Kenya Moore Deletes Baby Bump Photo as Fans Question Her Pregnancy

As much as Kenya Moore has slammed divorce speculation , some fans still think that Kenya is faking her marriage and her pregnancy . These ridiculous rumors are clearly getting under Kenya’s skin. In fact, the RHOA star was apparently so upset that she deleted a sweet photo of her and her husband … possibly because he wasn’t wearing his ring. The photo that we have for you below looks totally innocuous. But Kendra has deleted it from her Instagram page without warning or explanation. In it, she and husband Marc Daly are enjoying a relaxing evening of golf. Some fans noted that Kenya appears to be showing a bit of a baby bump. Others noted that she appears to be concealing it. There was some whining in the comments about Marc’s wedding ring being off of his finger — he removed it to play golf, folks. There is nothing in this image that should lead to it being deleted from social media, and yet … it is gone. On Friday, Kenya addressed the conspiracy theorists who seemed to believe that she was fabricating her pregnancy or even her marriage. “@bet @celebrity_insider_org @theinquisitr shame on you for constantly regurgitating the slanderous fake news from #radaronline.” She then lists some of the stories that have gotten under her skin. “Fake Husband, Fake Pregnancy, Fake Boyfriends, Fake Storyline, FIred, Fake Divorce.” She hates false stories and she hates seeing them recycled. “At least be effing original with your hateful lies.” She says that she understands being a subject of speculation, but that she wants her family left out of it. “I’m used to you all making up stories to get clicks off my name but LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE.” She signed off, writing: “#thatamrsdaly2you #blacklove” Forget the conspiracy theories. Kenya is pregnant , folks. Some fans weren’t sure if she was really pregnant when she made the announcement at the reunion. “We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year.” When Andy asked about her due date, Kenya grew a little shy. “Well, I don’t want to talk about the details because I’m just still — I’m just still very nervous about everything.” This will be her first child. Notably, Kenya is 47 years old. “And I just want to get past a safe place.” Very understandable. Fans have been on the lookout for Kenya’s baby bump for a while, without much luck — she’s been, well, a little shy. This has led to all sorts of speculation, including the idea that perhaps she is using a surrogate. Kenya saw that and responded on Twitter. “No surrogate but maybe my next one.” Surrogates — or probably a gestational carrier, in this case — are a smart, though expensive, choice for people whose pregnancies may be particularly risky. When fans asked why she is being so shy, Kenya wrote on Instagram: “I was not planning on speaking about my pregnancy this early as due to my age I’m high risk.” She hastily deleted the comment. Does Kenya deleting the golfing photo mean that there’s trouble in her marriage or with her pregnancy? We can’t rule it out, but … there may be a simpler explanation. Maybe she got tired of seeing all of the hateful comments and the spiteful speculation about her husband and her pregnancy — two major sources of happiness in her life. She may be a public figure and a reality star, but that doesn’t mean that she has to listen to people’s chatter about her on her own Instagram page. Right now, Kenya has to do what’s best for her health and for her baby. She can delete whatever she wants. View Slideshow: Real Housewives All Stars: Who Should Be Cast?

Jenifer Lewis Speaks Her Mind On The Controversial Unaired ‘Black-ish’ Episode

Source: Paul Archuleta / Getty Back in February, you might remember a politically charged Black-ish episode was set to air on ABC. Unfortunately, due to creative differences between the network and the show creator Kenya Barris , the episode was never aired. According to Variety , the episode was set to involve the topic of athletes kneeling over police brutality, as well as other hot button issues. Aside from a statement from Kenya, most of the other talent involved in the show has kept relatively quiet about the episode. But now, the outspoken acting diva extraordinaire Jenifer Lewis is giving her take on the unaired story and she didn’t hold back. Check out her Breakfast Club spill below!

