Kris Jenner Cookbook Reviews: Terrible! Hilarious!

As you probably already know thanks to her relentless promotional campaign Kris Jenner has a new cookbook in stores. As just about everyone (except Kris) predicted, the book is a massive flop, not only commercially but also with those who actually bought the book and attempted its ludicrously expensive recipes. Currently, In the Kitchen With Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites doesn’t have a single five star review on Amazon, which is extremely rare for a high-profile release. Of course, that may have something to do with the fact that the book has sold very few copies, and is currently placed 5,184th on the Amazon sales chart. So we think it’s safe to say this hasn’t been the easiest week for Kris. First, there were rumors that her estranged husband Bruce Jenner is dating Kris’ best friend . Then the entire Kardashian-Jenner family slammed Kris over her decision to let Kylie Jenner travel to Europe with Tyga even though she’s only 17. We can hardly think of anything to make Kris’ week worse, aside from maybe compiling a list of the most hilariously scathing reviews of her book so that we can laugh at them. Yeah, let’s do that: “Surely this is a joke! I suspect the only time she’s been in the kitchen is to kvetch to the caterer and get more vodka!” “The recipes in here are bland and tasteless…I made the macaroni and cheese, and you would think with all the varieties of cheese it would be flavorful, but instead I got very expensive, inedible mess of oily noodles.” “Eat the book itself, it will taste better than the recipes within.” “I would rather read a cookbook by ISIS.” Harsh. Well Kris, if you still want to offer helpful tips, you could always write a book on how to exploit your daughters for fun and profit. 9 Kris Jenner Secrets & Admissions 1. Bruce Jenner Reacts to Kris Jenner Heartbreak: Who Cares?!?

According to various accounts, Bruce Jenner is now dating Ronda Kamihira , the best friend of his ex-wife, Kris Jenner. And even though Kris is allegedly torn apart over this development, crying herself to sleep every night because neither party even gave her the romantic heads-up, an insider says Bruce has only one reaction Kris’ waterworks: SO WHAT?!? ” Kris is devastated ,” a source tells People. “This was her best friend of 20 years, [but] Bruce isn’t really concerned with her feelings about it. Jenner and Kamihira were first spotted out together at an Elton John concert in Los Angeles on October 4, just a few weeks after he and Kris filed for divorce. Kris Jenner called in to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this week and played it all cool, saying she didn’t know anything about Bruce’s personal life, but that she wished him the best. “I don’t care who he goes out with,” she also said on the Today Show on Monday. “He doesn’t check in with me and give me a play-by-play!” But People says otherwise. “She is so sad, completely heartbroken and just truly shocked,” the magazine writes, partly because Kamihira’s children grew up with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and the children “have been best friends.” So, might Kris date again soon in order to get back at her ex-husband and best pal? What does it take for Kendall Jenner to keep her clothes on? We now have the answer. The 18-year old, who has been traveling the globe over the past few weeks as part of her new modeling job, took a break from walking the runway in Milan to pass along an important message. Kim Kardashian sucks! No… wait. That’s not it. Kendall Jenner Registers to Vote Even though Kendall and Kim are reportedly feuding over the former wishing to be taken seriously and the latter going around posing for naked photos all the time. Instead, Kendall has actually registered to vote; and she’s also teamed with Rock the Vote to film the video seen above. “I’m here in Europe for fashion week, but back in the U.S. it is National Voter Registration Day,” Jenner tells her fans. “And I’m using Rock the Vote’s new mobile registration tool to register to vote and you can too.” Look at that! Kris Jenner-Bruce Jenner Split: Could it Mean the End of Keeping Up With the Kardashians?!

Yesterday, we learned that Kris Jenner has filed for divorce from Bruce Jenner after over 20 years of marriage. Since then, there have been a number of reports (many of them conflicting) about how the divorce will play out. The Jenners never signed a prenup, so it looked as though things could get ugly Bruce might end up with a lot of Kris’ cash . Sources close to the couple indicate, however, that Kris and Bruce have had so much time to prepare for the divorce that they’ve actually worked out what they both consider to be a fair split of their estimated $60 million fortune. What they didn’t work out, however, is the future of a property that’s proved incredibly lucrative to both of them – the long-running E! reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians . According to insiders, Kris and Bruce both agreed that he should walk away from the show following the divorce, and while KUWTK could easily continue on without him, several castmates who were rumored to be on the verge of quitting have taken Bruce’s exit as a sign that it’s time to bring the series to a close. Kendall Jenner reportedly wants to distance herself from the series for the sake of her modeling career ( Kendall even dropped the family name ). She’s expected to quit the show, and it’s widely believed that Bruce’s other kids will follow suit. Rob Kardashian and Kanye West have long wanted nothing to do with the series, which would pretty much just leave Kris and her daughters. Not only would that not make for very good viewing, some have suggested that Kim and kompany would be embarrassed to participate in a “reality” show in which so many of their family members are noticeably absent. In other words, you may want to watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online now , in order to prepare for the series finale that’s probably coming soon. True Tori Season 2 Begins Filming Today! Prepare to Be Horrified!

