Kristen Stewart Apologizes for "Enormous Mistake"

Way to go, Kristen Stewart. Under fire for invoking the word “rape” when explaining what it feels like to be photographed by the paparazzi, the Twilight Saga star didn’t hem or haw or make any excuses. She simply came out and apologized today. “I really made an enormous mistake – clearly and obviously,” Stewart said to People . “And I’m really sorry about my choice of words. “”‘Violated’ definitely would have been a better way of expressing the thought. People thinking that I’m insensitive about this subject rips my guts out. I made a big mistake.” We commend Kristen for tackling the error head on and owning up to her poor word choice. She’s actually played a big role in combating violence against women in recent years, having appeared in public service announcements for the advocacy groups RAINN and for SOC.

Kiana Kim Pete Rose On The he Howard Stern Show

Were you able to catch the beautiful Kiana Kim most recognized for her role as a playboy girlfriend over the years? If not, you should definitely check it out online because you missed an interesting episode where Kiana came a long with Pete Rose who is married to the playboy starlet. As you can probably guess, the focus of the show started out with Pete talking about how he was banned from baseball and banned from the Hall of Fame. Which if you didn’t already know was because of a bet he placed on the game which is not allowed in baseball. *Sponsored Links* His twenty nine year old wife however seemed to be catching most of the eyes in the audience, as most of the attention was not on him. Kiana was born in Seoul, Korea and her family got away and moved to the United States when she was just five years old. She lived in Los Angeles and received an education at Arizona State University. Guess where she was next? Korean Airlines as a flight attendant. Could you have guessed? Why is that most hot girls are associated with flight attendants? Kiona, earning a proud spot in Playboy April edition as the Sexiest girls of 2009, was featured in the top 100. While as you might have actually listened to what Pete had to say, some people believe he deserves a spot in the baseball Hall of Fame and should not have been removed. With a girl like that I’d say life is pretty good for Pete though, I’m not sure he needs the hall of fame to be happy. Being almost 20 years older than Kiona, Pete has established himself as having one of the hottest wives in baseball. *Sponsored Links* Read more here: Kiana Kim Pete Rose On The he Howard Stern Show Related posts: Rose McGowan’s career is over Rose McGowan has called off her engagement to Robert… Howard Stern Threatening To Quit Sirius Radio? Bun B Brings Out Big Daddy Kane, Lupe Fiasco At Special New York Show

Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug also join UGK legend onstage. By Shaheem Reid and Rahman Dukes Bun B Photo: MTV News NEW YORK — Bun B is one of the few MCs who’s had a successful career both as a solo artist and as a group member (he was half of the legendary UGK) and as a soloist. And the legendary Texas MC, who was in New York for Thursday night’s Southern-themed VH1 Hip-Hop Honors, put on a special show at downtown spot SOB’s. Billed as “Bun B and Friends,” it was difficult to forecast exactly who the MC would bring to rep with him, since he’s connected to so many MCs either through friendship, collaborations or both. And not surprisingly, he had a few surprises. First and foremost, Big Daddy Kane: The Brooklyn legend gave Bun a major co-sign, saying that the main reason he came to support was because he respects B’s mic game. “He’s a lyricist!” Kane affirmed. Another Kane highlight was the performance of his classic “Ain’t No Half-Steppin’.” Lupe Fiasco came out next and did “Superstar.” “My man Bun hit me and said, ‘I need you tonight,’ Lupe said. “Bun is the biggest superstar” “I gotta few more friends to bring out,” Bun said, taking the reigns of the stage once again. “Some of my homies from the H.” The Houston combo of Paul Wall and Slim Thug came out for “Still Tippin’.” “When you see Paul Wall and Slim Thug, you usually see one more guy,” Bun said. On cue, Chamillionaire came out for “Ridin’.” “I know ya’ll know this song, with all the police out here!,” Cham said. “I wanna let ya’ll know something. [Bun] is the originator of riding dirty. I wouldn’t have ever wrote this if I didn’t grow up on your music.” Bun said later in the show, “I gotta get ready to get outta here, but before I do, this is for all the players in the house.” He then went into UGK’s “International Players Anthem” before ending with “Gangsta.” Other friends of Bun in the house included newcomer Houston artist Just Britney, Termanology, Freddie Gibbs, Wale and Michael “5000” Watts. After the show, Bun basked in accolades and reflected on his set. “Man, it’s incredible,” he said. “We had an incredible show tonight. Bun B and friends. Just Brittany, Corey Mo, Termanology, Freddie Gibbs, Wale, Lupe, Big Daddy Kane, Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug. It was a crazy show tonight. The greatest show you’ll ever get.” Related Artists Bun B Wale

