Priscilla Rainey Claims She Can’t Find The Rapper To Serve Him In Sex Abuse Case; Judge Says The Game’s Social Media Makes Him Easy To Find The Game is a social media whore – so says a federal court judge blasting the woman suing the rapper for $10 million for allegedly sexually assaulting her – and he is threatening to dismiss her entire case for failing to serve him because HE ANNOUNCES HIS WHEREABOUTS ALL THE DAMN TIME! Priscilla Rainey – who was a contestant on the VH1 dating reality show, “She’s Got Game” – sued The Game for $10 million back in August for sexually assaulting her. Rainey explained that she shot the show in May of this year. She said one night she was led to believe it was mandatory to go on an after-hours date with the rapper. However, the woman claimed that she was taken to a local bar in Illinois where The Game was out of control and drunk and high. She said that during the night The Game sexually assaulted her on several occasions, including him forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks. The contestant explained she never gave him permission to touch her and she felt degraded by the unwanted touching. The woman said she suffered physical, psychological and emotional damages due to the rapper’s actions. Back in September Rainey filed docs in court explaining she had yet to serve the rapper despite diligent effort by her lawyers. She said she had hired two different process servers who had attempted numerous times to hand the legal docs to The Game, but they failed each time. Further, she stated she thought the service was being complicated due to the rapper knowing she was trying to serve him. Then on November 5th a judge blasted the woman’s story of trying to serve The Game with the lawsuit. He said that while the rapper may travel a lot due to his career, his professional whereabouts are announced all over his social media accounts – Instagram being @losangelesconfidential and his Twitter @thegame, and it should not be even a little difficult for a reasonably competent and energetic process server to find and serve The Game . The judge said if the woman doesn’t get those legal docs in the rapper’s hands soon she will have to explain to him in court why she failed once again. And if the judge doesn’t like her sob story he will dismiss her case!
Martese Johnson Files Federal Lawsuit Against Virginia Officers UVA student Martese Johnson has filed a federal lawsuit against the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and three officers following a brutal and bloody arrest that went viral in March. According to The Root reports: The lawsuit claims that the ABC violated the 21-year-old’s constitutional rights, accusing agents of unlawfully detaining Johnson when he was arrested in the early-morning hours of March 18 following St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Officers “brutally assaulted, seized, arrested and jailed Martese without probable cause and in violation of the United States Constitution, federal statutes and the laws of Virginia, believing (falsely and without sufficient information) that Martese had presented a fake identification card to gain entry to a restaurant and bar on University Avenue in the City of Charlottesville, Va.,” the lawsuit reads, according to the Post. The suit contends that the ID was valid. Johnson was charged with public intoxication or swearing and obstruction of justice without force, but those charges were dropped by Charlottesville prosecutor Warner Chapman, the Post reports We hope Martese finally gets the justice he deserves!

Perri Reid aka Pebbles – TLC’s former manager – sued Viacom for $40 million claiming she was defamed by how TV movie “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story” portrayed her. Pebbles explained in docs that the film showed her “as a conniving and dishonest business woman who hoodwinked three innocent girls and exploited their talent for her own personal gain.” Further, she said that contrary to what the film showed … she never controlled the bands lawyers and always paid the girls what they were due. Viacom fired back at the allegations they defamed Pebbles. In the docs they state that based on their knowledge … the portrayal of Pebbles was accurate and they did not act with malice when making the film. They demanded her $40 million dollar lawsuit be dismissed. T-Boz and Chili were then dragged into the lawsuit recently over the VH1 movie, and their former manager Pebbles filed docs stating she was going to depose the women and grill them about the film and how they portrayed her in the movie. Then on September 23rd, Chili’s deposition in the case was filed in which she states under oath she NEVER had an affair with Pebbles then-husband L.A. Reid. Pebbles has publicly stated following the release of the film that she believes Chili was sleeping with her then-husband music mogul L.A. Reid behind her back. The former TLC manager told Wendy Williams that she never wanted to believe it for years but she now says she believes it to be true, but said she wouldn’t reveal why she thinks this to be accurate. Pebbles also said that she thinks T-Boz and Left Eye were aware of the alleged affair. However, according to Chili’s sworn testimony under oath, she says she never slept with Pebbles ex-husband. She explains that she heard the rumors about her and L.A. for years but never thought much of it because it was so crazy. She says that the story of Pebbles walking in on her in bed with L.A. is so ridiculous because she was never once alone with L.A. at his home. Chili says that following the passing of Left Eye, T-Boz, Pebbles and her became somewhat close again. She explains that Pebbles and her had a conversation about everything around that time. Police ain’t isht ! State Of Michigan Awards Shalandra Jones $40,000 For HIV Ticket A Dearborn, Michigan officer’s discriminatory practices has cost the city $40,000 in damages. According to The Detroit Free Press , Shalandra Jones was berated by Officer David Lacey in January 2012 for not telling him early in a traffic stop that she had HIV. According to dash cam video Officer Lacey yelled at Jones, who was not legally required to tell him about her diagnosis, because he “wasn’t wearing any gloves” and worried he’d contract the disease. Jones told the officer she had HIV after he asked her about medication in her car that she uses to treat HIV. He ended up ticketing her on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge; she had a marijuana medical card, but it had expired. The charge was dismissed last year. […] After finding out Jones had HIV, Lacey said: “You just made me mad.” Lacey said he “did not want to take any diseases home to his family.” The officer added that “Dearborn does not have that many people living with HIV, and the police do not like people with HIV.” Lacey then said to Jones: “Honestly, if it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I would have wrote anybody for anything. But that kind of really aggravated me, you know what I mean? You got to tell me right away. … Because at that time, I wasn’t wearing any gloves.” He then seemed to hint at harming suspects who did not immediately disclose their medical history. “So that way we don’t get pissed. Cause otherwise we get pissed. Bad things happen,” he said. “I found a needle on a guy once and he didn’t tell me. … He’s not going to forget anymore.” SMH… Jones filed her lawsuit in 2014.