In case you’ve blocked it from your memory, True Tori was a Lifetime reality show in which Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott invited cameras into their home to document the depressing trainwreck that is their marriage. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Through Good Times and Bad 1. Tori and Dean Moment Tori and Dean share a touching moment. So much to say about these two. To say the show was hard to watch would be a colossal understatement. Whether Dean’s affair was fake or not, the Spelling-McDermott’s have some serious issues and we were more than happy to see True Tori limp to a merciful conclusion. Sadly, the sadists at Lifetime are bringing the low-rated series back for a second season, and filming began today in the house of horrors that Tori and Dean call home. The first episode will air on October 21, so Tori and Dean don’t have much time to bring the drama. We imagine they’re dreaming up another imaginary mistress for Dean at this very moment. Spelling’s series Mystery Girls was canceled after one season , and prior to airing his ditry laundry in front of the world, McDermott was most famous for something called Chopped Canada, so we imagine they need the money, but there’s gotta be a less degrading way to get it. 9/11 Rescue Dog Returns to Ground Zero, Walks Sacred Grounds

For the first time since September 11, 2001, a national hero returned to the site of our nation’s most horrific crime today, 13 years after terrorists took the lives of over 3,000 American citizens. Say hello to Bretagne. This 15-year-old golden retriever is the last surviving rescue dog from that awful day, and she walked the memorial site this morning with her handler, Denise Corliss. “After 9/11, everybody – all of us, felt such sadness,” Corliss told NBC’s Tom Brokaw. “We all wanted to help. I just felt so honored that we were able to respond. I really believed we could find somebody – anybody, if we could just get to the right void space. But our reality was much different.” In 2001, Bretagne worked 12-hour shifts in which she scoured the debris for trapped survivors and then also visited the courageous firefighters, physicians and police officers who were doing similar heroic work. “You’d see firefighters sitting there, unanimated, stone-faced, no emotion and then they’d see a dog and break out into a smile,” Dr. Cindy Otto, a veternatian who cared for search dogs at Ground Zero. “Those dogs brought the power of hope. They removed the gloom for just an instant, and that was huge because it was a pretty dismal place to be.” Since 9/11, Bretagne and Corliss have dedicated their time to other disasters areas – such as Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Ivan. Bretagne retired from search and rescue work at age 9, but she still visits schools to assist first-graders and special needs kids learn how to read aloud. In case you haven’t heard, Miley Cyrus has turned semen into art for her new NYC museum exhibit entitled “Dirty Hippie.” Naturally, when Kris Jenner heard there was a desperate bid for attention involving spooge, she booked the next flight to New York to find out if there was any way for her children to get involved. No word on whether or not Kris partook of Miley’s 5-foot bong creation (the show’s piece de resistance ), but judging from the photos we think it’s fair to say some sort of inebriants were involved: Yes, that’s Miley licking Kris, and Miley and Kendall chilling with their moms. It would almost be cute if they weren’t in a room full of dildos with joints glued to them . Thankfully, Kris and Kendall left 17-year-old Kylie at home. We know she’s mature from her age, but from the sound of it, we’re not sure if there’s anyone on the planet who’s old enough to not be traumatized by “Dirty Hippie.” Miley twerks with her mom (seriously), so the Cyrus’ are used to this sort of affair, but we imagine after about five minutes of candy-colored, power-stoned insanity, the Jenner girls were more than ready to return to their lives as the famous relatives of a famous porn star. And now People Magazine has your first look at the wedding dress that will soon be copied by millions around the world. Yes, fresh off her nuptials to Brad Pitt , Angelina Jolie graces the cover of this national publication in a gown that was partially decorated by her children. How adorable! The dress was created by Luigi Massi of Versace, but look closely: both the dress itself and the veil are adorned with drawings by Jolie’s six little ones. Maddox and Pax also walked their mom down the aisle, while Zaharah and Vivienne served as flower girls. Shiloh and Knox? They were ring bearers. Insiders confirm that the kids also helped their parents write their vows… and Pax baked the cake! “It was important to use that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” Pitt and Jolie tell People. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family.” Pitt simply donned a suit from his collection and jeweler Robert Procop designed the couple’s wedding bands.
