You have to give Rob Kardashian credit for apparently pulling it together lately – and being self-aware enough to admit, and laugh at his past struggles. The 28-year-old shared an Instagram photo Thursday in which he’s seen enjoying a milkshake – after he’d seemingly polished a few off already. “Started right here with these milkshakes #throwbackthursday,” Rob wrote, presumably referring to his well-documented struggles with his weight. Kardashian has come a long way since the milkshake photo – in bad ways and now good again. By all accounts, he’s working off the extra pounds. Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson confirms he’s been in the gym regularly, slowly but surely dropping the 100 lbs. he’s gained over the last year. Rob and Kim Kardashian work out , as well, having buried the hatchet in their long-simmering feud that dated back to her wedding in May 2014. Kim Tweeted Tuesday “Rise & Grind! Workout time!!!!! With @robkardashian,” while Rob also shared a photo from his own workout on Monday. “Spotted these fools on the morning workout,” he said, sharing a candid shot of Kylie Jenner and Tyga on a running trail near where they all live. He’s not just back in his family’s good graces; Rob is also back on social media after going dark, recently telling Khloe trolls he f–ked their moms . Hey, at least he’s got his older sisters back and was defending her, rather than calling one of his sisters the “b-tch from Gone Girl.” Progress.
