsey. Kelsey Grammer shared great news and sad news with the public today. First, the former: The actor’s wife, Kayte Walsh, gave birth to a daughter named Faith early Friday morning in Los Angeles. She weighed in at six pounds, two ounces. “We are thrilled,” the couple told People of the birth. “Mother and child are in excellent health.” Unfortunately, the beautiful arrival was accompanied with the announcement that Walsh – who had previously been revealed to be carrying twins – miscarried a little boy shortly after learning of that fact. “This was not something we cared to make known publicly at the time,” Grammer and Walsh said. “It was unspeakably painful and we know that people will understand our desire to keep the news private then, as we know they will respect our privacy in this matter now.” The twosome got married in February 2011 and renewed their vows in June . We wish nothing but health and happiness to their brand new daughter and share their pain over the earlier loss.

Sources confirm to TMZ that Kelsey and Camille Grammer have finally ended their custody battle, as court documents reveal the former couple has simply agreed to share custody of its children, 10-year old Mason and seven-year old Jude. What a crazy notion that in no way could have been agreed upon months ago without dragging each other through the press . The children will both reside in Los Angeles with Camille, as they have been for years, but Kelsey will maintain “meaningful contact” with them.