‘RHOAS10’ Recap: There’s No Love Lost Between Nene And Kandi

Source: Randy Shropshire / Getty Kenya Moore returns in tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta , but first, we start with Porsha and Ricky Smiley. The two of them are spending quality time together at a skating rink and teasing us with this whole should they be a couple or should they not-thing. They have amazing chemistry, and they’ve talked about this before, but they claim they just keep it cute and friendly… For now. They claim they don’t want to take their relationship to the next level because they work together and that could get messy. via GIPHY But with all the camera time they keep getting together, they could be headed in that direction. Todd and Kandi address their thoughts on Uber-gate. In case you didn’t know, Nene was kicked of the Xscape tour after telling a heckler that she hopes they get raped by their Uber driver. Nene was devastated that she said what she said (because she is a survivor herself), and about the repercussions, but she wasn’t thinking about what she was saying in the moment because she was annoyed. Nene seems apologetic and definitely had a lot of tearful moments all up and through social media, and even on this show. Kandi and Todd say they aren’t even mad at Nene because comedians often say controversial things and Todd even brought up a good point, which is that the president says way worse. Kandi said she would have kept Nene on board.  However, it was the business manager in that situation who made the call because…money moves. Investors call the shots. There was no love lost between Kandi and Nene, though. Nene says this was a lesson learned about how hard comedy can be, especially when it comes to dealing with hecklers, and she’s even going to mentor her youngest son, who expressed interest in becoming a comedian too. Finally, remember the PSA that Kenya and crew shot for domestic violence? Welp, Kenya got enough footage to make it a 30-minute special so she decided to have an event to show the PSA and she’s inviting domestic abuse survivors to view the video, but to also get a day of pampering beforehand. Now we’re at Kenya’s PSA debut event. The gang’s all present, and then… Drum roll, please. Kenya’s husband, Marc Daly surprises her. He is real and spectacular, but you know she still got the side eye from some people in the crew. Sheree, of all people, had the nerve to make a comment that Marc having a nose ring was dainty. Meanwhile, the fact that she has a #prisonbae leaves her wide open for jokes and commentary, but whatever. via GIPHY But Nene actually had something nice to say. She said that Kenya seems like she’s really in love. So it wasn’t all shady. And that’s a wrap for tonight’s episode. Hopefully, next week’s season finale will a bit more gusto. ABC Has Indefinitely Postponed A Political ‘Black-ish’ Episode Citing “Creative Differences”

Eric McCandless/ABC via Getty Images ABC Pulled A Black-ish Episode 5 Days Before Air ABC’s series  Black-ish  is known for never backing down from controversial social and political issues, but that wasn’t the case when it came to airing a recent episode. The network has indefinitely postponed what seems to be a pretty sensitive episode over certain “creative differences” with the showrunner Kenya Barris, according to  Variety . At the moment, ABC doesn’t have any plans to air the episode or make it available at all. The episode is titled “Please, Baby, Please” and was initially scheduled to air on February 27. But five days before the airdate, it was announced that the episode wouldn’t air and would instead be replaced with a rerun. ABC didn’t reveal why the adjustment had been made or when the shelved episode would actually air. An ABC spokesperson told  Variety,  “One of the things that has always made ‘Black-ish’ so special is how it deftly examines delicate social issues in a way that simultaneously entertains and educates. However, on this episode there were creative differences we were unable to resolve.” The episode titled, “Please, Baby, Please” shows father Dre (played by Anthony Anderson) with his baby boy while a thunderstorm keeps the whole family awake. Dre improvises a bedtime story that eventually reveals his anxieties about some of the issues facing the country. The episode also discusses the rights of football players to kneel during performances of the national anthem. “Given our creative differences, neither ABC nor I were happy with the direction of the episode and mutually agreed not to air it,” Barris told  Variety . “‘Black-ish’ is a show that has spoken to all different types of people and brought them closer as a community and I’m so proud of the series.”