‘Eclipse’ TV Spots Reveal Brand-New Scenes, ‘An Army of Vampires’

Newborn Riley Biers declares, ‘I’m going to end the Cullen clan,’ in new online ‘Eclipse’ trailers. By Kara Warner Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in “Eclipse” Photo: Summit Entertainment The powers that be at Summit Entertainment sure know how to bait “Twilight” fans. With roughly four weeks to go until “Eclipse” opens , Twi-hards are atwitter about not one, but two new TV spots/trailers for the third installment unveiled Thursday (June 3). The first spot, via MSN Movies , differs from the earlier trailer revealed in March in that it’s focused on the action/tension factor: mainly, the build-up and preparation for climactic war between the vampire clans. Bella is shown looking incredulous, as she tries to grasp what is “an army of vampires.” Then it moves to Jasper standing in what looks to be an open field or battlefield — “No human army can stand against them,” he says. Cut to Edward reassuring Bella that he won’t let anything happen to her. “We’ll protect you, no matter what,” he says. A split-second later, Dr. Cullen is shown meeting with Jacob in his office, as he tries to persuade the wolf pack not to fight. The family patriarch warns it will be an “ugly fight, with lives lost.” “We’re in,” Jacob responds, followed by quick cuts to the impending battle, and Bella telling both Jacob and Edward, “We have to work together.” The trailer ends with lightening-fast shots of the intense battle sequences. The second new spot, on Fandango.com , is entitled “Missing” and centers on the character of newborn vampire Riley Biers. Scenes flash back to Riley’s unexplained (human) death and disappearance, and then the newborn is seen expressing his hatred for the Cullens. In the 30-second clip, Dr. Cullen, presumably after he has discovered Riley and his destructive plans says, “He’s creating an army of vampires.” This is followed by Riley’s passionate declaration: “I’m going to end the Cullen clan.” The rest of the TV spot features the aforementioned high-octane vampire-on-vampire, wolf-on-vampire action sequences shown previously in the original “Eclipse” trailer. North Korean art causes stir in Vienna

A rare exhibition of North Korean art is taking place in Vienna's MAK Museum. The museum says it is the first time major paintings from the Korean Art Gallery in Pyongyang have been shown abroad. North Korea, in this exhibition, is a land of smiles. More than 100 oils, water colours and traditional Korean ink paintings, dating from the 1960s to the present day, have been brought from Pyongyang to Vienna's MAK Museum for Applied Arts and Contemporary Art for the show, called Flowers for Kim Il Sung; Art and Architecture from the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea. The works show beaming farm women feeding geese and ducks, or plump, rosy-cheeked children wandering through fields of flowers. There is also a soldier lying in the snow, grinning as he looks up from his gun, untroubled by cold or fear. BBC News http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/world/europe/10134478.stm# The MAK, the Austrian Museum of Applied Arts and Contemporary Art FLOWERS FOR KIM IL SUNG Art and architecture from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea 19.05.2010 – 05.09.2010 MAK Exhibition Hall The exhibition offers for the first time insight into the contemporary art, poster production and architecture of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which hitherto was mostly not on show in international exhibitions. The exhibition in the MAK was prepared in cooperation with the Korean Art Gallery and the Paektusan Academy of Architecture. What can be seen is a culture that is alien to us and that is stamped by an overwhelming veneration of the “Eternal President” Kim Il Sung, who died in 1994, and of his son Kim Jong II , presently in power; the culture is also rigidly marked by the Chuch’e ideology, a specific interpretation of socialism. Kim Il Sung adapted the traditional Marxist-Leninist doctrine to the Korean situation. The Chuch’e ideology which thus arose interprets Historical Materialism as a form of voluntarism, thereby emphasising the country’s autonomy in every respect, whether ideological, political, economic or military. Korean nationalism thus assumes a central ideological role. The show contains around 100 oil and ink pictures, a representative selection of posters, and a model of the ”Chuch’e Tower,” the landmark of Pyongyang, and is rounded off by architectural drawings and photographs. For the first time, 16 portraits of the two most senior leaders of the country, Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong II , are exhibited. Generally they depict father and son together with representatives of the people, including factory workers, soldiers and peasants as well as children, and in a variety of settings. In the paintings, it is mainly the heroic acts of the revolution that are depicted, from the beginnings of the Democratic People’s Republic and the creation of the “Workers’ Paradise”. So-called bourgeois forms of art, such as for example abstract art, are the subject of critical opposition, comparable with the situation in the former Soviet Union. Socialist Realism was long considered the prevailing style. Exhibition Peter Noever Curator Bettina M.
