The 41-year-old actress and her longtime partner, Oscar-nominated director Paul Thomas Anderson, have welcomed their fourth child, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The child’s gender is not yet known, and repeated requests to the couple’s team went unanswered. Rudolph and director Anderson, 43, are already parents to Pearl, 7, Lucille, 3, and Jack, 2. Sources first revealed Rudolph’s baby news in February, but she did not publicly confirm her pregnancy until an April 27 appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. “It looks like sooner, but we’ll see,” the Grown Ups 2 star joked of her baby bump. Her costar, Salma Hayek, recalled, “I remember last summer she said, ‘I can’t believe I’m having three children. I’m never doing this again.’” Rudolph laughed and added, “It’s amazing how we forget. It’s like that light pen thing they do in Men in Black. Somebody [pointed it in my face] and I was like, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about.’” The Saturday Night Live alum told NPR’s Fresh Air in April 2012 that her priorities changed after first becoming a mother in October 2005. “Before I had children, everything about my life was devoted to Saturday Night Live,” she said of her seven-year run on the NBC sketch comedy series. “It’s really difficult to be there for anyone else in your life when you’re doing the show because of the hours it demands.” Congrats again.

George Zimmerman has been released from custody following Monday’s allegedly heated dispute with his sobbing, estranged wife Shellie, who called 911. On the phone with dispatchers, Shellie Zimmerman claimed that her spouse was threatening her and her father with a gun and that feared for her life. George Zimmerman 911 Call Local police converged on the home in the Orlando, Fla., suburb of Lake Mary and held George Zimmerman in custody , though he was not arrested. After speaking to her attorney, Shellie changed her story. She said she never saw a gun and that she and her father, whom she said Zimmerman had punched in the face, had no interest in pressing charges. Police later said they did not find a gun on Zimmerman. The encounter Monday was the latest in a string of incidents in which Zimmerman has landed in the news since his acquittal in the Trayvon Martin case. Besides Shellie Zimmerman filing for divorce , he’s twice been pulled over on suspicion of speeding, and received a ticket on one of those occasions. He’s also appeared in photos at a gun maker that were published online and assisted members of a family from their vehicle following a car wreck. Monday’s dispute isn’t uncommon for a couple in the midst of a divorce, said his attorney, Mark O’Mara, who denied any guns or threats were involved. Shellie Zimmerman had reportedly collected most of her belongings from the house where both she and George had been staying until she moved out. Johnah is battling the life-threatening condition neuroblastoma and his older brother has been doing what brothers do – helping his sibling get through the tough times. The brothers were introduced to the Braves by Team Impact, a non-profit organization that gets sick kids together with their favorite college teams. Bradley’s website went the whole nine yards, announcing the signing in a non-ironic press release that could touch the coldest heart. A 3-foot-4-inch guard, Johnah Sahrs will wear uniform number 1. He becomes both the youngest and the shortest player in Bradley Basketball history. Standing 4-foot-5-inches, Jarret Sahrs will wear uniform number 32. Senior guard Mason Alwan, sophomore guard Anthony Fields, senior center Jordan Prosser and freshman guard Jordan Swopshire gave the Sahrs brothers a tour of the Renaissance Coliseum facilities prior to the signing ceremony and will serve as their primary team mentors throughout the season. Teen Birth Rate Keeps Falling There is evidence that a trend of more effective means of birth control is a factor, according to the National Center for Health Statistics at the CDC. Watching Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans can’t hurt, either. The birth rate among young women ages 15 to 19 fell 6 percent last year, to 29.4 births per thousand, the lowest rate in the 73 years of data collection. The decline was across all racial and ethnic groups. The 2012 number was a significant drop and follows fairly sizable declines since 2007 , when the rate was 41.5 births per thousand young women ages 15 to 19. In fact, except for a small uptick between 2005 and 2007, the teen birth rate has been steadily declining since 1991, when it reached 61.8 births per thousand. The data used comes from the birth certificate that parents must complete at the hospital and it provides a wealth of information regarding demographics. But to figure out why exactly the teen birth rate is falling, researchers have to rely on extensive surveys, and the results are much harder to pin down. There is not much evidence of a change in abortion use and not much change in sexual activity, according to analysts, meaning birth control may be up. Or better, or better used. While condom use increased substantially in the 1990s and early 2000s among high schoolers, it actually declined slightly after that, according to the CDC. At the same time, medical professionals have increasingly been recommending the IUD, a small, plastic device that is inserted and left inside the uterus. While it does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, the IUD can be used in combination with a condom, which does offer such protection. Beyond teens, the birth rate for American women in their early twenties also declined in 2012, to a new record low of 83.1 births per 1,000 women. Birth rates rose for women in their late thirties and early forties.
