James Rebhorn, a veteran actor most recently seen as Carrie Matheson’s father on Homeland, has passed away. He was 65 years old. Rebhorn died at his home Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter, with his wife confirming that the actor was diagnosed with skin cancer in 1992 and insisted on working through the condition. Frances Fisher, star of ABC’s Resurrection , Tweeted the news early Sunday morning. “Shocked and saddened to hear of James Rebhorn’s passing. Jim was a consummate actor with whom I had the pleasure to work when we were young.” Along with his supporting role on the Showtime drama, Rebhorn recently portrayed Special Agent Reese Hughes on USA’s White Collar and played an attorney on the Seinfeld series finale. Rebhorn’s impressive television resume also includes stints on The Practice, Third Watch, Law & Order and Boston Legal, 30 Rock, Enlightened, Katie & Allie and The Equalizer. Multiple sources confirm that the 29-year old reality star has purchased the singer’s Calabasas mansion, where Bieber has notoriously hosed a great many parties and in whose neighborhood he likes to drive very fast. Justin bought the house in 2012, but recently put it on the market because pretty much everyone in the gated community now hates him. “The fact that a talented international musician like Mr. Bieber chooses to live in Calabasas is certainly a feather in our cap and a tribute to our safe and beautiful community,” the city’s mayor, Fred Gaines, told The Los Angeles Times in January. ” [But] the peace and privacy of our residents is the city’s top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents.” Khloe reportedly bought the property for $7.2 million, meaning Justin made over $1 million on it in under two years. It’s unclear where the artist will now take up permanent residence, but many have said for awhile now that Bieber may move to Atlanta . He also might get deported . In the latest issue of Cosmopolitan, Khloe Kardashian is bra-free and care-free. She tells the magazine that she has a great support system, lives for the moment and has no regrets about her failed marriage to Lamar Odom . However, according to a OK! Magazine source, Khloe is masking some serious pain. “Friends are worried that Khloe is heading for a major meltdown due to her excessive partying since her split from Lamar,” reads a report in that tabloid, courtesy of an unnamed source, naturally. Based on her Tweets and Instagram posts at the time of her marriage falling apart, it is clear that Khloe struggled a great deal with Lamar’s infidelity and drug habit. But cameras follow this family everywhere. It stands to reason we’d have sen photos of her clubbing or drinking or something even worse if she really were in this kind of shape. “She’s trying to rebuild after a disastrous relationship, and failing in a bad way,” the insider adds. “She’s like a girl gone wild, and it’s turning into a nonstop party.” Just how dangerous of a situation are we talking here? “Everyone is worried the next stop could be rehab,” concludes the magazine.
