Lawsuits: Family Of 6-Year-Old Who Was Shot To Death By 4-Year-Old Suing Killer’s Parents For Recklessness

The family of a 6-year-old boy slain by his 4-year-old neighbor while playing “pretend shooting” with a real gun is suing… Via NBC News: The family of a 6-year-old New Jersey boy accidentally shot and killed by a 4-year-old playmate earlier this year is suing the younger child’s parents. The lawsuit brought by Brandon Holt’s family accuses Anthony and Melissa Senatore, of Toms River, of recklessness that lead to the child’s death, according to The Asbury Park Press. They seek undisclosed damages in the lawsuit, which was filed Friday in state Superior Court in Ocean County. “Given Brandon’s horrific death, his suffering before he passed, and his extreme young age, not to mention the claims of both parents for their own emotional suffering, the case has a value well into seven figures,” Kevin Parsons, the Holt family’s attorney, told the newspaper. “Clearly, the Holts would rather turn back time and have their son back, but sadly that’s not possible.” Brandon’s family and the Senatores’ attorney didn’t return messages seeking comment. Brandon was killed April 8 while playing “pretend shooting” with the Senatores’ 4-year-old son in the neighborhood where both families lived. Authorities have said the younger boy got a loaded .22-caliber rifle from his home and fired a shot that hit Brandon in the head. Anthony Senatore was charged with child endangerment and failing to secure weapons after authorities also found four shotguns close to ammunition and accessible to Senatore’s three children. His other children are 12 and 8 years old. He is free on $100,000 bail and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted on the charges. This is such a sad story. R.I.P. to little Brandon Holt. Lawsuits: Singer Omarion Sued By Two Male Fans For Getting That New York Work By Thugs

It’s not Omarion’s fault ya’ll got chin-checked. Omarion Sued By Fans According to TMZ Omarion is being sued by two male fans who got their a**** kicked by random thugs at an O show … and claim the singer’s to blame ’cause he didn’t provide the “tight security” he advertised. Brunel Jordonne and Kenson Sainvilus filed the lawsuit against Omarion and Ole Bar and Grill in Newburgh, NY, claiming they attended O’s concert on September 21 … and a bunch of fights broke out. According to the lawsuit, club security tried to defuse the situation by pushing everyone out to the parking lot, but the two men wanted to stay at their VIP table … where they felt safe. Jordonne and Sainvilus claim security forced them outside anyway — where the two men were then attacked by a group of strangers for no reason … and things got crazy. According to the docs, Sainvilus was punched in the head several times and security even maced him as he tried to escape the parking lot fight. Meanwhile, Jordonne claims he was kicked in the head and had to be airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sainvilus says he was also hospitalized. The irony — the men claim Omarion advertised “tight security” on his concert poster … and now believe he miserably failed to live up to that promise. They’re now suing for unspecified damages. Calls to Omarion’s camp have not been returned. These ninjas are suing everybody outchea.

Nick Young Sued For Sexual Assault According to TMZ A woman is suing Philadelphia 76ers star Nick Young for sexual assault — claiming he roofied her back in 2011 … then raped her vaginally and anally. The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, claiming she ran into Young at Crown Bar in West Hollywood … and he bought her and her friend champagne. According to the suit, the woman’s recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink … and she believes it’s because Young had slipped the date rape drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it. The woman claims she woke up the next morning in Young’s bed, bleeding from her vagina and rectum. She says Young admitted to having sex with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out. According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young — he obliged — and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape. Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she’s continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations. She’s suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and more — demanding unspecified damages. She’s also suing Crown Bar for negligence. Looks like these athletes are taking Rick Ross’ advice about slippin’ ish in a female’s drink to heart. Its gonna be tough for him to get out of this. Lance Armstrong Faces Lawsuit According to NBC News Lance Armstrong violated his contract with the U.S. Postal Service and “unjustly enriched” himself by cheating to win Tour de France titles, the Justice Department argued in a lawsuit against the cyclist filed on Tuesday. The government announced in February it would join a federal whistle-blower lawsuit against Armstrong brought by the troubled athlete’s former teammate Floyd Landis. Tuesday marked the deadline to file a formal complaint. “Riders on the USPS-sponsored team, including Armstrong, knowingly caused material violations of the sponsorship agreements by regularly and systematically employing banned substances and methods to enhance their performance,” the complaint says. “Defendants were unjustly enriched to the extent of the payments and other benefits they received from the USPS, either directly or indirectly,” the suit alleges. An Armstrong attorney called the lawsuit “opportunistic and insincere” and said the Postal Service made money off the cyclist, according to the Associated Press. From 1998 to 2004 the Postal Service paid about $40 million to sponsor the team for which Armstrong won six of his seven Tour victories. In that same period the USPS paid Armstrong $17 million, according to the filing. Also named as defendants were former team Armstrong team director Johan Bruyneel and team management company Tailwind Sports. Damn, this girl has a shitty waist to hip ratio. She’s built like a box, a fucking rectangle, lumber, with no fucking gap, which is almost unheard of, yet she’s compelled to get in her underwear for some bottom feeding publication, I’m a jerk, like an attention seeking whore hoping to increase her fan base, trying to get noticed the right way, and the reality is that despite her lack of curves, she’s not fat, she’s got a little booty, and she’s posing in her fucking underwear in a photoshoop, pretty much making her good enough for me, I just like giving her a hard time, so that she doesn’t let her ego get ahead of herself. She’s still a nobody on Glee, half naked or not, it’s just nice to see her career taking the right path….and what it comes down to is that she’s still lovely, even if she needs a little constructive criticism to give her a bit of a complex. I can’t hate Ireland Baldwin because we are both Pug Whisperers, you know people of the Pug, who unfortunately have been trapped by their flat faced spell, but I wouldn’t hate on her even if she wasn’t a pug person, like me. In fact, I would celebrate the fact that she’s young, almost 18, a person of interest thanks to her famous parents and the scandal that arouse during their divorce. I would celebrate the fact that she’s likely not a virgin, as no one is, and that between now and her 18th birthday nothing will change in terms of what she looks like, making her a little less creepy to lust after, you know she’s on the cusp and by the time the lawsuit went through, she’d already be 18, making the jury have a hard time charging you with your sex offending ways you hebephile. Not to mention, she’s 6 foot 2 and could pretty much beat the fuck out of you, which to some of you, that may be part of her appeal, but to me is just a good reason for legs, legs that will likely be a swimsuit model one day, because these Hollywood brats aim high career-wise. These pics from her instagram include being high on 4:20 at Disney, like all 14-18 year olds should be on 4:20, an activity that embarrasses me when adults partake, but more importantly, the motherfucking bikini. Here’s the future, 6 months before it happens.
