Now, in the wake of Lamar Odom getting arrested for DUI, Khloe Kardashian has taken to Instagram once again and posted a photo of herself that makes no mention of the ongoing drama in her personal life. “Omg you can totally not sit with us,” Khloe captioned the photo above, which feature her and her hair and makeup team members (Joyce Bonelli, Jen Atkin, and Rob Scheppy). The image went live a couple hours after Odom was popped for driving under the influence of some kind of substance, as perhaps Khloe is trying to put on a brave public face in the wake of such controversy. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s marriage is on the rocks, and it looks like more than just idle gossip about Jennifer Richardson and Polina Polonsky. Reports say he has a serious drug problem. The 33-year-old NBA player has battled drug addiction for two years, and it reached the point last summer where she pressured him to go to rehab. He did so, but Khloe Kardashian was so skeptical of his sincerity that she hired private investigators to wait outside 24/7 to make sure he didn’t bail. After three weeks and at least that many arguments over him leaving, he bolted for good, but did reportedly stay clean through the 2012-13 NBA season. When the season ended this spring though, Lamar’s recreational drug use returned. As for the persistent cheating rumors that have dogged him? Both Jennifer Richardson and Polina Polonsky have gone on the record, and into detail, claiming they had sexual relationships with the NBA star. Khloe believes Lamar did in fact cheat on her, but feels that’s almost secondary to his drug problem, which she’s treating as the primary concern. It’s that bad. “Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage,” a source tells TMZ, adding that Kim Kardashian ‘s younger sister is not divorcing him. At least not yet. She hasn’t hired a lawyer (nor as he), and she recently posted a pointed message to the haters , telling them simply not to judge. And get this: Khloe and her entire family are believed to have staged an intervention last week, trying to convince Lamar Odom to go back to rehab. He was not receptive to the idea, and so after the intervention failed, Khloe threw Lamar out of the house. Odom was seen putting some stuff in a friend’s car. Crazy stuff, and certainly not encouraging for Khlomar, though if you’re looking for a silver lining, it’s clear she does not want to throw in the towel. Khloe Kardashian Kicks Lamar Odom Out Of Mansion For Cheating Looks like Lamar and Khloe are heading to divorce ! Khloe Kardashian has kicked hubby Lamar Odom out of the couple’s Encino home after reports the baller has continued his disgusting dirty dog ways… Via X17 reports: We caught up with Khloe, visiting Lamar at the hotel Thursday. After the couple’s meeting, she went for a pow wow with her momager Kris Jenner at the family’s Calabasas home before returning to Lamar’s hotel, staying 20 minutes and then returning to the couple’s home, alone, looking depressed. Hours of emotional testimony in the custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife today resulted in the singer keeping primary custody of the former couple’s two sons. As previously reported, five-year old Usher Raymond V nearly drowned on Monday and remains in the ICU under doctor’s care, though all accounts say the boy will recover fully. Usher Enters Courtroom In response to the incident, Tameka Raymond was granted an emergency hearing in which she argued that Usher is a negligent father who too often leaves the children under someone else’s supervision. According to TMZ sources, Tameka reiterated on the stand that the pool accident was simply the latest in a string of examples that prove Usher is an inattentive parent. She even broke down at one point when discussing her reaction to little Usher’s condition immediately following the incident. Usher and his legal team, meanwhile, argued that the accident could have happened to anyone at any time and that the singer positively loves his children. In the end, a judge ruled that Usher will maintain primary custody and Tameka will retain her right to occasionally visit with the boys. At the conclusion of the hearing, Usher embraced his ex-wife.
