One South Korean TV network is not a big fan of PSY’s “Gentleman” music video . Because of the rapper’s abuse of traffic cones. Didn’t see that coming, did you? “Gentleman,” follows the star as he behaves like anything but, taking a soccer ball away from kids, pulling chairs out from under hot girls and so forth. And, in the first few seconds, PSY walks up and kicks a traffic cone that reads, “No Parking.” KBS labeled the video inappropriate because of that. The network said in a statement: “Infants or children haven’t fully developed a standard for judgment and tend to believe and follow what’s shown on television.” ” KBS’ standards are very different from online broadcaster or cable channels. Katherine Jackson Asks Judge to Disregard The Paternity of Michael Jackson Kids According to The National Enquirer The secrets that Michael Jackson took to his grave about the paternity of his three children could now explode in court! In a bid to keep those secrets, the late superstar’s mother Katherine pleaded with a judge to disregard the identity of his children’s biological parents during the $40 billion wrongful death suit she’s filed against concert promoter AEG Live. The judge agreed to keep the paternity of Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and Blanket, 11, out of court. But sources say the information may yet become public during the upcoming trial, which could drag on for months. “KATHERINE HAS CLEARLY BEEN told by her attorneys that AEG wants to explore the rumors about the children’s paternity to create doubt about whether they are his true beneficiaries,” a Jackson family insider told The ENQUIRER. “Now she’s doing everything possible to prevent the children – and the public – from learning how these kids actually came into the world.” Katherine’s lawsuit demands that AEG Live pay Michael’s heirs, including his children, a whopping $40 billion in damages related to their hiring and supervising of Dr. Conrad Murray, who’s been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael’s drug-related death on June 25, 2009. And the 82-year-old family matriarch took a dramatic turn toward winning the case on March 14, when her lawyers filed a bombshell legal motion in Los Angeles Superior Court, arguing that “evidence intended to show that Michael Jackson is not the biological father of his children is irrelevant” to the suit. The motion also said: “Evidence intended to show who the biological mother is of the children is also irrelevant” to the case. While the judge agreed with Katherine’s argument, sources say her legal victory may be short-lived. According to a published report, sources within AEG claim the company has sworn affidavits, birth records and other material containing “irrefutable proof ” that only Blanket has Michael’s DNA, and Prince and Paris were fathered by different sperm donors. The acknowledged mother of Prince and Paris is former medical assistant Debbie Rowe, who was married to Michael from 1996 to 1999. But as The ENQUIRER reported in July 2009, widespread reports alleged Debbie’s boss, Michael’s dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, fathered Prince and Paris, which Klein has denied. Other sources claimed the two were the result of an anonymous donor. “If AEG presents irrefutable proof that the two oldest children are not Michael Jackson’s biological children, they could actually get the upper hand in the case,” celebrity attorney Raoul Felder told The ENQUIRER. “It’s sad, but it would mean the children have no legal standing.” Meanwhile, Katherine fears Blanket could inherit some of Michael’s health problems, including the skin condition vitiligo and the autoimmune disease lupus, said the source. “Right now, she’s watching all three kids closely and desperately trying to stop AEG from ruining their lives,” said the family insider. “The last thing Katherine wants is for family secrets to be blurted out in court.” Hopefully Ms. Jackson can finally make AEG pay for her son’s death! According to a source, the whole house “smells like urine.” The walls were riddled with graffiti, while discarded clothes, food and toys littered a stained carpet, leaving many to wonder if she’s fit to take care of children. “The pictures only prove what social workers feared most, that the children were living in filthy and unsafe conditions,” says a social worker source. “These conditions are deplorable for children to be around.” Nadya Suleman has already been under investigation by the Los Angeles County of Department and Family Services for several months as it is. You can bet that will only be ramped up after this. “It’s only a matter of time until Nadya loses custody of the kids. It’s finally time for Shaniya Davis’ accused killer to face a judge and jury! Via The Fayetteville Observer : The father of Shaniya Davis says he has forgiven her mother. But Bradley Lockhart said he often finds himself reflecting on what might have been, four years after Shaniya was sexually assaulted and killed in a case that has attracted national attention. Shaniya would have turned 9 on Valentine’s Day. “We were extremely close,” Lockhart said. “Shaniya spent the majority of time with me and her siblings. You miss those days. The first day she got on a bicycle. Her brother pushing her around with training wheels on it. You miss her scratching your car with a scooter. You miss birthdays. You wonder who she would be today. “It’s extremely hard when you see other kids in the neighborhood and watch them grow up. That’s one of my frequent thoughts when I sit on my porch.” The case first captured national attention in November 2009, when the child’s mother, Antoniette Nicole Davis, reported Shaniya missing from a mobile home where they were staying off Murchison Road. The report kicked off a nationwide search involving the FBI and the U.S. Marshal’s Service. Pictures of Shaniya aired on national television shows, and Fayetteville police said they received hundreds of tips. Shaniya’s body was found six days later. Police say Davis fabricated the story about her missing child after selling Shaniya to McNeill, who allegedly assaulted her in a Sanford hotel before killing her and dumping her body along N.C. 87 in Harnett County. Davis, 28, will be tried after McNeill. She faces charges that include first-degree murder, child abuse, sexual servitude, human trafficking and child sex assault. Her trial is expected to last about a month. If convicted, Davis is looking at life in prison without parole. She is accused of handing over the child to McNeill to settle a drug debt. “I don’t know what was going through her mind at that time. I can’t give you an honest answer on that,” Lockhart said. “Would I ever have expected Antoniette to make a decision like this or did she make a decision like this? I would not have expected any mother to make a decision like this with their child. “If I had known she would have made a decision like this, Shaniya would never have been there.” Lockhart said he has not spoken to Davis since her confinement. “Me, personally, I’ve forgiven her,” he said. “I think blame is too direct, as far as personally. What are you blaming? The death of Shaniya or (Davis’) actions? It’s too broad. Too opinioned.” Lockhart spoke by phone late last month from his home in Alabama, where he says he had planned to move for a job before his daughter’s death. He works as a regional environmental safety manager for a construction company. Through the years, he has returned to Fayetteville on occasion. He said he plans to be in the courtroom for most of the trials. As far as he knows, Lockhart said, he will not be called as a witness. Following Shaniya’s murder, Lockhart received criticism for allowing his daughter to stay with Davis in Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park. Last month, Lockhart said he had no idea that Shaniya and her mother were living at that location with Davis’ sister. “I had given her a deposit to live in her own place. It was downtown,” he said. “I had no knowledge of that. I still don’t know why she was at the other place. Was she evicted? I don’t know.” Damn… We truly feel for this man. The capital murder trial for Mario Andrette McNeill, the man accused of killing Shaniya started today in Cumberland County Superior Court. Sadly it seems that much of mainstream national media has stopped checking for Shaniya’s story… The Observer says the court didn’t receive any requests from national cable media to cover the trial. McNeill’s charges include first-degree murder, child sex assault, kidnapping, child abuse, human trafficking and sexual exploitation of a child and he is facing the death penalty. The trial is expected to last six to eight weeks. In February, McNeill proclaimed his innocence in two handwritten letters he mailed to The Fayetteville Observer from the Cumberland County Detention Center. In one letter, he wrote: “I did not take or kidnap Shaniya Davis. I did not purchase, buy, trade, sell or exchange Shaniya Davis. I did not molest, sexually assault, rape or ravish Shaniya Davis. I did not kill, murder, or take Shaniya Davis’s life, nor did I have any prior or beforehand knowledge as to what was to and/or did occur.” Do you believe he should be put to death?
