Orange is the New Black: Renewed for Season 3!

Season 2 of Orange is the New Black hasn’t even premiered yet, but the groundbreaking Netflix original series has already been renewed for a third season. OITNB  actress Laura Prepon made the announcement today on her Instagram page. Reportedly, Prepon quit Orange is the New Black after season one, but has since announced that she will return for a few episodes in season two before coming back as a series regular in season three. Man, it can’t be easy to write someone in and out a prison show like that. But hey, Prepon or no Prepon,  OITNB  is one of the most original and cringingly hilarious shows we’ve seen in years, and we’re thrilled to have at least two more seasons of commissary drama and Pornstache creepiness to look forward to.  Netflix reports that OITNB is its most watched original program, but the site curiously doesn’t reveal how many people watch its shows.  OINTB season 2 doesn’t premiere until June 6th so if you haven’t seen it, or just want to relive every moment of Crazy Eyes’ awesomeness you can  watch Orange is the New Black online on TV Fanatic  to catch up. Laura Prepon Denies Dating Tom Cruise, Defends Scientology

Rumors that Laura Prepon is dating Tom Cruise have been circulating for months now, but the Orange is the New Black actress curiously waited until today to address them. Laura Prepon: NOT Dating Tom cruise While promoting the new season of her hit Netflix series, Prepon said of Cruise, “I totally respect him and think he’s an amazing actor…I’m flattered because I think he’s hot so I’m like, ‘Oh that’s nice.'” Prepon also addressed rumors that she wouldn’t be appearing in the second season of OITNB  because portraying a homosexual character conflicts with her beliefs as a Scientologist. The actress claims she initially bowed out of the second season as a result of scheduling conflicts. She went on to say that despite popular beliefs to the contrary, Scientologists are not anti-gay : “I’m a total supporter of the LGBT and they are an amazing fan base,” says Prepon. “It’s so funny when people don’t know they just make stuff up…Apparently I’m dating Tom Cruise now and apparently he doesn’t want me to do the show because I portray a lesbian and I’m a Scientologist. This is false; where are they even getting this stuff?” It’s good that Laura has taken the opportunity to clear up some misconceptions about her faith, but the really important here is clear: Alex Vause is coming back to Orange is the New Black! John Henson Dies; Son of Muppets Creator Was 48

John Henson, a puppeteer and the son of legendary Muppets creator Jim Henson, died today of a sudden heart attack. He was 48 years old. The Jim Henson Company confirmed Henson’s death on its Facebook page Saturday via the following statement: It is with great sadness that we confirm that John Henson, son of Jim and Jane Henson and brother to Lisa, Cheryl, Brian and Heather, died at age 48 of a sudden massive heart attack on Friday, February 14, while at home with his daughter. John served as a shareholder and board member of The Jim Henson Company. He leaves two daughters, Katrina (15) and Sydney (10) and his wife Gyongyi. A private service is being planned. Along with serving as a board member/shareholder in the company responsible for The Muppets, Henson also performed as Sweetums the ogre in movies such as Muppet Treasure Island and The Muppets’ Wizard of Oz. Orange is the New Black Season 2: When Will It Be Released?

Prepare for a return to prison, Netflix viewers. The company has announced that Orange is the New Black Season 2 will be released in its entirety on June 6. This news comes a day after Netflix made all 10 episodes of House of Cards Season 2 available to subscribers. Orange is the New Black Season 2 Promo Orange Is the New Black is based on a memoir by Piper Kerman and chronicles her time behind bars for her role in a drug-smuggling ring. Its incredible cast is led by Taylor Schilling and also include Danielle Brooks, Taryn Manning, Laura Prepon, Jason Biggs and Kate Mulgrew. The series mixes drama with warmth, emotional, surprise and humor as well as any on television and it takes viewers inside a truly unique universe. Tom Cruise and Laura Prepon: Dating?

Tom Cruise and Laura Prepon are a fledgling new couple, according to reports, with the movie star allegedly on “cloud nine” and smitten with the actress. British magazine Grazia (via The Independent ) claims the 51-year-old Hollywood hunk became friends with Prepon through their Scientology social circle. Cruise, like everyone else, watched Orange is the New Black Season 1 and saw how awesome Laura is in it, which only fueled his attraction to her. Tom Cruise Dating Laura Prepon? He reportedly took her out to dinner at The Renaissance at The Manor Hotel, surprising her in a classic car and with a 1979 bottle of merlot. The insider alleged that it went so well, the duo returned to the restaurant for a second Sunday brunch date, and later hung out at John Travolta’s house. Tom’s rep says not to get your couch-jumping hopes up, though. Awesome as that date sounds, and even though we can see them together, Cruise’s camp shot down rumors of a romance, saying the report is “false.” It’s been more than 15 months since the actor’s divorce from his third wife, Katie Holmes, became final, putting an end to their five-year marriage. He is still involved in a lawsuit, however, regarding a celebrity gossip magazine’s claim that he abandoned Suri Cruise, his daughter, during the split. During his deposition, Cruise was reported to have compared acting to fighting in Afghanistan , although that story was taken somewhat out of context. Much like his connection to Laura, it sounds like.

Apparently there is a Netflix original series that has decided to cast Laura Prepon, the tits from That 70s Show, that haven’t worked since That 70s show, that we would have been a lot more fun to stare at a decade ago, but that are still tits on TV, or on websites that have figured out a way to become TV for 7 dollars a month… I don’t have netflix, I have never seen the shit, it’s about women’s prison, and as of now, I’ve seen the good parts..and I guess so have you.
