Earlier this week, we learned that Kim Kardashian hopes to become a lawyer by passing the bar in 2022. No, Kim will not be attending law school, and will instead seek to exploit a loophole by apprenticing at a San Francisco firm from now until the time of the exam. Kim says she’s always been interested in the law, but she only seriously considered becoming a lawyer after working with Donald Trump to secure presidential pardons for Alice Johnson and other non-violent offenders, some of whom were serving life sentences. But while the notion that becoming a lawyer is a real possibility may be a new one to Kim insiders say the dream has been with her since childhood, when she worshipped her attorney father, Robert Kardashian Sr. “Getting a law degree is not a new dream for Kim, it’s something she’s talked about over the years,” a source close to the situation tells Hollywood Life. “But until recently it was very abstract. It wasn’t until she started working prison reform that it became a real possibility in her mind.” Kim is well aware that the road ahead won’t be an easy one — especially with a fourth kid on the way — but she believes she can clear any hurdle with the help of her husband. “Kanye’s limitless love helped make this happen too,” says the insider. “He believes in her so much, that absolutely helps her believe more in herself and her abilities.” “Even though Kim is going the non-traditional route and is doing an apprenticeship that doesn’t mean she isn’t studying course material and doing assignments, she’s very much a student of law right now and she loves it.” The source says Kim is every bit as ambitious as she seems, but her desire for a law degree has more to do with helping others than with her own earning potential. “This isn’t about her wanting to go out and start a law practice,” says the insider. “It is about her wanting to be able to take advantage of the unique position she is in to help people that have been unjustly locked up and wanting to do the best job she can for them. “Kim is taking classes to learn more about law and how everything works,” the informant adds. “Whether it’s her empire, her businesses or using her knowledge to help in criminal reform, those are the major reasons she is tackling law.” And as a bonus, she gets to take part in the vocation that her father held in such high esteem, “Plus it makes her feel closer to her Dad,” says the source. “Its something special to her because she knows it would have been special to him. It takes her away from her normal life and day to day happenings of being a celebrity that she normally has to deal with. “She feels this is one more puzzle piece into the person she wants to become, she is always striving to be better.” In the same Vogue interview in which she revealed her plans to become a lawyer, Kim spoke candidly about Kanye’s struggle with mental illness . “It is an emotional process, for sure,” she added. “Right now everything is really calm. But we can definitely feel episodes coming, and we know how to handle them.” Kim said that after several attempts at chemical treatment, West has come to realize that medication “is not really an option, because it changes who he is.” She also revealed that she’s distressed by the criticism she receives from those who believe she doesn’t do enough to rein in her husband’s erratic behavior: “But I think some of the hurtful things that I read online … What is she doing? She’s not stopping him,” Kim said. “Like it’s my fault if he does or says something that they don’t agree with?” she said. “That’s my husband. I share every opinion that I have and let him know when I think something’s wrong.” A very measured diplomatic response to what we’re sure is a very touchy subject. As Kanye West answers the door, Kim K. walks up and quickly informs him that Vogue is actually there for her — and in her first response, shares that they are rarely ever home together. Not only does her controversial husband make a cameo, her kids — North, Saint, and Chicago — appear for a few minutes and they’re so adorable. While loving on the babies and trying to answer questions at the same time, Kim says her secret to good parenting is “you just have to wing it.” She also talks baby no. 4, saying Saint would like to name him “Sainty 2.” Big sis North lets it be known she’s more than ready for her baby bro to arrive as well, but mostly just because she wants the boys to keep one another occupied so she can play with Chicago, it seems. Speaking of North, Kim says Anna Wintour had some influence in naming her. “Once she heard that rumor, she asked me and said that name was ‘genius.’ So that was helpful to me,” she explained. So what else do we find out about Kim? Well, she says she only spends 30 minutes per day on Instagram and doesn’t read DMs because there are too many. If she could go to dinner with anyone, living or not living, it would be her father. She says she wishes people “would NOT focus on my azz all the time,” but do we believe her? HELL NAW. She says she thinks she will be remembered for her “many talents” and one of the weirdest rumors she heard about herself is that she once killed a raccoon with her high heels. Folks, we really didn’t think it was possible, but it looks as though Tristan Thompson may have just sunk to a new low. By now you’ve probably heard that Tristan was caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian twice, and both instances took place under appalling circumstances. The first time, Khloe was pregnant with Tristan’s child. The second time — after she had naively taken him back — Tristan cheated with Jordyn Woods , the best friend of Khloe’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner. How, you may be asking yourself, is it possible for Tristan to mess with Khloe’s life any more than he already has? Why, by being a deadbeat dad, of course! To be clear, no one is accusing Tristan of stiffing Khloe on child support. Though his team often looked more like a bunch of D-league rejects this season, the Cavs are still an NBA franchise, and Tristan makes a good salary playing for them. But it seems that Tristan is dropping the ball in a different way by failing to be present for the major milestones in baby True’s life. True will celebrate her first birthday this week, and it seems Tristan is planning to be MIA for the occasion. His basketball season is over, so Tristan can’t blame his absence on work. Instead, he’s chalking it up — and we can’t believe we’re about to say this — to his intense fear of his baby mama’s family. “Tristan does not want to set foot near Khloe’s family because he knows how much they all despise him right now,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “Khloe doesn’t even want Tristan to see True, regardless of what she says.” So we guess the silver lining is that Khloe gets to enjoy the day with her daughter, and her douchey baby daddy won’t be there to spoil the memory. Still, it’s absurd that a grown-ass man is missing his daughter’s first birthday party because he’s worried about getting dirty looks from Kris Jenner. “Tristan does not want to be there for the party because he does not want to get reamed all over again,” says the source. “He’s going to do what he always does, which is try to make up for missing out by buying True expensive gifts.” And sadly, he’s probably establishing the pattern that he and True will follow for the remainder of their relationship as father and daughter. Kim Kardashian West has finally figured out what she wants to be when she grows up. At the age of 38 and with three kids at home, the reality star is giving us a MAJOR plot twist. And by major — I mean Kim just actually declared one. During a cover interview for this month’s Vogue issue, Kim opened up about a surprising life announcement … she’s becoming a lawyer. Legit. She will actually be opening up a book and studying to become a lawyer. The soon-to-be mother of four said she decided last summer to begin a four-year apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco, with the goal of taking the bar in 2022. The exam that is so notoriously hard — especially in the state of California, where it spans three days — even Hilary Clinton failed it the first time around. Of course, she obviously went on to still have an extremely successful legal career — so I guess anything is possible for the reality star. “I had to think long and hard about this,” Kim said. The choice came from the combination of “seeing a really good result” with Alice Marie Johnson’s case while simultaneously feeling like she needed to do more. “I never in a million years thought we would get to the point of getting laws passed,” she says. “That was really a turning point for me.” Still, she knew her celebrity superpowers weren’t enough and she needed more, hence her desire to educate herself. “The White House called me to advise me to help change the system of clemency, and I’m sitting in the Roosevelt Room with, like, a judge who had sentence criminals and a lot of really powerful people,” she explained. “And I just sat there, like, Oh, shit. I need to know more.” Kardashian West, 38, has been working with author and CNN commentator Van Jones and attorney Jessica Jackson for months, visiting prisons, petitioning governors, and attending meetings at the White House. Husband Kanye West already has his foot in the door there anyway — so why not! “I would say what I had to say, about the human side and why this is so unfair. But I had attorneys with me who could back that up with all the facts of the case,” she explained. “It’s never one person who gets things done; it’s always a collective of people and I’ve always known my role, but I just feel like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society.” “I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more,” she reasoned. The reality star also revealed that she’s had a long interest in the subject thanks to her late father, Robert