Keith Peck and Tan Ah Juan missing

31-year-old Keith Peck and 55-year-old Tan Ah Juan are missing. A fishing boat carrying nine men, including the two Singaporeans, capsized after being hit by a tanker on Saturday, September 24, at 10pm. Five other Singaporeans were rescued and are now back in Singapore. They are Sim Hong Heng, Goh Kian Seng, Lim Kim Huat, Pang Way Sang and Pan Poh Loh.
