Earlier today, we learned that Tori Spelling may have filed for divorce from Dean McDermott without McDermott’s knowledge. Many wondered what could have possibly driven Tori to such drastic action after all that she’s done to save her marriage. Now we know her decision to pull the plug may have coincided with Dean putting a stop to the reality show that’s been Tori’s primary source of income for the past year. McDermott quit True Tori earlier this month, citing the various ways in which the show had damaged his psyche and reputation. Tori reportedly planned to continue on without him, but sources say Dean has now demanded that the couple’s four children no longer be filmed, thus effectively putting an end to the series. “Dean has made it known he’s done filming True Tori,” says the insider. “And in his mind, the time has come for the kids to be taken off the show as well.” McDermott’s decision is said to be the result of the couple’s eldest son, Liam, having behavioral problems at school. “The family desperately needs some time away from the camera, but Tori won’t let it happen,” says the source. Allegations that Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted a number of women over the course of several decades resurfaced in recent weeks after comedian Hannibal Burress referenced the charges during a stand-up performance in San Francisco. On Monday, a woman named Joan Tarshis accused Cosby of rape , claiming that the comedy legend sedated her and forced her to have oral sex with him in 1969. Yesterday, model and former reality star Janice Dickinson made similar allegations , thus becoming the fifteenth woman to accuse Cosby of criminal abuse. Prior to this latest scandal, Cosby was in the midst of a career comeback, with a Netflix special, stand-up tour, and NBC sitcom planned for the coming year. While no venues on the tour have canceled Cosby’s appearances, Netflix has opted not to proceed with the planned special, and NBC announced today that its terminated its contract with the 77-year-old comic. The network first broke the news to writers and other staffers who had been hired for the series. Sources say production was halted immediately, despite the fact that NBC will be forced to pay a hefty penalty to Cosby for refusing to go ahead with the pilot. Battling hard for his relationship with Kendra Wilkinson, Hank Baskett is opening up about suffering from depression and how that led to a costly string of mistakes. Ones that nearly torpedoed his marriage, and even his life. Once a promising NFL wide receiver, Hank was released by the Minnesota Vikings in 2011 and never made it back on the field. His self-esteem was crushed. “For 20 years, my life was, ‘Catch the football! Catch the football!’” Hank says, and he “started holding everything in because [he] felt like no one could understand.” What no one could grasp, or so he thought, was that he “completely lost [his] identity” and “felt like a failure” trying to move onto the next phase of his life.
