I still don’t care who Kimberly Garner is…and I probably never will. But I don’t mind looking at pictures of her posing in the park in what looks like a one piece bathing suit because she’s the only girl in the UK who is not insulin resistant and who doesn’t gain wait from a diet of potatoes and bread. You know so she didn’t grow into a dumpy pile of shit of a woman, at least not in looks, and more importantly, she’s one of the chosen few who still has her teeth, probably from fucking the one dentist in town to help her make it to this level of stardom… If you don’t know who Kimberly Garner is, she’s on some UK reality TV shit, if you don’t care who Kimberly Garner is but like all skinny girls in revealing clothes…like me watching the 6 foot tall 100 pound goddess awkwardly dance in a low cut shirt all night…follow the link. The LeAnn Rimes bullying saga, which came to a head earlier this week and landed her in a treatment for emotional issues, has taken another unexpected turn. The singer has filed a lawsuit against Kimberly Smiley and Lexi Smiley, two women she claims illegally taped a conversation with her and posted it online. LeAnn Rimes says the Smileys are supporters of Brandi Glanville – Eddie Cibrian’s ex – and launched a campaign to trash her after she started seeing him. LeAnn and Eddie had an affair several years ago while both were married to other people; both stars got divorced and then married each other in 2011. The campaign of terror against her never ceased, however. Earlier this year, LeAnn claims she called Kimberly in an attempt to stop the online bullying. During the conversation, LeAnn says she attempted to be kind and said she just wanted peace … but Kimberly and Lexi secretly recorded the phone call. According to Rimes, they posted out-of-context excerpts online painting her in a “false and negative light” and calling LeAnn “crazy and delusional.” LeAnn is suing for invasion of privacy. Her attorney says she’ll seek police help in an effort to get the people responsible for the recording prosecuted. Brandi Glanville has feuded publicly with LeAnn in recent years, and it’s clear the Smileys are “supporters” of Brandi, but it’s unclear if they even know her. Rimes is in a treatment facility for stress and anxiety management; it is not a rehab center for substance abuse or eating disorders, as has been rumored. [Photo: WENN.com]
Truuuuuuuuuu! FDA May Approve HIV Pill Truvada For Mass Consumption The first drug shown to prevent HIV infection won the endorsement of a panel of federal advisers Thursday, clearing the way for a landmark approval in the 30-year fight against the virus that causes AIDS. In a series of votes, a Food and Drug Administration advisory panel recommended approval of the daily pill Truvada for healthy people who are at high risk of contracting HIV, including gay and bisexual men and heterosexual couples with one HIV-positive partner. The FDA is not required to follow the panel’s advice, though it usually does. A final decision is expected by June 15. Gilead Sciences Inc., based in Foster City, Calif., has marketed Truvada since 2004 as a treatment for people who are infected with the virus. The medication is a combination of two older HIV drugs, Emtriva and Viread. Doctors usually prescribe it as part of a drug cocktail to repress the virus. While panelists ultimately backed Truvada for prevention, Thursday’s 12-hour meeting highlighted a number of concerns created by the first drug to prevent HIV. In particular, the panel debated whether Truvada might lead to reduced use of condoms, the most reliable defense against HIV. The experts also questioned the drug’s effectiveness in women, who have shown much lower rates of protection in studies. Panelists struggled to outline steps that would ensure patients take the pill every day. In clinical trials, patients who didn’t take their medication diligently were not protected, and patients in the real world are even more likely to forget than those in studies. Says one doctor about the controversial drug: “The trouble is adherence, but I don’t think it’s our charge to judge whether people will take the medicine,” said Dr. Tom Giordano of Baylor College of Medicine, who voted in favor of the drug. “I think our charge is to judge whether it works when it’s taken and whether the risks outweigh the benefits.” Once again, this pill is not a “I don’t need no condom baby, I take Truvada” situation. Strapping up will always be the most effective way to prevent the spread of disease, however this drug would definitely be a breakthrough in the fight against HIV/AIDS Source

Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid are divorcing. According to documents filed by Kimberly , “The marriage became insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities … that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.” Kimberly is asking for spousal support and attorney’s fees. There is a temporary custody order in place, assuring that both Dennis and Kimberly each get time with their kids, and divides use of their residences. Kimberly is asking that all of their community assets be fairly divided. In Dennis’ answer to Kimberly’s petition, he says he wants her to get nothing. Both Dennis and Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, who married in 2004, are ordered not to say anything “vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent” to each other. In 2007, they welcomed twins, who nearly died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. after they were given a massive overdose of the drug Heparin.
