The good news for Michael Lohan? He managed to NOT get arrested last night. The bad news? He was rushed to the hospital with heart problems and will undergo surgery today. Lohan reportedly complained of chest pains while residing in a Florida treatment and, following a blood pressure reading of 200/110, was immediately taken to the hospital. Doctors found a blood clot in one of Lindsay’s awful father’s lungs and will insert a stent into his heart this afternoon. Lohan also had surgery in February to fix an artery blockage. The 13th season of Dancing With the Stars has come down to one night. Ricki Lake. Rob Kardashian. J.R. Martinez. All worthy parquet performers, as we know, but there can be only one Mirror Ball holder at the end of this. Who will it be? Apparently no one told Rob that J.R. and Ricki were the consensus picks all season long, or that he was a 4-1 underdog headed into the final Monday of the season. Because he’s in sole possession of the lead right now! His lead is only three points over both competitors, so this is going down to the wire. But who thought Rob Kardashian would be here now, let alone in first place? Seriously, if you’ve watched this season at all, you knew he was good, maybe even a dark horse contender. But few saw him ever sitting on top of the world. Rob and Cheryl Burke earned a perfect 30, their first of the fall, with a retro, Charleston-utilizing freestyle. When he said it was his time to peak, he meant it! “This competition is often won or lost in the freestyle round and to get a 10 you have to blow us away. Consider me blown!” raved DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba. J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff earned a 30 of their own with an ’80s hip-hop / samba mash-up that made you wanna get down. But their first dance hurt them. A cha-cha that was deemed “not very good” by Len netted only 24 points. Meanwhile, Ricki Lake and Derek Hough received two sets of all nines on Monday. All of that left Rob in first place on the leaderboard for the first time, albeit not by much, on the even of the final vote tallying. What a great season it’s been! Watching proudly along with her whole family was Kim Kardashian , in the house for the first time since announcing the end of her fake marriage to that guy. “Did u guys see that!!!!!!” Kim tweeted afterward. “All 10’s in the freestyle!!!! OMG I swear the whole fam is in tears!!!!! Let’s go baby! Team CherBert!” It’s all up to the fans right now. Can they help the lagging teams make up the gap? While superstar DJ/producer Calvin Harris created the song’s euphoric pop/house beat, beatmakers like Cahill, Chuckie and R3hab have cooked up club-ready versions of the track. MTV News recently caught up with R3hab — Harris’ buddy and Afrojack’s mentee — and he talked about his new “We Found Love (XS Remix)” of the song. He also revealed that an additional version for “the ladies” is in the pipeline. “It’s a ‘Halloween’-style [remix],” R3hab explained of the darker tone heard on the “XS” mix released on Tuesday. “I made two versions … one version is more melodic and euphoric. This [first] one is more dark because the lyrics [to] ‘We Found Love’ can also be seen as something dark. ‘We are at the end of the world/ And I still found love.’ So from there came the more darker chord progression and the more darker atmosphere, like Dracula is coming to get you. It’s just got a lot of emotion and that worked out great for me.” R3hab plans to follow up the “XS” cut with a “Surrender” remix; both tracks are named after popular Las Vegas club parties. ” ‘XS’ is more the ‘ravey’ night,” R3hab (born Fadil El Ghoul) explained. “And ‘Surrender’ is more for the [hotel] pool, for the girls. I call it ‘one for the boys, and one for the ladies.’ The boys’ is the hard-rocking ‘Halloween’ version and the other version is more for the ladies; more vocal.” The Dutch DJ went on to compare the guys’ tune to being at the Insomniac festival event in San Bernadino, California: “Like at Escape from Wonderland when 50,000 kids are raving in front of you, you want to play the hard version. And when you’re playing the small, more intimate club, you wanna play the one that’s for the ladies.” Chuckie, Cahill and R3hab’s “We Found Love” remix package is out now. Although the release date for R3hab’s “Surrender” cut is still undetermined, fans should keep all eyes on R3hab, who’s got a monster remix for Katy Perry on the way as well as plans to team up with Afrojack for a follow-up to “Prutataaa.”

On Monday, his video for “The Lady Is a Tramp” — with a blue-haired Lady Gaga by his side — will hit the Web. On the track, Gaga gets a little feisty with the 85-year-old. “I hate California, it’s crowded and damp,” the New York-native Gaga sings, before Bennett chimes in giggling, “That’s why the lady is a tramp.” “My favorite is that Lady Gaga,” Bennett gushed to MTV News at the Video Music Awards, where Gaga spent the night in character as her male alter ego, Jo Calderone . “She’s the biggest. I’ll tell you, I never met anyone with more talent than that lady.” Earlier this month, Bennett’s “Body and Soul” video with the late Amy Winehouse debuted. The duo were filmed recording the song together, and the Gaga video will most likely follow suit. Other Duets II collaborations include John Mayer, Carrie Underwood and Mariah Carey, among others. Riding high on his new wave of success — including first-week sales of 179,000 copies — Bennett said his career has always been incredibly cyclical. “I’m 85; I just want to tell you, it’s a very strange situation,” he said. “I always worked live, and ever since 1950, wherever I’ve played internationally I’ve been sold out all these years.
