Lady Gaga and Perez Hilton are immersed in an EPIC Twitter feud, with the singer accusing the celebrity gossip mainstay of harassing her and her family. Tension between the two had already been running high, but went into overdrive after fan informed Gaga that Hilton was spotted at her apartment building.
