While Kylie Jenner is clapping and jumping up and down over the $200,000 Mercedes Tyga bought for her 19th birthday, a judge and some lawyers sat inside a Los Angeles courtroom today waiting for the rapper to show up (spoiler alert: he didn’t). According to TMZ , Tyga was due to appear in court for owing his former landlord $480,000. Lawyers for landlord told the judge that Tyga not only failed to pay rent, but he also left the Malibu property “in shambles.” The house in question is one he rented for $16,000/month back in 2012. Lawyers argued that Tyga’s “fraudulent transfer of assets should go to satisfy the judgment.” Tyga’s checked financial past is a bit of a headache, with at least one more other former landlord claiming that the rapper owed five figures in unpaid rent. And that’s just in real estate. As far as cars are concerned, Tyga is still on the hook for a lot of money. TMZ reported back in April that Tyga owes Choice Motor Credit $357,000 in car payments for his 2013 Lamborghini Aventador, which the rapper denied . Keeping Up with the Kardashians is finally catching up to that moment and the family are totally not amused. Insiders say that “the news was not true and didn’t come from a legitimate source.” In fact, one source close to the situation confirms, “users who clicked the above-displayed message were greeted with a popup message.” The fake story of Smith’s death cites big websites like CNN and TMZ to make it appear real, but in fact was click bait and nothing else. In reality, Jaden is promoting his new Netflix series The Get Down and hanging out with his father Will Smith, who is promoting Suicide Squad . These things go viral as soon as someone starts sharing them, as we know. All it takes is a few people to build a real head of steam. Again. Smith’s non-death was a top tten trending topic. Insiders say Smith did not find the death hoax very funny at all, however reports of his untimely demise didn’t seem to faze his busy life. Since his 18th birthday July 8, Jaden has continued to work on his first album, including a “leaked” music video believed to be its first single. So at least he’s not letting it bother him too much. Kris Jenner Gets Into Car Crash In LA Kris Jenner has already smashed up her brand new luxury vehicle…and may have smashed up her arm in the process. TMZ is reporting that the Momager mogul got into a car accident on an LA highway — colliding with a Prius — and might need to be in a cast for the next few weeks. Kris Jenner was just involved in a car wreck off the 101 freeway near her home and we’re told the impact was bad enough that she may have broken her wrist. Law enforcement sources tell us Kris’ white Rolls-Royce collided with a Prius — the force of the impact deployed her airbag and absolutely destroyed the front end. A Kardashian source tells us the Prius ran a red light. A law enforcement source tells TMZ it appears Kris was driving on a surface street when the Prius cut in front of her trying to get onto the 101 and caused the collision. We’re told Kris is being treated on scene by paramedics … who we’re told did not want to remove her from the car for fear of exacerbating her injury. The Rolls is only a week old. Someone send Jon Gosselin on an Eat Pray Love retreat. The former TLC star and unofficial Ed Hardy model hasn’t been in the best place since his 2008 divorce from Kate Gosselin. A month ago, one could have said that Jon was doing pretty well as an employee with his local T.G.I Friday’s. Alas, TMZ ruined everything by outing him, a move that made Jon so furious that he quit. To make matters worse, Jon donated his weekly check to charity (this was confirmed by the restaurant manager). Jon is allowed to feel a little bitter. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight , Jon revealed what his life is like these days as a single dad . He doesn’t see his kids much, which might affect him more than he lets on. “Everybody used to come to my house,” Jon said of his eight kids – twins Maddie, Cara, and sextuplets Alexis, Hanna, Leah, Joel, Aaden and Colin. “You know, it was great, and then Madelyn and Cara just stopped coming, around 12-13 [years old]. I didn’t question it. I was just like, ‘Hey, do what you want, be with your friends’ and then it just became they’re not coming.” The number of Gosselin visitors then dwindled to six. “I was just focusing on the ones that did come and then a couple years went by and then Collin stopped coming. I thought, maybe he just wants to do stuff with Mommy or whatever, and then it became long term.” In fact, Colin and his dad haven’t seen each other in two years. The last time Jon saw all eight children at once was three or four years ago. Jon told ET that he hasn’t seen all eight of his children in one place in three or four years. “The kids that I do get are Hannah, Leah, Joel and Aaden. I guess the four have stuck together and said, ‘We’re going to Daddy’s and that’s it.’ And maybe they’ll raise a stink about it or something like that. “Sometimes I get Alexis but not often.” As for his first-born daughters, Jon admitted that they’re not on speaking terms right now. According to TMZ, which broke the story, Jenner was driving her white Rolls-Royce on the 101 Freeway on Wednesday afternoon when she collided with a Prius. The force of the impact was so strong that it deployed Jenner’s airbag and destroyed the front end of her expensive vehicle. It actually left one woman dead and seven injured . We often make a lot of fun of Kris Jenner because… well, she deserves it. She typically seems more concerned with her bank account than with her children’s well-being. But we certainly never wish any kind of physical harm on any of the Kardashians or Jenners. We hope Kris recovers fully and recovers quickly.
