Kenya Moore Says She Empathizes With Apollo Nida Kenya Moore is doing her usually schtick and calling out Phaedra Parks on her BravoTV blog. This time around however, Kenya is empathizing with Apollo who was seen having a pre-prison meltdown because he had to deal with a “stoic, cold-hearted” woman who’s allegedly cheating with a man named Chocolate. SMH… On Apollo’s breakdown: Some people love to criticize me for having an opinion about Phaedra and Apollo or anyone else on the show at this point, as if somehow it is never any of my business. Despite the fact that this is a show where we discuss our issues, thoughts, and observations of one another. We may not agree, but I am entitled to and allowed to provide my input. We may not agree, however, no one and nothing is off limits when issues are put out there for public consumption. Additionally, I’d like to point out that Phaedra and one other laughed, taunted, and tried to demean and humiliate me about Walter and my African Prince. In fact, Phaedra took pride in and reveled in the demise of my relationships, challenges having children, and my relationship with my mother. Some viewers have selective memory when it comes to my history on this show. They would like to conveniently forget when she said, “You can’t turn a whore into a housewife,” and that was PRIOR to Apollo accusing me of propositioning him. With that said, I have empathy for those children and I am a forgiving person. In this case, I’m not judging her actions. I’m stating facts, history, and sharing my thoughts. On shady Phae Phae and having empathy for Apollo: THE PHAEDRA FILES It was very uncomfortable to watch them. No one wants to witness the demise of a marriage when there are children involved. Phaedra appeared unbothered, stoic, cold-hearted, and condescending. The truth is and remains that they each have said malicious and hurtful things to me to cause public humiliation and disrepute. However, I find myself more empathetic toward Apollo, because the difference between Phaedra and Apollo is that Apollo had the decency to apologize to me for what he had done to me. He showed contrition for his smear campaign and Phaedra has not. She is seemingly proud of what she did to me and has no remorse. Therefore, when I witnessed all the accusations about him threatening to burn the house down, having punched holes in the walls (which we did not see), and her mother stating she doesn’t want to come home and find “everybody dead,” it seemed to me like another one of her smear campaigns, thereby making it easier to defend the cheating allegations coming down the pike. Georgia Cop And Police Chief Sued After Beaten Pregnant Woman Suffers Miscarriage Via DailyMail A Georgia police officer beat a pregnant woman so hard that she ended up having a miscarriage because he did not like the ‘tone’ she was speaking in, a new lawsuit has alleged. In the $50,000-plus suit, Kenya Harris, says she was called to Albany Police Department (APD) in West Oglethorpe Boulevard in May 2011 after her young son was arrested on unspecified charges. But after waiting for five hours, she informed officer Ryan Jenkins that she had other children to take care of at home and needed to leave. However, Jenkins reportedly reacted in a ‘hostile’ manner. He ‘stated that he did not appreciate the tone in which she was communicating with him, and further stated that if she continued he would take her head and “put it to the floor”,’ the suit says. Shortly after, Harris tried again to explain that she needed to leave – at which point, Jenkins followed through on his threat with the compliance of another officer, Richard Brown Jr, it is claimed. Jenkins reportedly grabbed the expectant mother by the neck, before ‘slamming her to the ground’, causing her to fall unconscious. When she woke up, Jenkins was sitting on her, the suit states. ‘Defendant Officer Jenkins, without provocation, grabbed plaintiff, who weighs less than one hundred twenty (120) pounds, by her neck and slammed her to the ground,’ it reads. Guess this cop feared that this 120 pound pregnant woman was going to take his life… After making bail the next day, Harris traveled to Phoebe Convenient Care in Dawson Road, where she discovered she had suffered a miscarriage due to the beating, the suit states. She was also treated for ‘severe physical’ injuries, including a knee contusion, neck spasms, muscle pain and bruising to her body, the document, filed in Federal Court, claims. Now, Harris is suing Jenkins and Brown, as well as Police Chief John Proctor, for the excessive force, assault, battery and emotional distress that she allegedly suffered at the department. According to TMZ insiders, an attorney for Leakes has sent a letter to both Moore and Jordan, warning them to stop damaging NeNe’s brand by engaging in trash talk. Specifically, Leakes is demanding that Jordan stop referring to her as bipolar. Her precise issue with Moore is unclear. Just a few weeks ago on their program, Leakes slammed Jordan for kissing up to Kenya, with Claudia responding in kind and calling NeNe as “immature,” “bitchy” and “catty.” Sounds about right for these two, doesn’t it? Those who watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online , of course, may find this lawsuit nonsense a bit hypocritical of NeNe.
