Lovato has included her mother Dianna, sisters Dallas and Maddie, as well as her step-father Eddie and her biological dad Patrick in the following (translated) manner: 08.09.1962 – Dianna 02.04.1988 – Dallas 12.28.2001 – Maddie 02.14.1963 – Eddie 10.23.1960 – Patrick Lovato is no stranger to meaningful tattoos, having previously inked herself with the phrase “now I’m a warrior” on her back. Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 10 & 11: Daddy’s Home … But For HOW LONG?!

Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 10 and Episode 11, airing back to back Friday night, continued showing fans the aftermath of Hank Baskett’s alleged cheating. Kicking off the latest hour of dramatic, not at all scripted WEtv programming, Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 10 saw Kendra Wilkinson try to save her marriage. Or at least extend a minor olive branch with that sentiment in mind. Despite Hank Baskett’s infidelity with a transsexual – which he now apparently claims was a setup, believing Ava London was all woman – here he is. Back at the family home, if not in Kendra’s good graces, he agrees to attend a couples therapy session with his scorned wife and the mother of his kids. Surprisingly, this did not take place on VH1’s Couples Therapy … although they did reportedly just renew their vows on Marriage Boot Camp . Figures. Kendra’s good friend, Jessica Hall, drove her to the airport after a very awkward conversation with Hank. Leaving him with the kids, she’s off to the tropics. Not for vacation, though. In need of a new storyline, Kendra then agreed to travel to Costa Rica to reunite with her estranged father for the first time in 20 years. Twenty. Is paradise lost in Calabasas, but found in Costa Rica? On Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 11 , we would find out … The editors made it look like Kendra was getting ready for a date with Hotel Cala Luna, Frederico, but she was just getting ready to go meet her dad. As for getting Kendra’s own house in order, he weighed in on the drama with Hank, and she described the ALLEGED affair that took place and so on. In addition to offering his opinions on the situation, Eric then asked Kendra to invite Hank and the kids to join them in Costa Rica for a couple of days. Clearly he’s taken an interest in her (or is being paid a lot). He encourages her to learn all the facts about Hank and Ava before making a huge decision when it comes to a divorce and impacting the family forever. Considering that he abandoned a family in a different, literal sense – straight up leaving – he’s in a tough position to talk. But he is still her dad after all. Watching them reconnect was pretty sweet, we can’t lie. Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012. Here’s hoping that positive vibe continues when Hank and the kids arrive – which we know they do. Perhaps this was part of what helped get them back on track. If there’s any trend line here, it seems to be pro-Hank. The more time passes in real life, the more Wilkinson seems to be on her man’s side. With Hank Baskett sort of kicked out of the house and pretending to live in an apartment, Kendra needs some advice like Kendra on Top needs a new storyline. Who’s our girl gonna call? Hugh Hefner, obviously! Kendra on Top Sneak Peek – It’s Hef! Oh yes. On Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 8 Friday night, the reeling Wilkinson looks within herself and plans a return to the place that started it all: The Playboy Mansion. Because no one’s opinion matters quite like her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner, a man who knows Kendra like no other and she has so much in common with. In the sneak peek above, we see Hugh tell his former centerfold that she has a lot at stake, and that from the outside, this looks like a straight setup . Does it though, Hugh? Kendra has read these talking points from the script during a few recent media appearances lately, and Hank supposedly went to the FBI about Ava London . Who knows. Hank Baskett to FBI: Ava London Extorted Me After We "Hung Out"!

