Kylie Jenner is officially back. Did she ever really leave? Yes, actually, as the 20-year old reality star scarcely shared a single photo or message on social media in the last couple trimesters of her pregnancy. This changed earlier in the month, however, after Jenner broke her Instagram silence in the most precious way possible: Via a photo of brand new daughter Stormi Webster ! Or at least a photo of brand new daughter Stormi Webster’s tiny little hand and adorable little wrist. What else can one say about the following snapshot except AWWWW , right? But that isn’t the type of response Kylie typically aims to elicit. She built a following of over 100 million followers not by making fans smile, but by making them drool. For the past couple years, Kylie has practically made half-sister Kim Kardashian blush by taking off numerous layers of clothing in nearly every selfie shared online. Jenner has taken the scantily-clad ball Kim got rolling and ran faster than maybe anyone else on the Internet with it. Then she got pregnant, though. And her body responded in kind, growing larger and larger by the month. Kylie disappeared from the spotlight because, according to various sources, she was ashamed of what her once-sexy figure had become. Would she ever pose in a seductive manner again , teenage males across the country wondered? How long until we need to look at Kylie Jenner photos again in private , they’ve likely been wondering, implying that they would be masturbating to said photos. Jenner sort of answered that question over the weekend, sharing her first selfie since giving birth . But now the reality star has truly answered the question, sharing her first SULTRY selfie since giving birth. In the snapshot, Kylie is once again showing off her long legs, while also rocking a pair of stiletto boots. You know, the usual attire of any mother recovering and taking care of a two-week old baby girl at home. We kid. In all seriousness, it sounds like she’s settling in well and going about this new phase of life with the right approach. “She’s in no rush to lose the weight she gained while pregnant,” an insider tells Us Weekly, which is refreshing to hear. Previous reports claimed that Jenner would be so anxious to get back to her svelte self that she would undergo some dangerous surgery . According to this rumor, she even looked into going outside of the United States to keep the procedure(s) secret after giving birth. We’re very glad to hear this won’t be happening. The Kardashians are all about “the power of family.” Apparently, that sentiment doesn’t quite extend to the Jenner side of things. The whole world has known that Kylie Jenner was pregnant since September. Presumably, her family knew a while before that. Brody Jenner, Kylie’s own brother? Says that he didn’t even know that she was pregnant for part of the pregnancy. Did he learn about it on the news? Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy was a “secret,” in that she did not confirm it or show her baby bump. But it was also not a secret, in that the whole dang world learned about it on September 22nd, 2017. The news was so memorable that I didn’t even have to look that up. There’s no telling who leaked Kylie’s pregnancy news, whether it was Kris Jenner, or an untrustworthy friend, or even Kris Jenner. But Kylie resolved to keep it all under lock and key until her due date, February 4th. That Sunday, Kylie revealed the birth of her baby girl to the world and apologized to fans for keeping them in the dark — more or less. But it turns out that those fans weren’t the only ones whom Kylie didn’t exactly rush to tell her good news. Brody Jenner may have a different mother and be 14 years older than Kylie, but they’re still siblings — through Caitlyn Jenner. Speaking to TMZ , though, Brody reveals that he was totally out of the loop and unaware of Kylie’s pregnancy . “Well, to be honest, I didn’t even know she was pregnant for the entire pregnancy.” It’s not entirely clear whether he’s saying that it was a while before he learned of Kylie’s pregnancy … or whether he’s saying that it literally wasn’t until Kylie gave birth that he learned of it. The latter … was he under a rock? “Now I found out and would love to see her.” Kylie’s been coy about some of the details of her daughter, to be sure. At first, she left fans guessing about the name of her newborn daughter. Some fans believed that the child’s name would be either “Butterfly” or “Mariposa,” based upon the recurring butterfly motif in Kylie’s pregnancy video . The camera