Kardashian. Robert was a businessman and attorney, who became a household name while helping defend friend O.J. Simpson in his infamous 1994 murder trial. “On the weekend they used our home as an office, with Johnnie Cochran and Bob Shapiro,” the middle Kardashian child recalls. “My dad had a library, and when you pushed on this wall there was this whole hidden closet room, with all of his O.J. evidence books. “On weekends I would always snoop and look through. I was really nosy about the forensics.” Ok, well hopefully Kim can at least learn in law school that evidence is not to be tampered with. Luckily for Kim, considering she never finished college, California offers another path to passing the bar by “reading the law” or apprenticing with a practicing lawyer or judge. And according to Vogue , sometime this summer she will be taking what is known as the “baby bar” administered by the state; if she passes, she will be given the okay to continue for three more years of study. “The reading is what really gets me,” she admits. “It’s so time-consuming. The concepts I grasp in two seconds.” And when asked about the negative feedback she will inevitably face? “I don’t pay attention to that anymore,” she says. “I love to be put in a situation where I can have a conversation with someone who might not be inclined to think much of me because I can guarantee they will have a different opinion and understand what’s important to me after they’ve met me.” She also has full support from her popular family members! Kourtney Kardashian, 39, tells Vogue she thinks her sister is definitely lawyerly. “She seems to have all the answers or something like she just kind of knows,” Kourt says. Momager Kris Jenner is on the same page as us, admitting that she “did not see this one coming.” “What didn’t surprise me was the way she embraced Miss Alice and how she was so hopeful for that outcome,” she adds. “When you find something that you’re just that passionate about, it’s not difficult; you don’t have to think about it — it just happens.” I guess we will see how difficult it proves to be this summer. While we certainly do not object to Kim furthering her education and would love to see her use her fame for something more charitable, we will be shocked if law school pans out for this socialite. Kourtney & Khloe take __ !! Hopefully, that blank space will be filled here soon as we just got news that single sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian may be teaming up for their own spinoff show. Again! Just like the old days, Kourtney and Khloe are “in talks to have another spinoff, similar to when they had Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons , and their first show together, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami,” according to Radar Online. Kim Kardashian’s two sisters starred in the first successful KUWTK spinoff, KKTM, back in 2009. This guilty pleasure show captivated fans due to their young and carefree personalities. But now, we’re ready for round 3 and many more Kardashian shenanigans. “Right now the network is considering a spinoff for them because they are both single, and the two of them have not been single at the same time for a very long time,” says a Kard clan insider. They’re both single yes, but the two ladies have more on their plate to worry about than their suffering relationship status. As you probably already know, Kourtney just launched her own lifestyle brand Poosh on top of juggling being a mom to her three adorable children. While Khloe is equally as busy with her successful denim business Good American and her baby daughter True. Back in the day — the various spinoffs revolved around the young siblings’ social life and family drama, although its main focus was on their family-owned store Dash. While the half-hour series would keep up with Kourt and Khlo adapting to a different lifestyle in Miami or the Hamptons, they would also be working hard on overseeing their Dash boutique . And while Dash has since closed down due to its overpriced and out-of-date apparel, the moms are keeping busy by running their new and self-owned side hustles. “They are both super excited about the possibility of doing their own show because it would give them a platform to promote their own businesses,” the source told Radar. But the informant also told Radar that nothing will be official until the current KUWTK contracts – which were arranged by momager Kris Jenner for $150 million in 2017 – end after the current season. “They really need to get these contracts inked before they move forward with anything,” the insider dished. “Once they do, shooting for their spinoff could start as early as this summer.” It’s pretty crazy how life can go full circle on ya. I mean, if you were to tell Kourtney and Khloe back in 2010 that in nine years they would be filming their own show once again — based on how miserably single they both are — well, they would probably be a little displeased. But