Ke$ha is a rising music star. The loquacious 23-year-old is just as well known for her off-stage antics and comments, like making out with Adam Lambert . Wednesday. Their hot destination : a party supply store. There, the 28-year-old pop star purchased a tiara, which she quickly put on her head. Throw in a McDonald’s run and you’ve got the ideal Britney Spears date. Jason Trawick and Britney Spears stick it to the haters! A source explained yesterday to one prominent celebrity gossip tabloid that Spears and agent Trawick are ” on and off ,” and spent this past weekend together. The breakup report surfaced earlier in the week and was first reported by E! News, one of the more legitimate sources in the entertainment world. It’s weird. The couple has been an item since early 2009, after Spears bounced back from a tough 2007 and 2008 that included going bat$h!t insane and losing custody. “Most everyone else abandoned her, but Jason refused to be completely cut out of Britney’s life,” a source said of the couple. “And he’s very protective of her.” When and if they’re actually dating, at least.

A couple weeks ago, we were criticized for writing that Adam Lambert blasted Susan Boyle’s album and rendition of “Wild Horses.” Fans of the American Idol finalist thought that was a misrepresentation of his comments. But make no mistake now: Ke$ha has very much torn into Britney Spears. In a new interview, the outspoken singer was asked about Britney’s habit of lip-synching during concerts and replied : “I think that’s bull$hit. I don’t think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. If you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance.” “If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans… It’s treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing… I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans.” This isn’t the first time Spears has been called out for pretending to sing live. Pop singer Ke$ha swung by the Wendy Williams show today and the up and coming singer/rapper/autotune aficionado has ended Susan Boyle’s six-week run at the top of the US album charts. The 22-year-old singer has knocked Boyle, 48, off the top of the charts after her album, Animal , sold 59,000 more copies than Boyle’s debut album, I Dreamed A Dream .
