Lindsay Lohan Swears Under Oath: I Really Had a Miscarriage!

Lindsay Lohan has now sworn under penalty of perjury that she did in fact suffer a miscarriage, as she said on the finale of her OWN series Lindsay . Lindsay Lohan Miscarriage Confession Maybe people doubted the Lindsay Lohan miscarriage claim, believing she invented it to win sympathy and explain away some of her erratic behavior. If it is bull$h!t, she’s doubling down on it and then some. Lindsay made the declaration in response to the $5 million lawsuit against her clothing line 6126, which she failed to respond to and lost by default. Lohan got a reprieve from responding to the lawsuit while in rehab, but even after getting out, did not contest it and a judgment was issued against her. Now she’s looking to undo the damage and using her alleged miscarriage as an excuse, however, listing it as one of many struggles she’s had to overcome. “I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage,” Lohan says in court documents, signed under oath. Lindsay Lohan Cleavage Photos 2014 1. Lindsay Lohan London Selfie Lindsay took this selfie in London. Apparently, she thinks she looks good here. She never named the father (though the Lindsay Lohan sex list offered plenty of options), and the bombshell came out of nowhere on the Lindsay finale. Given that, and her propensity for lying and never taking responsibility for anything in her life, many felt it was just a ploy to garner buzz and/or sympathy. These are legal documents here, though, not mere reality TV cameras. If she is making it up, she’s doing so under penalty of perjury and could face jail time. Must mean she’s telling the truth, right? Maybe. Consider … Pathological liars may believe their own fabrications She faces jail time 24/7 anyway – not scary for her How could anyone possibly prove she made it up? You tell us in the comments and with your votes below: Lindsay Lohan miscarriage: Real or Fake?   Real! Who would make something like that up?! Fake! She would totally make something like that up. Divorce Drama: Racist Clippers Owner Donald Sterling’s Wife Says Black Girlfriend Is Just A Gold Digging Ho!

When a rich racist wants ya… Donald Sterling’s Wife Says Black Girlfriend Is Just A Gold Digger Donald Sterling’s wife of more than 50 years describes his alleged mistress as a gold digger who seduces older, wealthy men and persuades them to shower her with gifts, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 7. Via LA Times reports: The Clippers team owner and a woman identified as V. Stiviano allegedly began an affair after meeting at the 2010 Super Bowl game and were still in the relationship as of the filing date, according to the lawsuit filed by Rochelle H. Sterling, who is described in the suit as “a married woman seeking to protect and recover community property in her individual capacity.” Rochelle Sterling alleges that her husband used community property to buy Stiviano a 2012 Ferrari, two Bentleys and a 2013 Range Rover, worth a total of more than $500,0000. Sterling also allegedly gave Stiviano $1.8 million to buy a duplex on West 4th Street near the Beverly Center last December, according to the suit, which claims that Sterling additionally provided her with $240,000 for upkeep and living expenses. The property was supposed to be held in the Sterlings’ name, Rochelle Sterling contends, but Stiviano has title and has refused to relinquish it. Arguing that the gifts were all allegedly made without Rochelle Sterling’s knowledge or consent, the complaint seeks their return along with compensatory damages. The suit, which includes as defendants unnamed agents and employees of Stiviano, alleges that before the complaint was filed, Donald Sterling asked her to return the property. The complaint also says that Stiviano goes by several other names, including Vanessa Maria Perez, Monica Gallegos and Maria Valdez. Michigan Gay Marriage Ban Struck Down By Judge; State Now 18th to Allow Same-Sex Weddings

A federal judge Friday struck down Michigan’s ban on gay marriage. As such, the state becomes the 18th in the nation to allow gays and lesbians to join in legal matrimony just like their heterosexual counterparts. Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette immediately filed for an emergency request for a stay of the ruling in the late afternoon Friday. Schuette said that “Michigan voters enshrined that decision in our state constitution, and their will should stand and be respected.” “In 2004 the citizens of Michigan recognized that diversity in parenting is best for kids and families because moms and dads are not interchangeable.” It’s unclear if that stay will be granted. In his 31-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman heavily criticized the state’s position that the will of the voters should have been upheld. “In attempting to define this case as a challenge to ‘the will of the people,’ state defendants lost sight of what this case is truly about: people,” Friedman wrote . “No court record of this proceeding could ever fully convey the personal sacrifice of these two plaintiffs,” the judge went on. “[They] seek to ensure that the state may no longer impair the rights of their children and the thousands of others now being raised by same-sex couples.” Two Hazel Park, Mich., nurses, April DeBoer and Jayne Rowse, filed their lawsuit in January 2012, saying Michigan has no rational basis for denying them the right. The women have been partners for eight years. “It’s just amazing,” said DeBoer, who wiped away tears and hugged Rowse after learning of Friedman’s ruling. “This is what we’ve wanted for our family and families like ours.” “We got our day in court, and we won.” Friedman did not follow the trend of other federal judges handling similar cases across the country because he did not stay his ruling pending appeal. Unlike most federal judges who have taken up the gay-marriage issue, Friedman opted last fall to hold a trial and give both sides a chance to present their arguments. Friedman’s ruling came two weeks after the trial.

Race Matters: Muslim Woman Sues Planet Fitness For Refusing To Let Her Workout In Head Covering

Muslim Woman Sues Planet Fitness For Refusing To Let Her Work Out In Headdress A Muslim woman is pursuing her lawsuit against Planet Fitness after she says the refused to allow her to workout in a religious head covering. via News One Tarainia McDaniel (pictured), recently filed a lawsuit against a Planet Fitness in New Mexico over an incident that occurred in October 2011, claiming that the gym wouldn’t allow her to wear her religious head covering when she tried to work out, reports Albuquerque Journal. According to the 37-year-old Albuquerque resident, she signed a two-year contract with the New Hampshire-based business at one location where she was never given a problem about wearing her Muslim head covering. When McDaniel transferred her membership to another Planet Fitness location, though, she was allegedly told that her religious head covering was not allowed because it was against the gym’s dress code, according to the lawsuit. However, the gym in question did display a sign that read, “No jeans, work boots, bandannas, skull caps, or revealing apparel.” McDaniel alleges in her complaint that she asked the gym’s representatives if she could wear her head covering to accommodate her faith and even asked if she could instead wear a hijab, a more formal piece that covers the head and chest.  McDaniel claims that her requests were flatly denied and told that the head coverings were direct violations of the strict gym dress codes. Planet Fitness’ attorney, Erika Anderson ,defends her client’s position regarding the case, telling Albuquerque Journal, “My client’s position is that they didn’t know the head covering was for religious purposes. It violated their dress code policy. But the New Mexico Human Rights Act and the Unfair Practices Act states that Planet Fitness had no legal right to deny McDaniel entry on to its facility while wearing her religious head covering. Do you think this woman’s lawsuit will hold up in court?