that is the harsh reality and after all, that is what essentially pays this family’s bills! Unless you’re Kylie Jenner , of course. While some may not find older siblings Kourtney and Khloe entertaining in the slightest, most fans cannot get enough of their sisterly antics. High Snobiety is reporting that one lucky YEEZY enthusiast found something extra inside of his Boost 700 V2’s. According to Sneaker Freaker a 15-year-old by the name of Braxtyn cut into his pair in the spirit of the popular viral craze “what’s inside”. What he found was a Yandhi branded USB stick which he claims hold West’s yet to be released LP of the same name. He detailed the finding saying “BOOST is like butter, so I knew tings [sic] weren’t gucci when the blade stopped. “I pull it out and it’s this USB and I’m like, damn, you know, it’s not even Thunderbolt. Keeping Up with the Kardashians kicked off a new season by giving viewers something they had never seen before. The fallout from Tristan Thompson cheating ? Please, we’ve sadly seen that more than once at this point. On Sunday night, however, fans were treated to their first-ever look at Kanye West in a confessional. Whoa, right?!? The Season 16 premiere marked this rapper’s most significant involved to date on his wife’s long-running reality show, as producers looked for a way to surprise viewers for a change. “This is my first time doing this,” West joked to the camera. “I’m not actually attempting to do good.” What prompted the decision on Kanye’s part? The Incredibles, he hilariously stated on air. “It starts off with the interviews! The superheroes are giving interviews,” the artist said of this Pixar classic. “The wife got a big butt and I just see our life becoming more and more and more like The Incredibles until we can finally fly.” The guy’s got (kinda mean) jokes. Who knew?!? It was only appropriate for West to play such a major role this week because he and Kim told their loved ones that they were expecting child number-four, once again via surrogate . “We have an announcement to make,” Kardashian noted to her family at dinner. “We’re having a baby. We’re having a boy.” After pushing the extended family to not say anything to anyone about this development, Kim realized that North West might end alerting the world to the news — by accident, of course. “A mom at school texts me and goes, ‘Congrats! I heard you’re having a baby brother,'” Kim told Kylie Jenner. “And she goes, ‘Yeah! North is going around saying she finally has a baby brother so Saint won’t bother her anymore.'” Later on, Kim and Kanye went to Chicago (the city) for business, partly because the couple needed some help from Rhymefest. Yes, the same Rhymefest with whom Kim beefed about a year ago after he put out a statement that distanced himself and Donda’s House (a charity he runs, named after Kanye’s late mother) from West’s pro-Donald Trump views. “While we cannot and do not speak for Kanye West and his views, we can and will speak up for the youth that we serve,” this rapper said in that controversial statement last May, adding: “We ask that as you boycott and protest Kanye West, that you not forget that we are a non-profit organization that like other non-profits needs donations, corporate support, and volunteers.” We thought it was pretty fair. But as you can see here, Kim did not: How did their sit-down go on the premiere? Very well, actually. “Kanye is from a village and the village was feeling like our dear brother, you know what I’m saying? Turned his back on the village,” the hip hop artist and philanthropist expressed to the Wests. on Sunday. “And so, I struck out.” Rhymefest also acknowledged that he “could’ve reacted better” to the situation. “I just think that everyone should communicate to each other and not on social media,” Kim concluded. “I think you just get so much more done if you have a conversation.” Elsewhere on the installment, which was filmed awhile back, Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall joined a large group of friends for a trip to Kris Jenner’s brand-new, GIGANTIC Palm Springs estate. The goal of the trip was to cheer up Kourtney, who admitted to “feeling a lot of anxiety” following her dramatic breakup with Younes Bendjima. (Like we said: it was filmed awhile back.) Khloe, for her part, felt no anxiety about things with Thompson. They FaceTimed and said they loved each other and our heart broke more and more with each word uttered. “I have come to a place in my life where I am super comfortable,” Khloe said on the premiere, adding that she’s been making “a conscious effort” to try and “drown out” negativity, criticism and self-doubt. She actually referenced the FIRST Tristan cheating scandal at one point, saying: “It’s been a few months, me and Tristan are great. And I am loving being a mommy. It’s bittersweet. I love seeing every milestone with her but I feel like she grows, like, in one week she’s like a completely different baby.” Poor Khloe, right?
