According to TMZ Put away the bottles of bub … 50 Cent has just been dropped from MLB.com’s upcoming All-Star Bash in NYC in the wake of his domestic violence scandal, TMZ has learned. TMZ broke the story … 50 was charged with domestic violence last week following the alleged domestic dispute at his baby mama’s house in California in June, during which he allegedly kicked her and destroyed a bunch of her property (more than $7,000 worth). 50 was supposed to perform at the MLB.com party on July 14th along with Kaskade, but sources tell TMZ, MLB officials decided not to move forward with the alleged GF-kicker. 50′s name appeared on the original flyer for the event … but the event’s Facebook page is now updated, and advertises 2 “surprise performances” for the party. WTF ?!!? Women Shot By LAPD Only Get Money To Replace Truck VIa CNN reports: The two women shot and wounded by Los Angeles police during the manhunt for renegade ex-officer Christopher Dorner are “not doing well,” their attorney said Thursday at a news conference to announce a resolution to the loss of their bullet-riddled pickup truck. Margie Carranza, 47, and her mother, Emma Hernandez, 71, will receive $40,000 to replace the truck, Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich said. Carranza and Hernandez were shot as police searched for Dorner, a former police officer who was wanted for killing several people in early February. The two women were in a truck similar to the one authorities said Dorner was driving. “They’re not doing well,” attorney Glen Jonas said. “Margie is still very emotionally impacted by what happened. Emma is suffering as far as her injuries are concerned.” Hernandez was shot twice in the back, and Carranza suffered injuries from broken glass, CNN affiliate KTLA reported. Trutanich told reporters that now that the issues with the truck are settled, lawyers can turn their attention to the personal injury issues. The lawyers said they had to find a creative solution to get the women a new truck because of tax laws. Essentially the $40,000 is for the value of the truck, Jonas’ fees, compensation for the time the women have gone without a truck and other matters. Jonas waived his fees, which would have amounted to about $25,000, he said. “We wanted to get this issue resolved because it is draining a lot of energy,” Jonas said. Where is the justice???

Hirsch wasn’t feeling too shy as he whipped out his err – equipment in front of exiting patrons. Kim Kardashian’s new movie (yes, movie) has an official poster. The reality show and sex tape star is headed for the silver screen, and just posted the first movie poster for Tyler Perry’s Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor . Check out the tantalizing tease below … The poster isn’t much to write home about visually, but symbolically is a different story. Note the black snake in the shape of an apple and a woman’s profile. Woman, apple, temptation? There’s something there, people. We have no idea how anyone hires Kim Kardashian to be in a major motion picture (in theaters March 29, 2013!!!), but there is definitely something there. The film also stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Lance Gross, Vanessa Williams, Brandy Norwood and Robbie Jones, and is written and directed by Perry, obviously. It’s about “a woman who starts to get restless in her relationship and her choice to be with another man has a huge effect on the rest of her life.” Excited for Special K’s Tyler Perry movie debut ?