Kenya Moore: Producers Are Hunting for Her RHOA Replacement

Last year, Kenya Moore made a choice to marry for love and respect her husband’s desire to not become a reality star. That decision may cause her to lose her peach. Kenya’s tried hard to make up for it, but it looks like she might be fired and replaced with Kim Zolciak . Ouch. Now it’s really looking like her time as a reality star is over, because producers are apparently on the hunt for fresh talent. RadarOnline reports that The Real Housewives of Atlanta producers are looking for new Housewives . Their source dishes on the process: “They are meeting so many new women and signing them up to film casting reels.” Some shows have potential contestants film their own casting reels, but they clearly want to see how these women perform with Bravo’s cameras rolling. “They want new Housewives in Atlanta and they are already testing a few ladies.” There’s no way of knowing if they’re filming them with each other, with hired actors, or even with existing cast members. But we imagine that they’ll hold off on introducing them to the main cast until a couple of big decisions are final. By big decisions , we mostly just mean whether or not Kenya is getting the boot. “They’re going to make the official call about Kenya and the other ladies right after the reunion.” That will be a huge decision, for the show but especially for Kenya. And also for Kim Zolciak who, as we’ve mentioned, has merely been a friend of the Housewives on this past season. “Kim coming on board full time won’t be determined until after the reunion is taped.” And a certain friend of NeNe Leakes’ status as a friend of the show may carry on … but they haven’t made that decision. “And Eva Marcille may or may not be brought back yet.” If you don’t quite remember what landed Kenya Moore in hot water in the first place, wonder no more. Last year, she had a secret wedding in which she married Marc Daly without the presence of any of Bravo’s cameras or producers. The whole point of being a Real Housewife is that the show follows your life, particularly huge milestones like a wedding. Unfortunately for Kenya, the man with whom she fell in love isn’t just camera-shy — he believes that The Real Housewives of Atlanta portrays black men in an unfairly negative light. His refusal to film with her means that Kenya has less screen time. Producers have reportedly been considering firing her and replacing her with someone who is committed to the role. Since then, she’s tried everything to get back on the good side of producers by showing that she doesn’t need her married life to be interesting. Kenya even went so far as to fake an explosive meltdown while the Housewives were doing charity work. But it clearly has not been enough. Kenya couldn’t go on the Barcelona trip. And the footage of her crying while her husband’s out of town isn’t exactly the sort of Real Housewives content that keeps viewers’ eyes glued to their television sets. Reportedly, this has already cost her $100,000. And she may be booted from the show. Kenya Moore’s loss could be Kim Zolciak’s gain, as the Don’t Be Tardy star and mother-of-six really wants to be a full Housewife again . Kim has never, ever shied away from the camera, and that goes for her whole family. But if producers are looking for new applicants, it may be that they’d prefer a fresher face. Some say that, if Bravo does fire Kenya, they’ll be punishing her for falling in love. Others say that they’ll be punishing Marc Daly for taking a moral stance against what he believes to be harmful content. Others, however, say that it’s just good business. They see Kenya Moore’s behavior as breach of contract or failure to live up to the role of Housewife. Maybe it’s someone else’s turn to receive a peach. ‘RHOAS10’ Recap: The Group Drops The Drama To Shoot Kenya Moore’s Domestic Violence PSA

See the original post:

