Heidi Klum continues to take the high road in what she’s hoping does not become a public battle with her ex-husband. A couple weeks ago, Seal made it pretty clear that he believes Klum was “fornicating” with bodyguard Martin Kristen while still married to the singer. The artist then tried to clarify those comments – which the super model says came from a place of jealousy and anger – but the damage had already been done. “I don’t know if we’re the greatest friends right now, especially because of the things that he said,” Klum told to Katie Couric in a pre-taped interview for her talk show, Katie . “I just saw him on, on Sunday. We were talking and we’re in an okay place.” The estranged couple has four kids together, meaning they will remain a part of each other’s lives forever, rumors and infidelity accusations be damned. “It’s a work in progress,” Klum added of her relationship with Seal. “You have to take it one day at a time. It’s hard especially when you are in the public eye too.” “People are always looking at you closely and at everything you do. And they also don’t always see exactly how it really is.” “I haven’t felt like correcting every rumor that is out there. I’m focusing on moving forward.”
Britney Spears has closed the book on another chapter of her life she’d just as soon forget ever happened – she settled with former bodyguard Fernando Flores, who’d been battling Britney over sexual harassment allegations for years. Flores claimed he saw Britney Spears nude a lot, and that she abused her kids. According to court documents, Spears and Flores have settled his lawsuit. Flores alleged that Spears would intentionally drop a cigarette lighter in his presence, then bend over to pick it up, “thereby exposing her uncovered genitals.” Then the clown turns around and sues her for this privilege. What a country. Spears adamantly denies all of the allegations – in particular that she mistreated sons Sean and Jayden – but still paid a modest amount to settle the case. Britney is still under conservatorship due to an unnamed medical issue , so the deal will have to be approved by a probate court, but that’s just a formality. Chad Johnson Refusing To Sign Evelyn Lozada Divorce Papers Evelyn might be ready to sign them papers, but Chad says he’s riding this marriage until the wheels falls off . via TMZ Chad Johnson DESPERATELY wants to stay married to his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, so much so he’s refusing to sign any divorce docs … this according to sources close to the couple. As TMZ first reported, Evelyn filed for divorce three days after Chad allegedly head-butted her during an argument. The incident that led to his arrest and Evelyn receiving stitches. Sources close to Chad tell TMZ … he won’t sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn’t want to get a divorce. We’re told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back … as evidenced by the fact he recently tattooed her face on his leg. But Chad’s plan isn’t exactly bulletproof — under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge’s approval. Sources tell us Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We’re told she’s ready to move on and rebuild her life. This dude is in serious denial .
Tyrese Sends Bizarre Tweets Tyrese’s twitter account is always full of fun and surprises…and bad grammar. But he outdid himself at around 4 a.m. this morning. We don’t know if he was drunk or just horny or something. But he started tweeting about his feelings and wanting to be with a women. Usher got custody of his kids and wants Tameka to move on. Via TMZ reports : Usher is firing back at his ex-wife in their bitter custody dispute — claiming her “vile” attempts to regain custody of their children are an insult to the justice system. As we reported, Usher emerged victorious after an arduous custody trial with his ex Tameka Raymond, in which the judge awarded Usher primary custody of the couple’s two sons. Tameka filed papers asking for a new trial — on the grounds the judge had received campaign contributions from Usher’s lawyer and was biased as a result — but Usher says that’s BS. The singer filed his own response on Wednesday asking the court to deny Tameka’s request, claiming her motion is “an assault on the integrity of the court.” According to the docs, Usher believes Tameka is delusional, claiming if she were granted a new trial, it would be grounds for a reversal of ALL trials where a lawyer had contributed to a judge’s campaign. Usher claims the motion “constitutes a continuum of [Tameka’s] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her … is biased and tainted.” A judge has yet to rule on the matter. SMH… What’s sad is there was never any evidence presented that showed Tameka Raymond isn’t a good mother, or even that Usher is a better parent than her. Especially when it was found that the shady azz judge had a relationship with Usher’s lawyer . Do you think Tameka deserves a new trial? But will she get one?
Yup. It’s getting very ugly between Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif. In court today to determine custody of their three kids, the soon-to-be-divorced spouses went at it via their attorneys, with the most damning allegations being leveled against The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. Witnesses tell TMZ that Nassif’s attorney argued in front of a judge that Maloof has referred to her husband as “stupid, dumb and an idiot” in the presence of their kids. Moreover, in a declaration filed by Nassif’s legal team, the couple’s head of security says he saw Adrienne both bite and scratch her husband in the back of their car last year. In another odd incident, Maloof is accused of taking a gun out of Paul’s briefcase while he slept and photographing it. In response to these charges, a source defends Maloof to TMZ and says: “All Adrienne has ever done is protect herself and Paul has been aggressive and violent numerous times. He is 7 inches taller and weighs 100 pounds more.” Nassif is seeking more time with his sons and a judge will reportedly rule on whether he’ll receive it during a full hearing on a later date. If Chad Johnson’s Evelyn Lozada tattoo was/is an attempt at patching things up, what he may have instead is a permanent reminder of what he lost. She’s not taking him back. Lozada is adamant that they are over after his arrest on August 11 for domestic battery. “You can’t repair this,” she told People . “You just can’t.” After a nuclear argument set off by a receipt for condoms in their car, Lozada went to the hospital for stitches, and Johnson spent a night in jail. An upcoming reality show starring the couple, Ev and Ocho , was canceled by VH1, and he was also cut by the Miami Dolphins within two days. She filed for divorce from the NFL star the following week.