Kendra Wilkinson’s husband Hank Baskett has contacted the FBI to protest that his alleged mistress Ava London extorted him and tried to shake him down. Hank claims that the transsexual model, who revealed their sexual dealings, is guilty of illegally recording and extorting him, and he wants to make her pay. Believe Hank’s legal attempt to play the victim? Here’s why you should : She was clearly behind the release of those audio tapes of Hank pleading for her not to go public and promising to “help” her. Here’s why you shouldn’t : If you watch Kendra on Top online , Hank’s guilty conscience is obvious and he can’t even find the words to deny anything. The two aren’t mutually exclusive, of course. Her account could be entirely accurate and still tantamount to extortion if she tried to bilk him for cash. He seems to be trying to dance around what really happened with Ava London , though, acknowledging only that he “hung out with her” that night. What else was hanging out, though!? Hank’s camp says London secretly recorded conversations in which he straight up begs her not to talk about their relationship because he’s married. Ava London: Hank Baskett’s (Alleged) Mistress 1. Ava Sabrina London Photo Ava Sabrina London is the model who says she had a fling with Hank Baskett. Do you believe her? Baskett’s lawyer Lee Hutton will go to court next week in an attempt to obtain her records, which he believes will fully document an extortion attempt. She wanted $5,000, allegedly, in exchange for her silence, and Hank reportedly tried to produce at least part of that payment when he got busted. It’s unclear why she went to Radar with the recordings and whether she fully initiated that, or merely didn’t deny it after the site broke the scandal. In any case, Hank is still not copping to any hand jobs received or administered, or to browsing transsexual model videos on YouTube (her story). According to TMZ, he says he met her and her friend in a grocery store, and they invited him to go to their apartment. He ended up there, in any case. They began smoking weed, which led to Ava taking her clothes off, and … something went down that he really, really, really did not want to become public. Reality star and woman scorned Kendra Wilkinson blew up at cheating husband Hank Baskett on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 6, letting him HAVE IT. When the dust settled, she looked within herself in the second half of the hour, and made some surprising revelations on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 7. Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 6 Online In many ways, Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 6 was the culmination of the first five episodes and the last five months of celebrity gossip reports. After Kendra learned that Hank told her best friend Jessica Hall’s boyfriend Kyle about “what really happened” and not her, she was very far from pleased. She waited for Baskett’s return from a work trip to have it out. And have it out she did. This was the kind of fight in which you best grab a hat and hold the f–k onto it, and it started from the moment Hank walked in. Saying all he cares about is himself and his penis (one of the few things she said that was NOT bleeped out), Kendra reamed him out like no other. Hank calmly denied the allegations, which enraged her more. While it’s pretty much accepted now that Hank messed around with Ava London , behind the scenes he looks totally in denial – to Kendra and himself. She grabbed his “Best Dad Ever” trophy and denounced it, and him, saying she’d smash it to pieces and basically sending him high-tailing it out the door. “It’s divorce time, baby!” Wilkinson yelled. She was urged to tone down her harsh rhetoric when speaking to Hank and told her it’s not a shock that Baskett is not ready to open up re: these transgressions. Wilkinson also realized that while it doesn’t excuse anything he did, as a wife, she has not always made it easy for her man to open up to her in the past. As such, Kendra apologized to Hank for exploding on him. Baskett told her he is looking for his own place and wants to tell her about “what happened” but that was it for this week’s edition of Kendra on Top . To sum up what you’ll see when you watch Kendra on Top online : She fought with Hank, he left, she got some advice, and things ended on a high(er) note. Tori Spelling sits down with Mary Jo Eustace in the Season 2 premiere of True Tori, and Dean McDermott’s ex-wife has some pretty interesting things to say. Mary Jo, Dean’s wife at the time he started cheating and sleeping with Spelling, certainly knows what she’s going through, a fact that isn’t lost on Tori … True Tori Season 2 Premiere Clip – Mary Jo Eustace?! In the first conversation she’s had with Mary Jo Eustace in eight years, Tori starts out the very awkward chat by telling her “You could say ‘I told you so.'” Yes. Yes she could. Clearly, Mary Jo warned Tori about Dean’s philandering behavior, and the old adage that if he cheated with you, he’ll cheat on you could certainly apply. But Mary Jo says on the True Tori premiere (October 21) that she finds no joy in watching the woman who she once saw as her home wrecker suffer. “It’s actually really horrible. It’s not a great feeling,” Eustace says, trying to take the high road. “[You] have four children. It doesn’t make me feel any better.” “I don’t hate Dean,” she continues, but at the same time, she makes her opinion of him known: “He’s a total knob, I know that. But he’s you knob now.” Ouch. That he is. One could even think of stronger words. Eustace also tells Spelling that if she never existed, “there would’ve been somebody else” who was up to the task. Yep. Guess that’s why they keep having kids. Speaking of whom, in the first True Tori Season 2 promo , Tori allegedly looks at a photo of the as-yet-unseen mistress Dean bonked early last winter. [Also, she hints that she may be pregnant, which she’s totally not, but you gotta tease the new season with as many crazy sound bites as you can, eh?] Ever since the scandal broke, Emily’s lack of digital footprint – in spite of direct quotes attributed to her that broke the affair in Us Weekly – has raised questions. Is she even real? When you watch Kendra on Top online , you don’t see Ava London, the woman (?) Hank Baskett cheated on Kendra Wilkinson with either, admittedly. Still, Ava has been seen in videos, photos, even interviews addressing the scandal that gave rise to Kendra on Top ‘s Season 3, True Tori -esque storyline. Goodhand? Still a total mystery. The supposed photo Tori looks like is a clear response to those rumors, but we almost certainly won’t see her on screen if we haven’t already online. Dean does suck though, as Mary Jo concurs. Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2 Recap: Where in the World is Hank Baskett?!