zooms in on Kylie’s butterfly necklace and later reveals a nursery covered in butterflies. It was two days later when Kylie revealed her daughter’s name : Stormi Webster. How bad must things be between these siblings if Brody wasn’t among the first to know? Brody says that he and Kylie actually have a good relationship. Though … he also shares that he and Kylie haven’t hung out in two years. That’s not too uncommon for siblings who may work separately or live in different states. But, if the relationship is good , they usually still keep in touch and at least let the other know when their uterus is manufacturing a life form . It’s difficult to tell if Brody is trying to put a nice face on things, is he clueless to how distant he and Kylie are, or is his definition of “good” simply “not feuding.” Keep in mind that Kylie’s friends and their families knew about Kylie’s baby bump. She had a baby shower. She flew to Houston and saw Travis Scott’s family. Brody does make the excuse that Kylie’s been “incredibly busy.” You know, she’s a makeup mogul whose brand could be worth a billion dollars in about 5 years. Now that Kylie’s a mom to little baby Stormi, Kylie’s going to be even busier. Could it be that tensions between Kylie’s Kardashian sisters and Caitlyn have caused a strain between Kylie and her Jenner siblings (who aren’t Kendall)? Fans have finally been treated to Kylie’s baby bump pics and to an explanation for why she kept herself in seclusion and declined to admit that she was pregnant until three days after giving birth. But only now has Kylie revealed the name of her newborn daughter. Kylie Jenner got pregnant at 19, after she’d been dating Travis Scott for maybe a month. But the Kardashian family is nothing if not a collection of people who are absolute masters at turning life’s lemons into lucrative lemonade. Though Kylie chose to keep her pregnancy secret — even after the entire world learned of it — she has now apologized to fans for keeping them in the dark when they are so accustomed to seeing so much of her life. Now that she’s given birth to a healthy baby girl, however, Kylie is sharing more. Including a beautiful tribute video to Kylie’s baby that shows tons of never-before-seen footage of Kylie and her baby bump. We also got to see Kylie’s sister Kim’s baby, Chicago West, for the first time. Kim’s pregnancy via surrogate, however, was never a secret. And Chicago is Kim’s third child. Understandably, the spotlight is very much on Kylie. Fans have been wondering about what name she would give to her baby — particularly since her sister Kim’s baby names are nothing short of epic. At first, people theorized that Kylie had named her baby “Butterfly.” Weird, we know. But throughout 2017, it seemed that Kylie was obsessed with butterflies — despite her professed fear of them. The video tribute to her baby girl focused multiple times on butterfly motifs, on Kylie’s necklace and all over her baby’s nursery. Then came a report that Kylie’s daughter would be named something that, at least, sounded more like a name: Mariposa. Mariposa means “butterfly,” and a Kylie and Travis were reportedly planning on calling their little girl “Posie.” As it turns out, however, the whole butterfly thing was a huge red herring for reasons that Kylie might one day share. Kylie shared this beautiful photo of her baby girl, but it was the caption that stole everyone’s attention. ” Stormi ,” she wrote, in all lower case letters. Admittedly, it’s a name that just about no one expected. But maybe some old tweet will surface from a fan who predicted it, as one fan did with Kim and Kanye’s son, Saint. What we don’t know about precious baby Stormi is whether she’ll have her mother’s last name or her father’s. Stormi is admittedly an odd choice. Right now, it brings to mind the porn star, Stormy Daniels, who allegedly had an affair with Donald Trump. Not the usual source where people would go looking for names. But honestly … we don’t know if Kylie’s even been keeping up with the news. She’s said that she wanted to keep herself as stress-free as possible during her pregnancy, and keeping up with the news is the exact opposite of that. On Sunday, we learned that Kylie Jenner has welcomed her baby girl . The unnamed daughter was born healthy on February 1st. Despite the wall of secrecy that surrounded Kylie during her pregnancy, she's now revealing everything in a new video of the family. In the video below, we see Kylie's growing baby bump, we see Kim's baby Chicago West , and the camera was still rolling in the