Evangelista appeared in Manhattan Family Court yesterday and asked for $46,000 per month in child support, a number that would be the “largest support order in the history of the Family Court,” said the man who will decide whether or not she gets it, Support Magistrate Matthew Troy. How could anyone spend $46,000 per month? Evangelista says she needs $175,000/year for gun-toting chauffeurs, along with $80,000/year for around-the-clock child care. “She testified that she wants to have a 24-hour nanny because she does not want to be alone with the child,” Pinault’s lawyer, David Aaronson, told the judge . “Miss Evangelista, you should understand, has a worth of more than $8 million, and she earned, last year, $1.8 million.” The judge immediately shot down a request for a monthly vacation budget of $7,500 and, in response to the nanny request, asked how often Evangelista works.
