Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reached an agreement in their divorce settlement, and the details may surprise some. Fans speculated whether Rossdale would take his wife to the cleaners since the two never signed a prenuptial agreement (ah, romance!) and she’s worth a hellulva lot more than he is. According to California law, Rossdale is legally entitled to half of the assets the couple earned during their 13-year marriage. However, a source tells People that the Bush front man is settling for less and allowing Gwen to take the majority of their property. The two will share 50-50 joint custody of their three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2. Rossdale is not seeking child support. Rossdale’s guilt may have played a role in the settlement. After the couple split in August last year, it was widely reported that Rossdale’s torrid affair with the nanny is what prompted Gwen to leave. Rossdale would’ve gone from major douche to King Douche if he tried to cash in after pulling such a deplorable (if not classically trite) move. Stefani, on the other hand, seems to be on top of the world these days. She scored her first number one album last month with “This Is What the Truth Feels Like,” part of which she wrote while going through the breakup. And you may have heard about her little dalliance with country star and fellow The Voice coach Blake Shelton. Engagement rumors surround this couple every other week, and now that Gwen’s nearly a free woman, perhaps the two will make it official for real. However, upon clicking the presumptuous hashtag, one is taken to a collection of posts primarily depicting cheerleaders. In fact, the only two entries that have anything to do with Farrah are the ones she posted herself. Let’s see if it’s taking off on Twitter. Aha! We see the hashtag used by a fan here! That’s right, a fan. As in, one. It’s a direct tweet to Farrah in reply to her hashtagged tweet, coming from @WhitneysTruLove, a user who claims to have been Whitney Houston’s married life partner. Welp, you gotta hand it to the woman. Fail as she might, Farrah is unrelenting in her attempts to drum up publicity for herself, whether she’s trying to resurrect old beefs with Nicki Minaj or starring in Easter Bunny porn . Last week, Jennifer Garner broke her silence on the topic of her divorce from Ben Affleck. The couple separated back in June of 2015, but prior to Garner’s recent Vanity Fair cover story, they’d both kept mum on the details of the split. While Garner didn’t expressly deny that Affleck cheated with Christine Ouzounian in her interview, she did say that she she wasn’t aware of any romance between the two of them until “months after the separation.” She insisted that the affair allegations were not a factor in the actors’ decision to end their marriage, but she condemned Affleck for “bad judgment,” thus seemingly confirming that he did sleep with the couple’s 28-year-old employee at some point. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Ben is livid about Jen’s comments , and he may have contacted his ex to make his feelings known. “[Ben] knew Jen had done the interview with Vanity Fair ,” a source tells the website. “But he was shocked about how in depth Jen got. Just mentioning the nanny irritated Ben as denies any sort of romantic relationship.” The insider adds that while Ben and Jen’s encounter at the Oscars was awkward and icy due to Garner’s comments, Affleck won’t be returning fire anytime soon. “Don’t expect Ben to do a sit down tell-all,” the insider said. “He has made it clear there he won’t be discussing the breakdown of the marriage.” Instead, the source claims, Ben will spend the coming weeks focusing on promoting the upcoming Batman v Superman. The year of Lady Gaga will officially conclude with the superstar scaring the living ish out of television viewers once again. On Thursday, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy Tweeted that “Lady Gaga is so brilliant in AHS Season 5 that [he] officially asked her to join Season 6.” Murphy then beseeched Gaga to say “yes,” which is the exact word she used when asked this morning during a Z100 radio interview if she would appear on the FX smash hit again this fall. She did add as a qualification, however: “I can’t promise you how or when, or anything like that.” Lady Gaga, who brought the Academy Awards crowd to its feet last week, starred on American Horror Story Season 5 as The Countess. She won her first-ever Golden Globe for the role, as you can see here: Lady Gaga Wins First-Ever Golden Globe! Not many details regarding American Horror Story Season 6 have been released, although FX President John Landgraf told reporters at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in January FX that the new chapter would be “set in the present” with “echoes of the past” mixed in. He added: “It’s set in two time periods, but principally in the present.” We’re sure roles and characters are still being hashed out, but it would be very hard for us to believe that Lady Gaga isn’t once again one of the leads.