hospital room when Kylie gave birth . This video shows so much. After nearly a year of secrecy, rumor, and speculation, it's a shock tor receive so much new material on Kylie Jenner's pregnancy journey all at once. Curiously, the video was either shot on actual film (if you can imagine) or captured normally and then put through a filter to make it appear like a home video from the 1990s. (We'll say one thing about filming things with actual film — no hacker's going to be able to access that ) Whatever the format, we're delighted to see this video. (The camera zooms in on little Chicago West, cradled in the arms of the still very pregnant Kylie Jenner) The video is primarily about Kylie, of course, but it does feature some other surprises. For example, Kim Kardashian's youngest daughter, born via surrogate. Here's a wider shot: Chicago West seems to be a peaceful, happy baby. (And so incredibly cute!!) And Kylie (still pregnant in this portion of the video) looks right at home holding her precious little neice. As you can see in the top photo, Dream Kardashian — who's still a baby herself — meets her cousin, Chicago. Cuteness beyond measure. But we see plenty of footage of Kylie Jenner's baby bump through most of the video. As hard as Kylie worked to keep things secret in public, she didn't mind showing it off to those she trusted. There were some really, truly unkind reports that described Kylie as “unable to stop eating” and ashamed of the weight that she gained during pregnancy. We can't disprove those reports any more than we can confirm them, but to me , she looks on the small side compared to plenty of pregnant bodies. She had nothing of which to be ashamed — and wouldn't have, even if her weight gain had been drastic. For months and months, we wondered how long Kylie would hide her body . Well, here she is, sharing actual footage of her bare baby bump from during her pregnancy. So no, glimpses for curious fans won't be limited to the oversized hoodies that she enjoys sporting. We've also wondered how long Kylie will hide her baby. Well … wonder no longer. That's not a full shot, but this image, from towards the end of the video, shows Kylie Jenner and a baby right after we actually hear her giving birth . The unnamed baby was born at 4:43 pm on Thursday, February 1st, 2018. The birth weight was 8 pounds, 9 ounces. We can only guess at Kylie Jenner's baby name , but she's shared a whole lot of herself and her family in this video. Enjoy what Kylie refers to as “a little glimpse of the last 9 months.”
Recently, and to no one’s surprise, Wendy Williams suggested that Travis Scott either dumped Kylie or plans to dump Kylie, and the he plans to throw out the baby with the bathwater, so to speak. Wendy suggested a theory that Kylie’s been so secretive about her pregnancy because Travis left her. And she suggested that Travis left because, well, he got his girlfriend pregnant after one month of dating and doesn’t need that in his life. Apparently, Travis Scott heard about her broadcast and is taking offense in a major way. A source tells HollywoodLife that Travis Scott is fuming at Wendy Williams over her unkind statements. (A lot of folks have been in that boat a time or two; most have learned to let it go and maybe rewatch that video of Wendy Williams collapsing on live TV ) ” Travis is so pissed at Wendy , he’s taking this very personally.” If he’s really going to be a part of Kylie’s life in a long-term way, then he’s going to need to get used to people speculating all sorts of things about him. “She’s making horrible assumptions about him when she knows nothing, she’s never even met him.” To be fair, based on everything that we’ve ever seen of Wendy Williams, that is essentially her job. According to this same source, Travis doesn’t match Wendy’s description in the slightest. ” Travis has no intention of abandoning his child or responsibilities as a dad .” To be clear, we’re not sure if Wendy actually believed that child abandonment was his plan. At the very least, she must know how abandoning one of the most famous moms-to-be in the world might hurt his brand. “He’s excited about becoming a dad .” Not many people are excited when they find out that they’ve knocked up their girlfriend of one month. But sometimes they get excited. Especially when their baby momma is loaded. “If Wendy really knew him she’d know that family is everything to him.” It’s true that his family, based in Houston, is very important to him. “He’s so close to his parents and his brother and sister. His whole family