Kourtney Kardashian has been working out like a mad woman, and it shows. The most petite member of the Kardashian klan recently flaunted her extremely toned bum, svelte legs and flat abs while lounging in the sun wearing a pair of tiny black string bikini bottoms. “Sunday funday!” she wrote in the caption. Indeed. Kourtney is relaxing after her rigorous morning workout, which she posted to Snapchat earlier today. In the vids, she jumps rope as a warm up, then works her arms and core with handheld weights, a medicine ball and a barbell. Here’s a snippet of her exercise routine: Kourtney Kardashian Works Out Obviously, Kourt’s hot body doesn’t come from sitting on the couch eating Cheetos. (Worst news ever.) Kourtney has certainly had a busy weekend. On Friday, she and ex Scott Disick enjoyed a day exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios with their kids Mason, 6, and Penelope, 3. Then on Saturday, she and Disick were off to Nobu to celebrate her brother Rob Kardashian’s 29th birthday along with other members of her famous family. Kourtney’s been spending an awful lot of time with her baby daddy of late, and fans are wondering if there’s any hope of a reconciliation. However, the brunette was recently spotted on a date with Diddy’s son Quincy Brown , and Scott is rumored to be dating model Christine Burke. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop Scott from ogling his ex’s recent nip slip on Instagram . But then again, who wouldn’t? How will he react to this latest post? Yesterday, we learned of some unfavorable reports that Scott was drinking in Mexico with a number of model-type women – certainly not a move to keep him in the good graces of his ex Kourtney Kardashian. And in fact, judging by her tweet last night, Kourtney may have heard about some of these accounts. “A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears,” she wrote on Twitter. Scott’s baby mama had agreed to let him co-parent their three young children, with the provision that he lay off the alcohol and drugs. So, what does this mean for the Lord’s future involvement in their kids’ lives? Well, Scott is going on the defensive, telling People he is not on a ” crazy mission of destruction .” “The truth is I never lied and said that I was never going to have a beer again,” he said. “I never said I was never going to have a cigarette again. I never lied and said I was never going to go to the beach again. I never lied and said I was not going to be around my friends and their girlfriends and girls and friends.” He maintains that he is drinking responsibly and is irritated by rumors depicting him as some crazy drinking machine. “I’m not out here trying to get wasted, but you know what, I will have a beer on the beach,” he said. “I’m not doing drugs, I’m not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax.” Spoken like a true alcoholic. Okay, to be fair, it’s possible he was just having a couple drinks and chillaxing. But he does have a history of abuse , and more importantly, he has three children he needs to protect. How does he think these stories might affect them? “I’m not sure I can stay home every single night at 32 years old and be sane,” he added. Tell that to Kourtney, Scott. She starts in the entryway, moves on to the kitchen, then finishes the tour in the living room. Among the tidbits you'll likely have to auction off your firstborn child in order to afford are: Vintage Belgian mirrors Custom made entryway table by an artist in Venice, Calif. I don't know about you, but I don't even know what some of those words mean. “I love having my kids' toys everywhere,” Kourtney reads from a script. However, we detect only one “toy,” which carefully rolls into frame on the limestone floor: a mini Rolls Royce. “My kids amazing art is always on display,” she tells the camera, and we do see drawings pinned to the Sub-Zero fridge, most likely created with heirloom crayons made with organic paraffin. “It's very chic but practical,” concludes the reality star, which leads me to believe she and I have very different definitions of the word “practical.” Looks like Kourtney's hot bod isn't the only think her ex Scott Disick's been missing. After seeing the riches involved, we're certain Kourt keeps her fortress locked away from her thief mother Kris Jenner, who was accused of stealing marble from Kim Kardashian's home .

And just like that, men everywhere suddenly took an interest in couture.