Friday on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2, the fallout from Hank’s astonishing transsexual cheating scandal continued to ripple through the Wilkinson-Baskett abode. Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2 Online If nothing else, last week’s season premiere and subsequent media appearances put to rest (mostly) the rumors that this scandal was somehow fabricated. In Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2 , we saw more evidence that Kendra truly didn’t know how to react to these events, or her husband, in the ensuing weeks. There’s also the question of where the heck Hank even was this week. We see Kendra show up at doctor’s office for her baby’s appointment, on the verge of an utter breakdown as she gets heckled by someone on the way. Asked how she’s doing by the doctor, she can barely get words out. Obviously, we know she and Hank have not gotten divorced, or split up for good. For a period of time after this scandal broke, though, he was apparently MIA. When you watch Kendra on Top online this week, his absence was telling both for the turmoil he put her through but also the lack of drama on screen. Perhaps this was a good thing for him to take off, but as Wilkinson tells BFF Jessica Hall, the prospect of being a single mom terrifies her the most of all. Not that he’s AWOL, which is troubling in itself to be sure, but the broader issue of never having been alone; Kendra’s been with a man her whole adult life. Perhaps as a result of this fear, she reaches out to her mother. Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012. Big mistake, since she’s never liked Hank and hasn’t had a stable relationship with Kendra for that matter. But that is soon trumped by what happens next: Kendra finds Jessica Hall on the phone … with Hank Baskett! After she whispers directives to Jessica to guide the conversation, she tells Wilkinson after it’s over that she “owes it” to Baskett to at least hear him out. Does she, though? And is Hall the one who calls the shots? If she fielded the phone call, she must know Hank pretty well, and she’s a terrific long-term friend who is always there for her, including on the Season 3 premiere . Her opinion certainly does carry weight, but it’s Kendra’s call. Meanwhile, the paparazzi begin to circulate around her. We spent a lot of time hearing about how this stresses her out, and we have no doubt that it does, but it’s unclear how many guys really hound Kendra. Of course, given what Hank did with Ava London ? It likely takes one or two to send his scorned wife into an emotional tailspin once more. THAT is real. It looks like next week, on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 3, we’ll see the broken Baskett catch some more flak for his actions when he finally returns. Nikki Ferrell Breaks Down on Couples Therapy: JUST PICK ME!!

The Bachelor stars and embattled lovers Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell have a breakdown, but later a breakthrough, on Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 4 . Watch her get emotional in this talk with Dr. Jenn Berman as she finally admits why she has her guard up, and what’s been hanging over her head for months … Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 4 Clip – Nikki Has a Breakthrough If you watched The Bachelor, you have to kinda sorta feel bad for Nikki Ferrell, even though she is far from perfect and dating Juan Pablo by choice. Watching him give her the final rose, but no engagement ring or even the words “I love you,” rubbed many viewers the wrong way earlier this year. Equally bizarre? Her willingness to defend him and even emulate her boyfriend’s bitterness toward the reality show they signed up for in the first place. Clearly, the pediatric nurse from Kansas City isn’t truly happy with the way things are going with El Bachelor, and Dr. Jenn finally got that out of her. We’ve seen her struggle all season on Couples Therapy , as Nikki got into it with Dr. Jenn just last week and basically refused to open up about things. Well, Nikki has a major breakthrough during group therapy this evening. Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 4 Clip – Everyone Hates Nikki! It’s like it hits her all at once, and like a train. Ferrell still feels like she needs to be picked, even though Juan Pablo already picked her. There’s the rub. Dr. Jenn helps Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell come to this realization, which they say helped save their romance (seriously). But it didn’t come easily. In another clip from tonight’s episode (above), Nikki explains her issues with the cameras, getting on the nerves of the HIV positive Dick Donato . Deena Cortese‘s reaction sums up what everyone is thinking in regard to this girl … why sign up to go on a reality show if you don’t want cameras on you?! You can watch Couples Therapy online to see it go down tonight. Should be very interesting for both Dick and Nikki, as well as the rest of the cast. Isla Fisher: Pregnant with Third Child!

Is the world ready for another baby Borat? Sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher are expecting their third child. The 38-year old Australian actress was spotted with a small baby bump while running errands in London last Tuesday, which helps explain why she’s pulled out of Now You See Me 2. “Production starts in November and she knew she wouldn’t be able to do it,” a source tells the tabloid, while a friend of Fisher’s also tells Us: “She’s about three months along .” That would put the star’s due date some time in early spring 2015. Fisher and Cohen got married in Paris in March 2010 and are already parents to daughters Olive, nearly 7, and Elula, 4. “Family is 100 percent my top priority. So I’m much more comfortable doing supporting roles right now,” Fisher told The Telegraph in July 2013, joking of life as a mother: “You get to be a character actress.” We’re so very happy for this expanding family!!! Sarah Hyland: Put Through HELL By Matt Prokop, Supported By Modern Family

Sarah Hyland has been put through hell by former boyfriend Matt Prokop, but she has her TV family, one that’s always by her side and pulling for her. Ariel Winter, who plays Hyland’s sister on Modern Family, says that off screen, the co-stars have been the closest thing they have to actual family. Winter was embroiled in legal drama herself recently, becoming estranged from her own mother, so she has some idea of what Hyland is experiencing. At least in terms of the scrutiny and the public spotlight on her private life. Few, if any of us had any inkling that Sarah has been enduring domestic abuse by Matt Prokop , who she recently filed for a restraining order against. Hyland hasn’t commented on the case, saying the restraining order speaks for itself . Instead, she’s quietly leaning on her “family” for support. “We all love Sarah [who plays Haley] very much,” Ariel tells In Touch Weekly in its the new issue, adding that the cast of the hit comedy is “super close.” “We love each other to ridiculous amounts. It’s pretty amazing.” As soon as the cast found out the severity of the situation involving the 23-year-old and her ex, her TV family grew closer and became her real family.