is hyped for this baby.” In fact, Travis so so close with his folks that, reportedly, Kylie and Travis were fighting over how to spend the holidays. “He’s not some deadbeat that doesn’ t know the meaning of family.” That line really jabs at what — even coming from Wendy Williams — almost feels like a racially charged element to Wendy’s theory. Yes, sometimes people within minority groups can perpetuate stereotypes about each other. ” Wendy ‘s comments aren’ t just offensive to him, they’ve upset his whole family, especially his mom.” That’s all nice to hear, because we want good things for Kylie and her baby. HollywoodLife points out, however, that Wendy isn’t the only one who’s reportedly had concerns about Travis. “Kris is unclear about Kylie’s future with Travis but for now, Kris is extremely disappointed in how Travis is handling the pregnancy.” We know that Travis turned to Kanye for advice on dealing with the very hormonal Kylie. We also know that he’s been touring through most of Kylie’s pregnancy. “Kris has made it clear to Travis that Kylie deserves more out of him. Kris also let Travis know that she is the boss in the family, she is watching him closely and that he better not hurt her youngest daughter.” I cannot imagine what it would be like to be threatened by Kris Jenner. “Kris finished warning Travis by telling him that despite the status of his relationship with Kylie, he best step up and be a more present father when the baby arrives.” Even those of us who aren’t talk show hosts need to be careful when we let speculation become rumors or assumptions. As we’ve said from the get-go, it’s highly unlikely that Travis Scott planned to become a father. He was just the rebound guy enjoying one of the Jenner sisters. He’d been with Kendall before. Presumably, something went wrong, because we can’t imagine that Kylie planned for this, either. But it looks like Kylie and Travis are making the best of her pregnancy. if he hasn’t cut and run while Kylie’s at her most hormonal, then it’s hard to imagine him running off when there’s an actual baby before his very eyes. Remember, Kylie’s due date is February 4th. That is in nine days . No matter how people want to characterize him, he’s probably nervous and excited. Like any parent. For months now, Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy has served as a constant source of mystery and confusion. Kylie has all but disappeared from social media in the months since we learned she’s expecting Travis Scott’s baby, and fans are understandably curious about why one of the internet’s most visible influencers is suddenly keeping such a low profile. At first, it was rumored that Kylie felt self-conscious about her changing body and simply decided to lay off the selfies and hide out at home for the sake of her self-esteem. Earlier this week, however, Kardashian sources indicated that the 20-year-old is devoting her time these days to focusing on her health and the challenges she’ll face as a single mother: “She clearly made a conscious decision to step away from the spotlight,” a source close to the family tells People magazine. “Kylie didn’t want her pregnancy to be a circus. She is actually very private about certain aspects of her personal life, and staying low key has given her time to really prepare for what’s coming.” “Private” isn’t the first word that comes to mind when one thinks of Kylie Jenner, but we get what they’re trying to say. Earlier this week, we got out first look at Kylie’s baby bump thanks to video obtained by TMZ. Fans scrutinized every frame of the footage in search of information about how far along Kylie is and when she might be due. And some arrived at a very interesting conclusion. A vocal contingent of Kylie obsessives believes that the footage is proof that Jenner already gave birth. Some have even gone so far as to claim it’s evidence that Kylie was Kim Kardashian’s surrogate and delivered her sister’s baby last week. “@KylieJenner looks postpartum. The way she gets into that suv looks like she’s in pain. I smell surrogacy for her sister,” tweeted one fan. “I’m starting to think @KylieJenner really isn’t pregnant or she already had the baby. Like come on Kylie, this shits played out already lmao,” wrote another. “We have reason to believe that kylie jenner had her baby already,” remarked a third. And what’s our take? Well, it’s entirely possible that Kylie has given birth, but the notions that she was either carrying Kim’s baby or never actually pregnant at all, while amusing, are a little far-fetched.
