Khloe Kardashian is doing her best to return to a normal life. The reality star has spent nearly two weeks by the hospital bedside of Lamar Odom , following her estranged husband’s drug overdose and subsequent coma. But Odom has now been transferred from Las Vegas to Khloe’s home city of Los Angeles, making small steps toward a hopeful full recovery. This has allowed Kardashian to spend some time away from Lamar. She attended sister Kim’s pajama-themed baby shower on Sunday, for example. On Saturday, Khloe also Tweeted a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot for her upcoming book (for which she just canceled a tour ), along with a link to her app. And how Khloe has shared a message on that app to her fans, signaling her return to the World Wide Web and making it clear that she’s gracious for all their well wishes. “Thank you dolls SO much for your patience while I needed some time off,” Kardashian wrote. “I’m excited to be back in the mix bringing you some awesome content. Your love and support has meant the world to me.” Odom remains in critical condition at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. According to recent report, cocaine was found in his system following many days spent partying at a legal brothel in Nevada. While Lamar’s initial odds for survival were barely 50/50, and while his motor skills appear to have been negatively affected by 12 strokes , Khloe and other loved ones do now have a reason to hope. With Khloe’s self-help memoir, “Strong Looks Better Naked,” due out on November 3, we’ll likely be hearing a lot more from the past, current and future Mrs. Lamar Odom in the coming days and week. If Lamar Odom even thinks about dabbling in drugs ever again, Khloe Kardashian is ready to rekindle her divorce papers, according to inside sources. It was not even two weeks ago that Lamar was found unconscious, nearly brain dead and on the brink of death in a Nevada brothel after an overdose. It was not even one week ago that Khloe tore up their divorce papers , agreeing to nurse him back to health and give their marriage another shot. Khloe and Lamar both signed off on the paperwork to dismiss the divorce case, which was all but final and just needed a judge’s approval. No longer. Provided, that is, he stays clean for good. According to TMZ, citing sources close to the reality star, Khloe is annoyed by people on social media calling her naive for calling off the divorce. She may be in love, but Khloe is no fool. Well, she’s somewhat of a fool, but only for caring what trolls on Twitter say about her. When it comes to her husband, she’s aware of the situation. She’s lived through this too, after all. Lamar, to this day, is on the Kardashian health insurance policy and needs to stay on it in order to shoulder the high cost of his treatment and therapy. Despite his NBA career earnings, insiders say Odom lacks the financial wherewithal to pay for this on his own, which is somewhat hard to believe. That $75,000 he spent on those two drug-enabling prostitutes had to come from somewhere. On the one hand, if he did that sort of thing regularly … Either way, if Khloe wanted out of their marriage, she could easily cut ties and buy him a new policy whatever the cost. In the ten days since Lamar Odom nearly died from overdosing on a cocktail of hard drugs, Khloe Kardashian has done a lot for her estranged husband. Khloe has been by Lamar’s side non-stop, and insiders say she even paid for him to be transported to a Los Angeles hospital so that she would be better able to care for him. Clearly, Khloe is devoted to Lamar and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that he receives the best care possible. But even Khloe might balk at what’s being asked of her now: Speaking with The Wrap recently, Love Ranch brothel owner Dennis Hof threw together a word salad that seemed to be his way of saying he plans to make Khloe pay Lamar’s hooker tab – just as she’s done for him in the past: “I got a call from Boulevard Management asking all these questions,” Hof said. “‘What were these charges for?’ and such. So, in my mind, are they trying a way to not pay the bill? If he doesn’t, I’m going after Khloe and her husband.” Seems like a pretty low-down thing to do to a woman who’s currently attempting to nurse her very sick husband back to health (especially since all the media attention surrounding Lamar has caused the Love Ranch’s business to more than triple ), but Hof says it’s no big deal. In fact, he claims Khloe has written checks to cover Lamar’s previous stays at the Love Ranch. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are officially giving their marriage another try! TMZ is reporting that a lawyer for Khloe went to court today to inform a judge that the couple would like to halt divorce proceedings and withdraw documents they’d already signed, as they now plan to stay married. The decision was obviously spurred at least in part by the overdose that nearly killed Odom last week, Khloe has been by Lamar’s bedside ever since he was hospitalized in Nevada on October 13. Earlier this week, she paid for Odom to be transferred to an LA hospital so that she could better care for him. Even with Khloe’s obvious concern and affection for Odom, the couple’s decision to remain married comes as a major shock. After all, Khloe was in a serious relationship with NBA star James Harden at the time of Odom’s overdose. Now, it seems the rumors that Khloe has dumped Harden in order to rekindle her romance with Odom are true. We know difficult circumstances sometimes bring people closer together, but Khloe and Lamar (who separated way back in 2013) might be moving just a tad too quickly. As anyone who’s seen her face knows, Farrah Abraham loves plastic surgery . The girl’s gone under the knife more times than pork chops, and despite Farrah’s many bad experiences with botched procedures , she’s showing no signs of slowing down. Speaking with The Daily Mail over the weekend, Farrah confirmed that she’s scheduled a third boob job in order to fix what she feels was sloppy work on her second procedure. Apparently a poorly-executed incision has been causing Farrah pain, and she’s hoping one of the top docs in Beverly Hills can fix the problem. “I’m thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible,” Farrah said. “I was happy to learn about new incision placement for better results as opposed to under the breast for my pain and burning to stop.” If Farrah is really experiencing significant ta-ta pain and thinks this procedure will help, we wish her all the best. It’s worth noting, however, that Farrah gives TMI interviews on pretty much every topic under the sun, and she’s never complained about her burning boobies before. In fact, Farrah remains an outspoken advocate of plastic surgery, and she’s even stated that she hopes her daughter will get work done .
