Are Amanda Knox’s legal woes still hampering her? In 2011, the 25-year-old was released from an Italian prison after spending four years for allegedly murdering roommate Meredith Kercher in 2007. The earlier guilty conviction was overturned in a court of appeals and both Knox and her Italian boyfriend at the time, Raffaele Sollecito were released. Prosecutors want to re-instate their convictions, however. Knox, now a student at the Univ. of Washington, will not be present for Monday’s hearing. If prosecutors are successful, Knox and Sollecito will face a re-trial. If the Supreme Court upholds Knox and Sollecito’s acquittal, their legal battle is officially over. The Supreme Court is the third and final step in the process. We’ll soon know what her future holds, legally and finally.

Ashton Kutcher not only took on Steve Jobs’ persona as a tech magnate, he also adopted the late Apple founder’s alleged fruitarian diet in preparation for the role, which sent him to the hospital, the actor revealed following the premiere of jOBS at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend. Motivations for fruitarianism range from ethical, health, religious and environmental or other reasons. “First of all, the fruitarian diet can lead to, like, severe issues,” Kutcher told USA Today. “I went to the hospital like two days before we started shooting the movie. I was like doubled over in pain. My pancreas levels were completely out of whack. It was really terrifying…considering everything.” Jobs died of pancreatic cancer in October 2011. Kutcher said he spent hundreds of hours going over tapes of Jobs hoping to master his mannerisms and hunched walk. The actor, who has a massive Twitter following, said he felt close to the late magnate in part because they share an affinity for the “tech space.” “He’s a guy that failed and got back on the horse,” noted Kutcher. “I think we can all sort of relate to that in some place in our life where we are moving forward with something and we fall down. You have to have the guts to get back up and go again. Oscar-winning writer of The Social Network , Aaron Sorkin, is also planning a Jobs biopic based on Walter Isaacson’s bestselling biography. After her bout with the severe morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, Kate Middleton has taken to hypnotherapy to regain her appetite, a friend claims. Kate “still looks at food and feels nauseous,” Jessica Hay told Australia’s New Idea , adding that the Duchess of Cambridge hasn’t been the same since. She’s plagued by “ that feeling you have when you’ve had food poisoning and your stomach’s shrunk … she finds it very hard to eat a full meal and gets full quickly.” Hay said that this continuing issue led the 31-year-old wife of Prince William to seek the help of a hypnotherapist “in a bid to help with her appetite.” “The hypnotherapy is taking away any negative thoughts connected with food from morning sickness and replacing them with cravings for healthy, nutritious food.” So far, so good, according to Hay, who said that Kate Middleton has been filling up on wholesome goodies like berries, broccoli, oatmeal and smoothies. Maybe a nice roasted chicken recipe now and then too, for protein. “All in all, Catherine’s very happy,” Hay said. “With so much family around her and William, they’re starting to enjoy the pregnancy after a traumatic start.” Good to hear! Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunis Spotted On Dinner Date Too bad Demi isn’t gettin’ her groove back like we thought , because her ex boy-toy hubby seems to be doing just fine in the post-divorce cakes department. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are keeping fans guessing about whether they are just friends or something more after being spotted around town together numerous times in the past few months. The pair, who both starred on Fox hit “That ’70s Show,” were seen zooming around Hollywood on Kutcher’s motorcycle earlier this week. And, according to the Daily Mail, Kunis’ car is sometimes spotted outside the actor’s home. Kunis, 28, has directly addressed the rumors since they began to surface this past April. “It’s absurd,” she told Extra of reports that the two were dating. “A friend is a friend.” But People magazine reports that the pair’s insistence that they’re not a couple is merely an attempt to “be discreet.” “They seem to spend every free second together,” a source points out to the magazine. Chris Hemsworth and his wife, actress Elsa Pataky, welcomed their first child, a daughter named India. The news of the baby’s birth broke on Saturday, while the “Avengers” actor was in London promoting his other big film release, “Snow White and The Huntsman.” “It was just a name we liked, I always kind of liked Indie or Indiana for a boy and she liked India,” the Australian actor told E! News . “We sorta went, ‘Oh well, whether it’s a boy or girl, that will decide.’ It just seemed to fit.” According to People.com , the baby was born on Friday, but Hemsworth refused to confirm that report when chatting with E!, only noting that India was born “very recently.” He did add, “I’ve wanted to have kids for a long time, and here it is, and I couldn’t be happier.” Hemsworth and Pataky, who married in December 2010 , announced they were expecting back in January . “Since it’s our first child, we don’t care if it’s a boy or girl, our only wish is that it’s healthy,” Pataky said at the time. “I’m only going to speak to the baby in Spanish. I already told my husband, ‘Get ready fast with Spanish because, if not, you’re not going to be able to understand what we say.’ ” With “The Avengers” continuing to rule the box office and breaking records while it’s at it (it just crossed the $1 billion mark worldwide), it’s a good time to be a Hemsworth. “Snow White and the Huntsman,” which also stars Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron, opens June 1. Following skepticism about Kutcher’s ability to pull off playing Apple founder, photos of the actor in costume have surfaced. By Kevin P. Sullivan Ashton Kutcher Photo: Dr. Billy Ingram/ WireImage It may have been difficult to picture practical joker Ashton Kutcher portraying Steve Jobs after it was announced he would lead an upcoming biopic about the former Apple innovator. Some comparison photos certainly helped, but now TMZ has the first shots of Kutcher in full Jobs regalia, mock turtleneck and all. The paparazzi snapped a few pictures of Kutcher outside of a Starbucks in what is reportedly his full costume for the tentatively titled movie “Jobs: Get Inspired.” In addition to the signature black mock turtleneck, Kutcher is wearing loose-fitting jeans and cross trainers, an outfit anyone familiar with Jobs would recognize as his style. Kutcher joined the film back in April to a decidedly mixed response, but after a comparison image with side-by-side photos of a long-haired Kutcher and Jobs from the 1970s started to pop up on the Web, the resemblance was hard to deny. Directed by “Swing Vote” helmer Joshua Michael Stern, “Jobs” will examine the Apple founder’s life and innovations from the 1970s to the end of the 20th century. “Book of Mormon” breakout Josh Gad signed on a few weeks after Kutcher to play Jobs’ partner and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. The role comes at a tumultuous time for Kutcher. After a very public breakup from wife Demi Moore, Kutcher stirred controversy twice with comments made about former Penn State coach Joe Paterno’s firing and, more recently, a Pop Chips ad that featured the actor made up to appear Indian and adopting a mock accent. “Jobs” is set to be released sometime next year.
