Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Aren’t Married

Nicole Richie failed to correct her lawyer when he referred to Joel Madden as her ‘husband’ during her restraining order trial. The 28-year-old was in court on November 16 to give her testimony at a hearing, where a judge issued her with a restraining order against two paparazzi stemming from a car accident . During the 15 minutes of her testimony, her lawyer Mark Geragos referred to her partner Joel Madden, 30, as her husband despite the fact that the pair, who have two children together, have never stated that they are married.

Apparently, all other females in Hollywood are busy that day. “The ladies play two women who’ve managed to concoct a very interesting scheme that ends in murder,” said producer Pam Veasey.
