There are worse problems to have, we’re just sayin… German Man Calls The Police On Sex Partner When She Wanted More A desperate man in Munich fled onto a balcony and called police for protection after his insatiable companion for a one-night stand refused to let him leave her flat, police said Thursday. The 43-year-old man had met a woman four years his senior in a bar in the southern German city on Monday and she took him back to her apartment for sex, a police spokesman said in a statement. “There they had sexual intercourse several times,” the spokesman said. “When the 47-year-old wanted even more, her partner said no.” The man then attempted to leave the apartment but the woman prevented him from escaping and demanded he sleep with her again. “Because the 43-year-old saw no other alternative, he complied with the woman’s wishes another few times so he could finally leave the apartment,” the spokesman said. “But when she continued to refuse and demanded even more sex from him, he fled to the balcony and alerted the police.” The woman “then tried to talk the dispatched officers into similar activity but was unsuccessful.” This muhfugga musta been Daddy LONG-stroke! Judge In George Zimmerman Case Reveals Conflict, May Step Down We’d say get used to this lady’s face but it turns out she may not be sticking around for long after all. Cable TV and courtroom ethics collided in the Trayvon Martin case Friday when the judge suddenly announced that she has a conflict of interest that might force her to step down. Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler said her husband’s legal partner, Mark NeJame, has been hired by CNN to do the legal analysis on the controversial case. Recksiedler, who has been on the bench for barely a year, dropped that bomb at what had initially been billed as a surprise bail hearing for accused killer George Zimmerman. “I’m very very concerned that this is going to be problematic moving forward,” Zimmerman defense attorney Mark O’Mara said on a conference call. “If you choose to file a motion to disqualify me as judge it has to be in writing,” Recksiedler responded. So far neither O’Mara nor prosecutors have moved to disqualify her. Recksiedler, 39, of Sanford, Fla., was assigned to the case on Thursday morning. Her husband, Jason, works with NeJame, an Orlando lawyer who is now on CNN’s payroll. Recksiedler said it was important to disclose the relationship before the case goes forward. Zimmerman, who was charged with second-degree murder on Thursday, was not privy to the conference call. NeJame and O’Mara are also connected — both did legal commentary during the sensational Casey Anthony trial. Also, NeJame reportedly recommended O’Mara to Zimmerman, when he was looking for a defense attorney. The courtroom chaos came a day after the 28-year-old neighborhood watchman made his first court appearance for killing the unarmed black teenager. Zimmerman spent the night alone in a jail cell — isolated from other prisoners for his own protection, and comforted only by a stash of junk food. O’Mara, who is trying to get him released on bail before his formal arraignment on May 29, told National Public Radio he doesn’t expect the case to go to trial this year. “It would be guesswork,” O’Mara said. “But, most cases like this, I cannot imagine it going to trial within the year.” O’Mara also said he doesn’t think Zimmerman could get a fair trial right now — and certainly not in Seminole County, Fla. “You know, the wounds are still quite raw,” he said. “And part of it is, I would like to give the community some time, to begin to build back up its trust in the criminal justice process.” Asked if he would request a change of venue at Zimmerman’s arraignment, O’Mara said “I have no idea.” “It’s much too early,” he said. “That process really should occur only when you’re getting close to trial.” O’Mara, who is representing Zimmerman pro bono, said he got his wife’s okay before he accepted the job. “Because, obviously, it’s a fairly enormous undertaking,” he said. The fact that Zimmerman wasn’t immediately arrested for killing 17-year-old Martin caused a nationwide uproar — especially after 911 tapes revealed he continued to tail the teenager even after a dispatcher told him, “We don’t need you to do that.” Asked to explain why Zimmerman disregarded the dispatcher, O’Mara said he has yet to discuss that with his client. But O’Mara added that Florida’s controversial Stand Your Ground Law, which Zimmerman invoked to claim self-defense in the shooting, will certainly be part of their legal strategy. Zimmerman was arrested Wednesday — 45 days after Sanford, Fla. police and prosecutors refused to charge him with murdering Martin. Is everyone in Florida cousins or something? Sure seems like George Zimmerman has a lot of connections. We don’t know if we would want her ruling the case if we were the prosecution, what with her hubby’s partner making recommendations for Zimmerman’s defense and all. SMH. Kenya Bell Talks About Her Fight With Evelyn, Husband’s Plastic Surgery Claims “Basketball Wives” newbie Kenya Bell must like having bottles tossed at her head, cuz she’s still running her yap… This season’s biggest target talked to Juicy Magazine about how things went down on the show and her soon to be ex-hubby’s claims she spent over 100 racks on getting knifed up. Check out what she had to say about the fight below: Juicy: What was going through your mind when EVELYN threw that bottle at you during dinner? KB: I’ve been professionally trained to fight thanks to my Dad. I have no fear of any of them and all of their bullying, negativity, and pure haterism. It’s sad that as women, they aren’t supporting my efforts to be independent as a woman and a mother, especially after I spent years helping my husband make it to the NBA and he’s chosen to ruin his life. [The cast] can talk all they want, as long as neither of them put their hands on me, they have nothing to fear. Pretty sure nobody is scurrred of you anyway Kenya! Who run this mutha? Kenyan girls! Let’s make that women actually. Superior team tactics paid off in the women’s 10,000m at the world championships on Saturday with Vivian Cheruiyot leading Kenya to a podium clean sweep after a finely timed race. Cheruiyot, the reigning world 5000m champion, finished the 25-lap race in 30min 48.98sec ahead of compatriots Sally Kipyego (30:50.04) and 2009 champion Linet Masai (30:53.59). It crowned a remarkable opening day at the worlds for Kenya’s female runners, their marathon team having earlier snagged all three medals on the streets of Daegu. American Shalane Flanagan made the early running, the Olympic bronze medallist stringing out the pack over the opening nine laps. But Masai took the lead with 16 laps remaining, team Kenya smoothly moving up the field to the front as Priscah Cherono and Cheruiyot followed. The Ethiopian trio of Meseret Defar, Tigist Kiros and Meselech Melkamu kept on the heels of their east African rivals, the former having ambitiously announced that she had the 5000-10,000m double on her mind. But then in what looked liked an orchestrated team move, Kipyego accelerated to take the lead with 11 laps to run and upped the pace immediately. The prompt result was that the pack was cut to the four Kenyans, Melkamu, Defar, Flanagan and the Ethiopian-born Bahraini runner Shitaye Eshete. The American and Eshete soon fell off the pace, leaving a battle royale over the final seven laps between the cream of Ethiopian and Kenyan distance runners. But a shock was to come, the 27-year-old Defar, Olympic gold medallist in 2004 at 5000m and world champion over the same distance in 2007, also fell out of the running. The four-time world indoor 3000m champion then slowed to a halt and walked off the track, hands on hips and head hanging low, with four laps remaining. Cheruiyot took the lead as the bell rang for the final 400m, ahead of Kipyego and Masai in third. It seemed as if she might have bolted too early, with Kipyego on her heels as they came around the final bend, but Cheruiyot held on for joyous scenes with her Kenyan teammates. The victory also opens up the tempting prospect of a 5000-10,000m double for the 27-year-old, the shorter distance being her preferred race. Congratulations to these ladies for their big win. Source
