So perhaps it’s not surprising that Katy is penning her own response with the help of John Mayer, who’s something of an expert (Read: “has slept with”) both girls. “Katy thinks revenge is a dish best served cold,” a source tells Heat magazine. “She’s even more determined to show people what she calls ‘the real Taylor,’ she’s writing some big, anthemic-type songs that’ll feature dirt on Taylor that John’s told her from when they used to date.” Katy and John are back together for the moment (We give it a week.), and while most of her fans thought the reconciliation was a bad move for Katy, it might be well worth if it means delivering a crippling, radio-friendly blow to her arch rival. Kate Gosselin and her new boyfriend Jeff Prescott certainly have something in common. That’s usually a good sign in any relationship. In this case, however? That common bond comes in the form of the millionaire entrepreneur’s own history of poor parenting allegations. Jon Gosselin is fighting his ex-wife for custody in the wake of shocking reports that Kate Gosselin ditched her kids for four days recently. Without leaving a phone number where she could be reached, no less. Prior to that, Jon received temporary custody of their daughter Hannah after a complaint was filed over Kate’s cruelty toward the girl. Jeff hasn’t been down that road, but his own situation is interesting. His former wife Michelle Jones accused the 51-year-old of neglecting his three children during the couple’s nasty 2006 divorce, according to Radar . Court documents claim her husband of nearly 20 years has had “infrequent” visits with Ashley, Brooke, and Connor, who were then 19, 14 and 10. She also alleged Jeff often left town “on business and pleasure,” without giving his estranged wife or their kids, one of whom is disabled, any notice. “There have been times when he has not answered his cell phone for days,” Jones claimed then, in a remark eerily similar to Kate’s situation. Cops ID Davon Wint As The Prime Suspect In Torture Slays Of The Savopoulos Family; Wint’s Father Told BOSSIP The Family Is Devastated Police have widened their hunt for the prime suspect in the macabre torture murders of a millionaire family in Washington D.C. Cops believe Daron Wint, 34, fled to Brooklyn after killing his former boss, Savvas Savopoulos, his wife, Amy, and son, Phillip and the family housekeeper. Police said family’s days long ordeal only ended when Wint set their $4.5 million mansion ablaze with them inside. Wint was a one-time employee of Savopoulos’ iron works company, and is believed to now be on the run in New York City where his girlfriend lives. Washington D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier said Wint was “armed and dangerous.” The news comes as the failed Marine’s father told BOSSIP that he and his wife were destroyed by their son’s alleged crimes. “It’s just a surprise to me as it is to anyone else,” Dennis Wint said. “I’m trying to console my wife about this right now.” Washington D.C. Police said they identified Wint as the killer from DNA he left on pizza crusts left in the torched house. Although Daron Wint has previous convictions for theft and sexual assault, the elder Wint told BOSSIP he did not raise his son to be a killer. “My son is a grown man, he’s his own man,” Wint, 57, told BOSSIP from his home in the suburbs of D.C. “You make your kids, you don’t make their minds.” Wint, Sr. said he and his wife were now trying to adjust to their new reality. “Well, it’s nothing to think (about),” he said. “It is what it is.”
Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin are battling for custody over daughter Hannah amid shocking new claims that she ditched out on her brood last week. For four days. Without leaving anyone her telephone number. As we reportedly last week, Jon wants custody of Hannah , one of their eight kids, following an allegedly violent altercation with Kate this month. Following a complaint about Kate Gosselin’s cruelty , Jon was granted emergency custody and triggered a high-stakes legal skirmish with his ex-wife. Her alleged spankings and other abusive behavior have left Hannah reeling, and Jon fuming, but she seems very far from stressed at the mo’. Kate “took off for four days last week” and “left the kids with the nanny,” a Gosselin insider said, and Jon will have plenty to say in court. In pulling this stunt, she broke the couple’s custody agreement. “Kate is supposed to give Jon first right of refusal to take care of the kids when she goes away,” the insider adds, and clearly, “she didn’t.” Jon wasn’t just upset for the sake of being upset, either. Creator Julie Plec and company came up with a unique way to write the character of Elena Gilbert off on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 22 , as a cursed Elena is now tied to Bonnie forever. Until Bonnie dies, Elena will remain unconscious. So, yes, this does leave open some door for Dobrev to return at some point. But that isn’t the plan, according to Dobrev, Plec and everyone else connected to the series. Elena is really (quasi) dead and gone, with fans mourning her demise last night and Dobrev herself active on Twitter. Desperate to bring her kids home from Europe, where they live with her estranged husband, Kelly Rutherford is taking her plight to the people. Kelly’s We the People petition asking for the government to intervene in her epic six-year custody case reached the 100,000-signature mark. That means the White House will review her request and issue a response … the question is whether it will matter at all in achieving her goal. The former Gossip Girl cast member said of the petition: “I feel so blessed to have so much support for me and my children. I am optimistic that the Obama administration will step in and rescue my children.” Listing off some of her famous supporters, she added: “I want to mention Ed Westwick, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Melanie Griffith, Selma Blair, Francis Fisher, Marianne Williamson and so many others.” Name-checking Kim Kardashian in a public plea to be taken seriously regarding a serious subject? Interesting strategy to say the least, Kelly. Recently Rutherford lost her legal fight to return Hermes, 8, and Helena, 5, to the U.S. from France, where they live with her ex Daniel Giersch. A California judge ruled that because his work visa had been revoked, the children would reside with him, and Rutherford must fly to go visit. Rutherford, ironically, is believed to be responsible for keeping him out of the U.S. after she reported him for dealing drugs and weapons. She adamantly denies this, and says that in their custody agreement, the judge told Giersch to reapply for his visa … which he has not done. So does Rutherford’s petition have a shot? A State Department spokesperson anonymously said that U.S. intervention would be unlikely. Rutherford’s attorney, Wendy Murphy, says a California family court judge violated Kelly’s constitutional rights and those of her children. “How on earth can two utterly innocent and defenseless American children be shipped like luggage to live in a foreign country?” she said. But a family lawyer not involved in the dispute argues that Rutherford would stand a much better chance in the international legal system. Her petition may be a powerful public cry and earn a lot of attention, but this is not a kidnapping case and Giersch was granted custody. In other words, it’s an uphill battle at best for Kelly.
