Despite their constant fighting and nagging and pestering – along with Juan Pablo’s refusal to ever tell Nikki that he loved her – the couple called it quits earlier this month. So, considering their obvious issues and a lack of reciprocated feelings, why did this relationship even last as long as it did? “The main reason Juan stayed with Nikki was to spite all the haters who thought they would break up, and to stay relevant so he could promote himself,” an insider tells Us Weekly, adding of Juan Pablo’s career aspirations: “Juan wants to be a soccer or baseball commentator, and also a manager for high-profile Latin athletes.” Conversely, Ferrell was in it due to actual affection for the former Bachelor star. “Juan did say ‘I love you’ to Nikki, but only a couple of times,” the source says of Ferrell . “She wanted [him] to say it every time they spoke, and he couldn’t do that.” Location was also an issue for Galavis and Ferrell, as Juan Pablo wanted Nikki to move to Miami and never considered going to Kansas. “She couldn’t get him to compromise at all,” the mole concludes. “Everything Nikki wanted, he didn’t.” That sort of thing is difficult to overcome in a relationship, it’s true. So while Nikki Ferrell and Juan Pablo Galavis lick their wounds from this split, there is one person smiling right now: Chris Soules . The Bachelor bar for this attractive single – who will start handing out roses to desperate women in January on ABC – has been set very, very, very VERY low by Juan Pablo.

Khloe Kardashian and French Montana: Still BFFs!

When Khloe Kardashian and French Montana broke up last month it surprised literally no one. They were an odd couple from the start and it was widely rumored that French cheated on Khloe with just about every woman he came in contact with while they were dating. But while the relationship has been over for weeks, the reality TV version of Khloe and French won’t debut until next week when Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons hits the E! network. So, as further evidence that it’s really weird to live your life with a 10-week broadcast delay, Kourtney has been forced to talk about French while promoting her 117th E! reality series. Instead of trash-talking the Q-list rapper like we had hoped, Khloe says she and French are totally still besties! “I love memories,” Khloe says when asked about Montana. “I still talk to him. There’s no bad blood or anything.” Discussing her feelings about French appearing on her new show, Khloe offered this surprising comment: “I think it’s cool. I like that people get to see a part of our relationship. I don’t think it’s fair to judge people by appearance or what you think you know about them.” She then went on to fondly reminisce about their trip to South Africa and gush about how French pushes her to do things she “probably wouldn’t do” on her own. Khloe Kardashian-Lamar Odom Divorce: On Hold Because He’s AWOL!

We all know Khloe Kardashian’s relationship to Lamar Odom is a lost cause, but apparently so is the reality TV star’s effort to divorce the former NBA player. It’s hard to pull the trigger on a legal split when one party can’t be found. Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce more than 10 months ago, but she and her estranged husband are still married, as she can’t find him to sign the papers. “Khloe can’t even get in touch with him right now,” one insider tells Us of her current predicament, adding that Lamar “refuses to sign the divorce papers.” An Odom friend says the beleaguered athlete is still hoping for a reconciliation, but Khloe says that’s not gonna happen and just wants to move on. Heck, she already has, for over a year now. Remember the Lamar Odom crack video ? That was the nail in the coffin for her, and she even dated French Montana for eight months until splitting last month. Somehow, Lammy just can’t take a hint . Odom, for his part, has been keeping a low profile after getting dropped by the New York Knicks for failing to “uphold the standards to return as an NBA player.” A source said over the summer that the 34-year-old baller is “not doing great” and wasn’t committed to getting back on the court … or much of anything: “Everyone was hoping that what went down with Khloe would see him rededicate himself to training for the season, but he seems to be only half in it.” Much like with the couple’s divorce . Why would he think she’d be open to take him back when he basically left her for a life of drugs and women? Why can’t he get his career and life together? Who knows with that guy, but if you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know just how badly he’s hurt Khloe as it is. Just let her go, dude.