Source: Prince Williams / Getty Real Housewives of Atlanta is back from break! Kenya is preparing to shoot her domestic violence PSA and she taps the other women, including Shamea, to be part of it. Marlo reveals to Nene that she’s having a tea party in the Hamptons (the Atlanta version, aka Marlo Hampton’s house) and invites Porsha and Cynthia because in her mind this is where Nene and Porsha are finally going to make peace. Nene is not thrilled, of course, but we’re probably being set up for another dramaful meet up. via GIPHY Kandi’s restaurant, Old Lady Gang, is flourishing, but it’s a new business so it’s not without issues. That becomes really clear when the actual old lady gang (Kandi’s mom and aunts) show up to tell Kandi and Todd that they need to make some changes with the hostess set up, how the cooks are dressed, general staff uniforms, and with finding a new general manager. Kandi’s aunts did work in the food industry so there’s validity to their concerns. Kandi and Todd understand there’s always room for improvement so they get to it. You know Kandi doesn’t play when it comes to her business. Now it’s time for Marlo’ s tea party of four. Cynthia and Porsha arrive first and things start off without tension. Cynthia and Marlo feel like since they’ve had experience with falling out with Nene and then being friends with her again, that Porsha and Nene can make up too. Bless their hearts. via GIPHY Nene finally comes through, and it turns out their “tea” is actually vodka and cranberry. They’re seriously drinking this out of teacups, which is amusing, but it’s probably also necessary considering what’s about to come. Marlo jumpstarts the facilitation between  Porsha and Nene. Porsha states her version of the truth first, and Nene is sitting there looking like… via GIPHY Nene then speaks her side of the truth. Basically, both women are accusing each other of not really being a friend. This conversation obviously goes nowhere. The only conclusion they come to is that their friendship is dead and dassit. But at least they didn’t throw any glasses or fist fight. In conclusion, Marlo offers one statement, “Y’all are awful guests. I’m never inviting y’all over again.” Yeah, right, Marlo! via GIPHY The episode winds down on the day of Kenya’s domestic violence PSA shoot. The group really comes together for this. Cynthia’s mom, who experienced domestic violence when Cynthia was a baby, is even a participant, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room after her testimony. Nene is also a victim of domestic violence and she kills her scene. Kandi delivers as well. She hasn’t experienced domestic violence but has friends and associates who have, and so she’s participating too. Sheree shows up late because she got into a car accident on the way there (she got rear-ended). She’s literally in tears from the pain (because the accident compounded a bulging disc in her back)–and still records her part like a G. That’s how serious this cause is for her. We joke about Sheree being messy, but this is admirable. Hopefully she took herself to a hospital afterward (seriously).  In the end, Kenya seems proud of her results and even more proud that these women came together peacefully for the greater good. This may have been one of the most beautiful moments in ‘RHOA’ history. ‘RHOAS10’ Recap: The Group Throws Kenya A Fake Wedding That Surprisingly Goes Well

More:

Source: Jason LaVeris / Getty Tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta picks up in San Francisco from when NeNe and Porsha were having a verbal sparring match over dinner. It gets so bad that NeNe makes Porsha cry. You know Nene goes as low as possible, and of course, she brings up the Kandi incident again. Marlo whisks NeNe away and the other women, except for Sheree, follow. Sheree stays behind to comfort Porsha, who really has no other allies in the group at this point. It’s due to Kandi-gate, but also because the other women generally feel like Porsha never owns up to her ish. That point seems true when Porsha starts telling Sheree that she feels like they’re bullying her and that they’re coming at her “for being Porsha.” via GIPHY This isn’t going to get resolved anytime soon. The next day, the group got together to go on an excursion. Porsha shows up, but NeNe decides to channel Cardi B’s line, “If I see you and I don’t speak that mean I don’t f–k with you,” and keeps it moving. Kandi also keeps her distance, as usual. On the bus on the way to their excursion, Kenya gets sad because she’s reminded that she has to leave early to go bury her grandmother. Then Porsha gets emotional and walks away in tears. Porsha claims that she recently lost her uncle and is triggered by Kenya’s loss. She really wishes these group of women did actually support each other. Cynthia follows Porsha and offers some words of comfort. Basically, Cynthia and Sheree seem to think there’s hope that NeNe and Porsha can at least be cool again. The ladies split up and NeNe is with Kenya, Kandi, and Cynthia, spilling tea about Sheree’s #PrisonBae. According to NeNe, the man is a con artist. Not really a shocker given that he’s in jail. via GIPHY Meanwhile, Marlo, who is with Porsha and Sheree, gets the bright idea to set up a surprise wedding for Kenya to cheer her up. Fast forward to the wedding. The gang’s all here, except for Kenya, and they have a cardboard cutout of a man’s shadow, with a question mark on its face. Lordt. via GIPHY All of this sounds like it’s about to be a hot mess, but Kenya actually finds it funny and plays along. The episode winds down with the group at a wine vineyard with some frisky married man flirting with them like he has no sense. The group stomps some grapes and ends up at dinner. It starts off well, with a toast to Kandi for her Essence cover. Kenya has left by this point, so this is the perfect time for them to gossip about her. Basically, Kenya’s marriage situation bothers them because they haven’t met her husband yet. Marlo is the main offender making shady comments, and eventually wanting to play a game where they raise their hands if they really think Kenya is married. Cynthia gets so upset that she walks out because she’s not trying to hear it. NeNe goes to chat with Cynthia, who is off crying. Cynthia just wants them to leave Kenya alone and NeNe talks her off a ledge, and then in a twist of things, makes her realize that she actually also feels some type of way that Kenya is supposed to be her friend, but didn’t invite her to the wedding. So…looks like this season is going to be about everyone constantly harping on Kenya’s mystery man and the wedding they weren’t invited to. ‘RHOAS10’ Recap: The Group Throws Kenya A Fake Wedding That Surprisingly Goes Well

Kenya Moore: I’m Pregnant! Shhhh!

Guess who’s pregnant! Kenya Moore’s marriage has been controversial for her career in more ways than one. And recently, it’s looked like Kenya and Marc Daly might be headed for divorce . But the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is reportedly pregnant! That welcome blessing might solve at least one of her problems. Okay, so back in June (which feels like a few weeks ago but also like a decade ago, because 2017 is a nightmare that exists outside of normal time), we told you that  Kenya Moore got married to Marc Daly . This was a bigger deal than usual … because the wedding was secret. Not just from the public, but from producers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta . There was a very real chance that Kenya Moore could get fired for her secret wedding , because when you sign on to do a reality series about your life, producers don’t expect you to not only hide your wedding, but the fact that you’re planning to get married at all. To compound the problem, Marc Daly didn’t want to appear on The Real Housewives of Atlanta . We don’t just mean his wedding — he, himself, did not want to appear on it. He believes that the series does not portray black men in a positive manner (he’s definitely not alone in that) and wants to take no part in it. And that’s a problem for Kenya, because it’s a problem for producers. See, to be on a reality series, it takes a little more than feuding with Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann . You need an actual storyline. And that means your husband being on camera. Now, it’s turned out that Kenya’s found a storyline — Marc’s physical absence. He spends a lot of time in New York for business, but that is a stressful factor in his newlywed life with Kenya. It does, however, give Kenya something to talk about on camera. But now she has something else that’s much more positive to discuss: Industry on Blast reports that Kenya Moore is pregnant . Their report states that the 46-year-old and her husband are happy about the news, but that she’s waiting to announce it until she reaches a point at which she’s sure that her pregnancy can continue to term. (Miscarriages early into a pregnancy aren’t uncommon, and no one wants to make the joyful announcement and then have to follow it up) Reportedly, Kenya Moore received IVF treatments in Barbados over a period of a few weeks in order to conceive — many couples seek IVF, but particularly those who are concerned that age may be a factor. Congratulations are in order for this RHOA couple! And while a pregnancy can’t fix a marriage that’s on the rocks, it can solve Kenya’s other problem: If she’s pregnant, maybe Kenya Moore will no longer be pressured to prioritize her career over her husband . (Or vice versa) Because, honestly, who cares about somebody’s marriage when there’s an adorable baby on the way? There’s pregnancy storylines, childbirth storylines, and then newborn baby storylines! And remember how Kenya’s future on the series was uncertain? We were just talking earlier today about how Meghan King Edmonds avoided getting fired from The Real Housewives of Orange County by getting pregnant. (As it happens, she also used IVF) So this is good news all-around. We wish Kenya Moore all of the best of luck with her pregnancy! View Slideshow: 27 Scandals That Rocked Reality TV
